I stay here all the time. Everything on the restaurant menu is fantastic, fantastic the pizza. Rooms are always nice, especially the renovated ones with laminate floors. Staff are always friendly and accommodating whether or not you have a vaxpass, they go above and beyond while complying with public health measures.

Good place to stay. Rooms are average for hotel living. It's the service that makes this place memorable. Everyone goes above their asking to make sure your guest experience is enjoyable. Fantastic group. The Bruce resto downstairs is a nice addition. Delicious food and amazing service. Would absolutely recommend.

The hotel is clean and very accessible. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff were so friendly and welcoming especially Jessa who helped us a lot. Great job!

1 night stay for wedding, probably wouldn’t stay here again. Our room definitely needs updating. Bed was very uncomfortable, fans were noisy, and you could hear everything outside, even with windows closed. Paper thin walls.

The room was fine. I ordered their buffet. The eggs were cold and rubbery, the food was cold in general. When I complained to the front desk, it seemed that she was looking through me and didn’t really care. I would never order breakfast buffets again

As one who requires accessibility, there were only 2 accessible parking spaces often occupied, bathrooms are not accessible in that the door to enter is not powered and is heavy and hard to open. Beds were incredibly firm. It is a lovely place to stay

It's 1: 50 in the morning. I'm still not in my hotel room.

We arrived for a wedding in Cambridge and requested early check in for 2pm.
Unfortunately the room was not ready for early check in, but no worries! We were ok with that and made other arrangements for luggage and getting dressed.

However, it was very upsetting to return from the wedding at 1am without a working key card.
It is 1: 50am and we are literally sitting in the hallway on the 2nd floor, waiting on hotel staff to help provide us with a working key to our room.

I am livid and disgusted. A 2 star establishment would provide better service and hospitality than this hotel.

If you are hosting an event in Cambridge, I caution you to avoid booking this hotel, and urge you to look elsewhere.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, I was able to check in early due to an event and parking was no issue at all. The room was a little dated but cozy, most importantly very clean. Beds are firm which is perfect for me, I'm sure they could have a topper brought if this is an issue for anyone. I would have liked to see a complimentary water in the room.

Room was clean and spacious, however, had a smell of stale cigarettes and the bed was not comfy.

We had a great stay at this hotel - nice room, good location, great breakfast! However I can not call it pet- friendly. We travelled all the way from NL to Ontario and back and were charged anywhere from $0-20 for extra fees for a pet. This hotel charged $50 and our pet was crated and caused no mess or damage to the room!

Great room for conferences. Very careful adherence to safety protocols. Good WiFi and amenities. I did not go above the conf room in the basement so cannot say if it is worth 5 stars.

Second time staying here for business. Didn’t enjoy this stay as much as my last, maybe had a more updated room last time. Also found that my bathroom could have used a closer eye from a cleaning perspective as there was still hair from the previous guest noticeable upon arrival. Fitness room is pretty unfortunate. The staff are always lovely.

Wasn’t worth the price for a suite. Requested suite to be cleaned about 4 times before front desk staff came at 9p with new bed sheets and emptied trash bins. Had to call maintenance because locks didn’t work properly and toilet was not correctly installed. Maintenance crew however was polite and worked quickly with little/no mess left behind. Cleaning staff wasn’t as polite and either didn’t do a proper job or at all! Breakfast was decent, but no pancakes? ! With all these issues, we stayed for 4 nights in the larger suite and still nothing given NOR OFFERED a discount or anything to apologize for the huge inconveniences. I personally would not be staying here in future or recommending it.

Our stay was amazing! Andrew the manager was incredibly kind and helpful, as were every staff we encountered. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for making a tiring trip to support family feel like a vacation!

Average hotel has a soakers bath in the Suite, the bed was hard as a rock so the sleeping experience was not much fun. Has an iron, ironing board, mini fridge, ice on 2 and 3rd floor only. Laundry on 4th floor, sell confectionery items & beer & wine at front desk. Breakfast was a muffin, an orange or apple, & granola bar. Masks have to be worn thru the hotel, cleaning was good. Sanitizer throughout to use. Wifi was good inside but if you go just outside the door it gets sketchy. Needs new beds and couches though but overall as n average experience. Has wheelchair entrance & parking. They say they have roll in showers but l did not use. Concierge was helpful. Did not get Covid here so that was good.

It is a good hotel at a very reasonable price, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only grievances would be that the elevator is incredibly slow and that this is COVID.please tell your cleaning staff to empty the trash bins/finish cleaning up from the previous guest before giving us the room. We entered the room to find the trash cans with garbage from the previous guest still in the bathroom trashcan.

We booked a block of rooms for our wedding party and could not be happier with outcome. During covid restrictions and changes, staff and management were very attentive and patient. We highly recommend their services and will be happy to use them again in the future.

Great place to stay! They were able to help us out last minute and were very accommodating. The staff (Austin and Andrew at front desk) were excellent! And the room was great! Everything was very clean and we were really impressed that they had complimentary "grab and go" breakfast for us in the lobby. Can't wait to stay here again! 10/10 would recommend:)

Firstly, my car broke down in the parking lot while staying at the hotel. An employee helped me out trying to jump it, I was very thankful to say the least. Didn't get a chance to try the bar, but I was definitely eyeing it after my weekend lol. The room was updated within the last year or so I'd say. Everything looked clean, no carpet (thankfully), and convenient to get to sand from the 401. I'd stay here again!

A nice hotel close to the 401 highway for overnight trips. The room and front desk lobby was clean, tons of places nearby, and front desk was helpful.

Amazing service, treat you like a king and they are taking the covid situation extremely serious, loved my stay at this establishment and will be back.

Staff were great as well, shoutout to Emily at the front desk, lovely girl with a great attitude. When I was checking in I was tired and feeling done with the day, she checked me in quickly and was very positive.

Breakfast buffet was great as well. Overall enjoyed my time there.

Nice, clean and contemporary rooms. What I found cool was the smart ideas in their open bar at the room; as they have phone charger and headphones for purchase if you lost yours & the prices are very reasonable! I’ve never seen this before and it’s so convenient and reasonable priced. I would give this place a 5 but the food at the restaurant was poor in flavour (eg the Pizza was poor and literally pizza is so common that its rare to come a cross a poor one). For that reason I gave it a 4. Definitely will come again but will never have food at the on-site restaurant.

Terrible experience at this hotel. We stayed for three nights for our wedding with all our guests and the service was awful. Our wedding suite was filthy when we arrived - ketchup spilled all over the desk, hair in the shower etc. Many of our guests had similar complaints when they checked in.
It took 6 months for the restaurant manager to get us a menu so we could book our rehearsal dinner.
We booked a conference room for guests to hang out in during the stay and got a massive cleaning charge even though my mother in law was the one who cleaned it each day.
Oh and the house keeping staff walked in on my husband and I the morning after our wedding.
Totally gross. Will never stay there again.

Was there for a meeting in boardroom in basement so hot and window blind open and light shining right in your face, screens and sound system horrible i wouldn't have a meeting there again not a good venue

This is great place to stay in. I've been there many, many times for business. Every time I'm there, the room is fantastic, staff is friendly and helpful, in the hotel is all in all in great shape. I would highly recommend staying there if you're in town. It's one of my favorite places.

Excellent staff in restaurant and hotel. Clean rooms and quality linens you would expect. Too bad regular room was directly across from a meeting room used as a curtesy suite.you cant completely sound proof a door, but you can not put it in a place that it is required. Lost hours of needed sleep as a result. I am fine (enjoy myself) with people having a good time, dont have them converge outside our non sound proof door.

Beds were comfy but the 2 star is due to the staff, rooms and food. First, they took 15 mins to check in the folks in front of us and didn’t seem to care that a line was starting. Second, the room was not clean and when I told the man at checkout, he said, “ OK thanks for letting me know”. Not even an apology. Finally, the breakfast was garbage; there were no omelettes, fried eggs or decent food whatsoever. It was worse than a Denny’s. The rooms are outdated even though we got a suite and the TV and channel selection were very poor.

Visited this establishment yesterday for the first time. Took in a Wedding Show. BEAUTIFUL place. Clean, tidy, spacious. The front end/lounge is gorgeous. Well lit & plenty of seating areas with plenty of stunning decor items to admire while waiting for food/beverages. Staff are friendly & prompt.

Requested 2 queen beds. Received 1 queen and a pullout. Pullout very uncomfortable, could feel every spring. Still have 2 nights to stay. Otherwise very clean. Staff courteous. Don't think I will stay here again unless we have 2 beds. Didn't pay to sleep on springs.

Included if you book your room with Priceline but you can grab a voucher at the front desk at check for 13 dollars instead of the 17 dollars if paying in the morning. Don't ask for a smoking room as there are none.
The curtains we're stained with what looks like poop but all else was nice and clean.

I didn't eat at the Bruce restaurant but for breakfast which included egg bacon sausage waffles not fresh strawberries for them or whipped cream but all was good. The morning waitress is wonderful. Always smiling great experience overall

Food is expensive and small portions. Service was good. Was there for bridal show. Wouldn't go to that restaurant again

I have been to the Restaurant in this hotel 2 times now hosting business networking events. The service is top notch and the food is excellent. Janet our server is the most wonderful, courteous and knowledgeable. I was surprised when she remembered the type of breakfast I ordered last month. I promised her that I will give this Hotel a 5 star rating because of her. Thank you Janet.

Wedding expo had lots of different aspects of wedding planning from dresses and tuxes, to cakes, to rentals, photographers, DJ's, and plenty more. Nicely divided so there were several places to visit the different vendors. Very helpful with planning details for our upcoming wedding.

I come here for company events. I got sick from undercooked pork chops one lunch. Nice staff, but avoid meat here at all costs.

Went for an early dinner with another couple, had a great time with quiet atmosphere. Some pleasing drinks and great food was had.

Ran a workshop in one of their conference rooms. Staff were amazing and the facilities are extremely professional. It was the coldest day of the year so it was a little cool but otherwise it was awesome.

Nice from the outside but.the rooms are in need of major updates and repairs. Just because you have conference center in your title does not make it a good place to stay. Over priced for sure. I will say the staff is very nice.

Our stay at the Cambridge Hotel was delightful. The rooms were nice and neat upon our early arrival. We all enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet in the lounge the following morning. I would recommend the Cambridge Hotel to anyone who is looking to spend time in the city.

The restaurant has great ambiance. Stone fired pizza area, craft brew. We had dinner there twice. Both times the staff was fantastic and the food was wonderful. Very friendly and relaxing.
