Amazing food with impeccable taste, great service by all the staff I can't wait to go back!

I've gone here recently for several occasions birthdays anniversaries as well as just some nights out. The food is always very good well seasoned and cooked properly to order. The service is always very accommodating and servers are very nice and everything is quick getting on the kitchen to the table highly recommend this eating establishment not only for special occasions but even if you're just looking for high-quality food the prices are fairly affordable.

Outstanding facility. Have attended several weddings and events here. Food, service and ambience are stellar. Staff excellent.

As a wedding photographer, Cambridge Mill has been one of my favourite venues to shoot at.

I recently had the pleasure of attending an Influencer Tasting at Cambridge Mill the past Sunday, and although my visit was compensated, I'm keen to share my experience as it's one I would happily repeat on my own dime.

Nestled a stone's throw from Toronto, Cambridge Mill offers a unique take on the all-you-can-eat brunch. Their spread is a food lover's dream, boasting an impressive selection of brunch classics such as perfectly poached eggs benedict, a hearty eggs florentine, succulent prime rib, and beautifully glazed salmon. The pastries and desserts are fresh from the oven, promising to satisfy any sweet tooth.

The cold buffet is a feast for the eyes and the palate, with freshly shucked oysters, tender smoked salmon, and plump shrimp. The charcuterie is thoughtfully curated, featuring a variety of textures and flavours. At $73 per adult, $36 for children aged 5-12, and complimentary for the little ones under five, it's priced to reflect the quality and range of the offerings.

In addition to the food, the beverage selection is noteworthy, with refreshing mimosas, robust caesars, freshly-pressed juices, and coffee to round out the meal. It’s a delight to know these beverages are included without additional charges, providing a complete dining experience.

The staff at Cambridge Mill deserve a special mention for their professionalism and warm hospitality. They were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, adding a personal touch to the meal that didn’t go unnoticed.

Lastly, the setting itself, with the fall season upon us, is truly a sight to behold. The surrounding foliage, which promises to be spectacular in the coming weeks, is the perfect backdrop for a leisurely Sunday drive and a long, indulgent brunch.

We did not have a reservation at 5 on Saturday but we got to sit in the beautiful lounge with full menu and comfortable seating (just not a view). We had oysters, the 5 oz steak and the Hamburger. Food was very good, it took over a hour to get our mains and our waiter was not so attentive. However When a new attendant took over mid dinner we were well taken well care of. Would definitely go back with a reservation, so we can get a lovely water view

A birthday for 10 - window table with some privacy but still sense of the vibe of the place - best service and food! A perfect location for people coming from Toronto, Waterloo and Stratford!

Top notch Cambridge Mill is probably one of the Best Wedding venues in Ontario, with the Natural Beauty of the location. The Harmonization of the Architecture. The 5+ Star customer service (Evan), and the Food is astonishingly Good. Save yourself trouble you need search no further, its here its perfect.

I went here as part of my birthday celebrations and overall it was pretty good. I got the burrata to start which was a bit lemony for my liking and the cheese a bit mushy, but the bread was excellent. For the main I did the lamb which was cooked very well but I would have liked more seasoning, found it to be a bit bland. Before getting dessert, they dropped off a mini birthday treat which was a great touch and tasted great too. We got the chocolate cake and chocolate mousse, both were delicious. I also got a sparkling cocktail (it had cassis, can't remember the name) and a honey lavender mocktail which were both great as well.

The views were great and the service was fine, but the food for me was just oki (either the exception of the desserts).

Easily the premier establishment in Cambridge, food, staff and views are all included at this historical Mill, we have attended weddings, birthdays, their brunch is fantastic! Every chance and invite we get to eat here we take!

As always this brunch is one of the best brunches in Ontario. The selection is extensive with cold and hot dishes. Food is prepared to perfection. Large selection of seafood, salads and breakfast items plus roast beef and lamb. There is something for everyone. Don’t like open buffets but this one is from another class. Server very helpful and near. Great visit again

It was our first time at the Cambridge Mill. The venue and view alone speaks for itself. During our dinner service, we caught the sunset, highly recommended.

We had the beef tartare (well seasoned - not pictured), focaccia (made fresh and sold out before the end of the night), halibut (a tad salty), scallops & agnolotti (creamy and filling) and key lime pie (tart with a twist on the traditional pie). For drinks, Pineapple Express, Jal'apeño Business, and Arnold Pama.

What made our experience more personable was our server Michelle (she served us on July 14,7: 30pm-9: 45pm). She held genuine conversations with us when prompted, and was incredibly attentive to our needs throughout the evening. Thanks Michelle for making our dining experience memorable!

Beautiful surroundings and absolutely AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS FOOD! Apparently they have theme nights (Date Night, Live Music Night, 1/2 Price Oyster Night), almost everyday of the week! Will definitely be eating here again!

Went for Sunday brunch for our 13 year anniversary. It was our first time there and it won't be our last! The food was 10/10 delicious! The atmosphere was great! We sadly didn't have a table next to the window, overlooking the river, but our table was just fine. Our server Joshua was excellent, very attentive and friendly! $70 may seem like alot for brunch but I can assure you that it's well worth it!

The food was for the most part amazing. We had a large group so I 'traded' a fork full off a those around me prior to eating so I could try different dishes.

Steak - 5/5 - tasty and delicious
Salmon - 5/5 - My dish, I am posting pictures later of all the food but not this as it was delicious and GONE before I remembered to take pictures of everything.spiced perfectly, not the best I have ever tasted but definitely the best I have tasted in a LONG while.
Fries - 3/5 - one of the kids at our table got fries so I tried a few.meh, spiced okay but the fries themselves were limp and needed ketchup.
Mushroom Flatbread - 5/5 - no clue what the actual name of this was as someone at our table had this and gave us some, IT WAS DELICIOUS, think he said it was $22, worth the price as you get a LOT of mushrooms on a massive loaf size flatbread!

Service 4/5 - while our server (5/5) was amazing, some of the waitresses were not.one was a bit pushy, while one was totally clueless giving the meals to the wrong people and telling one kid that his fries were potatoes (how I got a few fries so I guess I should not complain but still).

Atmosphere 5/5 - Great view of the Grand river!

Other: the washroom stalls (2.5/5) were quite tight (yeah I know who goes to a restaurant to check out the washrooms), but still 2 feet wide, the seats not straight so your knee is smashing into the toilet rolls which are located perfectly at knee height.not cool

Other: the lot was quite full when we arrived so not sure how easy it is to find parking at peak parking periods.

Other: a few people in our group got stuck with a 18% gratuity tip on their bills (1/5), not cool. (and why I cannot give this place a 4 star rating). Our server, sure she earned 18% plus, but some of the others, NO. I loath when restaurants do this.

Other: a small glass of juice is $8 (2.5/5), nothing special about the juice either so not impressed with that.

Overall: You are going for the view and the entrees and the apps obviously, which is worth it.just check your bill at the end as they screwed a few up at our table.

Absolutely the best atmosphere. Ask for a table outdoors by the river, stunning. Live band exceptional Eric Bolton service very nice and professional.food, well not so good. The pasta was let's say A LOT OF PASTA, would have liked more variety. 32 dollars for a big bowl of noodles and the meat was extremely fatty.needs to be fried more and the vegetable pizza white sauce with zucchini, bland bland. Need to add a spicy protein or a salty vegetable like black olives. I am disappointed with the food. NOW THE DESSERT WOWZERS! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS A+ CREME BRULE, KEY LIME AND PASSION FRUIT EXQUISITE! Great job.

Unfortunately a mediocre experience. The view and the place itself is really nice. However the food was lacking. Had the pasta dish and it was bland, very little tase. The server was pleasant and friendly but did not enjoy the food at all sadly.

The service was wonderful, the atmosphere was wonderful, but the food was not good. I got the lamb with spring legumes, peas, mint oil, and green garlic labneh. I know lamb can have a bit of a gamey taste but it’s the job of the restaurant to make it taste good. The thing is, it wasn’t just the lamb that was not good. The green garlic labneh had zero flavour. I mean zero. The only thing I liked on my dish were the peas and I can make those myself. I tried my companions dishes as well and they were also not good. Very little flavour on all food, not to mention the next day we all had upset stomachs. I thought surely a restaurant that is high end like that wouldn’t cause an upset stomach, but I asked around and others have had the same experience. Zero star rating on the food. I was very disappointed.

This place has the most amazing cauliflower appetizer I will keep coming back just for that and the amazing wine list.

Lived in Cambridge my whole life and finally made it to the Mill! Sunday Brunch was amazing. Hot and cold bars, lots to choose from, delicious mimosa’s, Caesar’s and coffee. Will be back for sure.

My visit to the Cambridge Mill was for a wedding and it was a stunning venue. The glass chapel with a view of the Grand River was just stunning. The reception on the 4th floor was fantastic. The staff were great and dinner was amazing.

Would have liked a bit more variety of food. It was good but shareables had little options. I feel our waitress tended to other tables more than ours as i dont think we looked glamourous enough. She was so friendly and chatty woth other tables but i had to keep asking for a glass refil. For salt and pepper. For ketchup. Etc.i do make good money and can certainly afford this restaurant however i dont think i will be back. Pay for location over the food and service. Thank you

I celebrated my birthday with my twin sister and my parents. The food and service is absolutely amazing! Will definitely come back again!

What a surprise! I chose Cambridge Mill to meet up with friends who were coming in from out of town. I am also not local, so it was the description and photos that prompted me to reserve a table. The view was beautiful, the food was excellent. Such an enjoyable meal. Thank you very much! Highly recommend.
