On route has saved my life time and time again. It is absolutely necessary to take a break from driving and to refuel your stomach with some tasty food. I highly recommend stopping at any on route when your traveling far, taking a break can save your life and all the other lives on the highway. Thank you on route for being such a crucial part of every road trip.

Believe it or not. 1st time at NYF. Lol know I know what I was missing. Staff at on route were great, food was hot and quick.

Fries just a bit undercooked for my liking and gravy could be hotter but otherwise very tasty and good customer service

Received excellent service at this location, Sarah was very professional, quick and polite.

Stay away from A@W here, which gives the franchise a bad name burnt onion rings and half cooked chicken fingers. Staff needs at a minimum how to cook or people will get sick because of them.

2 stations were in use when I arrived. No problem starting my charging session at a 3rd. Thank you for keeping this important service in working order!

Terrible service at 445pm today. Waited nearly 10 minutes to take my order and a further 15 to get a coffee and two donuts. Tim Hortons. BE BETTER.read all the apologizes by the owner but nothing has improves.the apology is cut and pasted

Washrooms were very dirty. It’s dirty to an extent that someone who uses the washroom could get an infection. They need to clean their washrooms. Pathetic.

Nice spot for a stop. It's nothing to write home about BUT you have all you need here in terms of a Subway, a Timmies, and even a small marketplace too. I do appreciate that they now have charging stations for EVs (though I don't have one) and that they also have TWO sets of washrooms.

When you need to eat something at 4: 45am & you got a long drive ahead of you & the only option is Tims but the only two ppl working sitting down in the lobby with their head down & they say “oh we don’t have any food, the bagels are expired”, it’s really frustrating. Especially when you pass through 2 OnRoutes because breakfast is only served @ 4am. I don’t understand how there are literally no standards of how this establishment supposed to operate. Very annoying.

The Tim Hortons is slow and has zero customer service. 20 minute wait for a coffee with 2 cars in drive thru. Then was given coffee with lid not on, spilled everywhere. Cashier watched it happened and shut window to ignore it.

Worst customer service for Tim hortons. Very rude staff. First she messed up my order and then started yelling at me for ordering incorrectly, whereas the mistake was hers for not understanding.would never come here again.

I've been from Sarnia to Ottawa 3 times this week. EVERY ONroute has served me. I didn't have a mask. They 1 did not have a mask to offer me and 2 KICKED me out of the convenient store where I was going to buy a mask. NEVER coming here again. You just lost THOUSANDS in revenue.

There isn’t anything new here compared to the other ONroutes. The usual suspects ie Tim Hortons etc at your service. These stations are always convenient and handy on your long commutes along the 401.

Everything about this ON route is great except Tim Hortons. It’s is terribly slow. It took 20 minutes to get my one regular coffee. I don’t know about the staff. But all are slow. All seems Studnets. People are always in big lines and you won’t get anything. They are missing orders as well.

Worst tim hortons I've ever been to. Uncooked food and incorrectly made my coffee when I clarified my order at the window. If u can, wait til the next tim hortons. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Good selection of fast food joints. A&W teenburger was overcooked and cost $7.50 plus tax. Looks a lot better I'm the picture. But where else are you going to go off the highway?

The New York Fries was getting ready to close, and I was trying to order myself some dinner. They were shaking their last batch of fries in what appeared to be a garbage can. I refused, as they proceeded to beg me to make my purchase. Wouldn't really recommend.

If you want to people to go to the onroute businesses maybe have the businesses open. How can we stop there at 945pm and the only thing open is Tim Horton's which has a huge line and almost nothing left to sell. Whoever runs these things needs to take a trip down south and see how to run a rest stop

Convenient! One of the best A&Ws but tim hortons has prices jacked up for some reason. You will pay 50 cents more than you'll usually spend on for a coffee

Slowest Tim Horton’s drive through I’ve ever been to. I recommend stopping in Cambridge and going to Tim’s on highway 24. Avoid this place if you can

A&W has really let the quality of their meat patties slide. Mine was dry and mealy, way too salty, of such uniform texture it didn't look natural. The taste was off too, with a
strange sweetie aftertaste. A truly nasty burger.

The Timmy's here is out to single-handedly sabotage customer service in Canada with their incompetent servers. There was obviously a problem when every aspect of my order seemed to go over the employee's head. But when I asked for a buttered bagel I was asked if I wanted the butter on the bagel! Without a trace if ire I said "You can put it on your head if you like, but I'd prefer it on the bagel! ".
She took offense and stormed off into the back room, perhaps to play with bubbles and crayons?
She lied to the manager and said I'd been rude, when I'd just been a classic humor-loving Canadian.
The manager was all defensive of her "little lamb's" lie, and when the employee returned their combined gaslighting attack regrettable had an effect. I said she should go back to her mommy while the adults talked. She'd already walked awatcand left the conversation.
But that's when the manager lied and accused me of being a racist, claiming I had said "Go back to your country".

Something is VERY wrong when racists get to treat you like dirt while gaslighting their racism onto you.
Humor is an integral part of the Canadian society. And to demonize a Canadian fir this... Is racist.

The worst tims i’ve ever been! It was disgusting how dirty and unhygienic. Their sink near the cash was really dirty the coffee machines and stuff has not like cleaned for days, also there was a small bucket with tissue and colored red water near the sink really disgusting. Even the spoon mixer for coffee they put in a cup with like dirty water.

The Tim Hortons Drive through heading east is EXTREMELY slow. 30-45min wait. Multiple people leave the line all the time.

Ok it is clean, Ok there's Timmy (wich I don't know why the coffee is kinda bitter), and others fast foods, BUT, been the Only kind of truck stop on the 401, WHY, WHY THE PARKING LOT IS SOOO SMALL and so confusing to park? I really wish to talk with the Engineer who designed this building and ask him: "WHAT DID YOU SMOKE WHEN YOU DESIGNED THIS"? The space for parking the truck are in the wrong angle and the side walks are so wrong that the tires always are "crying "!
There are millions of truck on that Hwy, couldn't really make it a little larger?

A&W, Starbucks, NY Fries and Tim Hortons. Canadian Tire gas. Clean bathrooms and picnic area in the summer.

This is our usual pit stop while traveling to and from Toronto. Parking is never an issue. The cafeteria has Tim, subway, Starbucks, burger king.and a Tim drive through.clean and well Maintained restrooms. Tried subway, quality is as good as any other subway.

I know it has been gone for eons, but I really miss McDonald's here! Worst mistake ever and Burger King is hardly open and basically just sucks. Tim Hortons is ok but the staff are kinda weird, rude and/or very "basic". Perhaps you should skip the ONroute.

Clean and well maintained facility. Lots of parking available for all different vehicles. New coffee shop machines are now available for quick takeout. Easily accessible location, gas station and other amenities.

We were just at this Tim Hortons drive-thru location. We ordered a small coffee and an ice cup. Unfortunately, the coffee was served unfresh and the ice cup had a citric taste in it? We returned the coffee but didn't return the ice cup as we tried it after we left the location. The staff seemed unqualified and careless for the job. Where is the quality Tim Hortons?

The late night staff don't help customers. The little girl at A and W just stands there with her hand folded and can't be bothered to ask if you need help. The custodian was on the phone hanging out in the washroom. Tummies using old milk. Come on guys. Just cause you are left alone dosent mean you can slack this hard.

Tim Hortons staff don’t pay attention to instruction at drive through.
Ordered Everything Bagel toasted Buttered sausage egg and cheese.
No butter, gallop, who eats bagels with no butter.
Major Brain Fart there.
Coffee Dbl dbl med, taste is good, but not very hot, warm if that.

Guys fix your staffs ears and make sure coffee is Hot!
It’s winter who wants like warm coffee?

Now have to put mayo on my sandwich so I can swallow it and not choke on dry bagel.

It's the relaxing spot on the road between west and central in Ontario. It also offer typical fast food such as Tim Horton, New York fries, starbuck and A&W in this spot. Good to know this place!

Never drive away from the Timmies window without checking your order - even if you confirm it verbally the correct way, it is more common to have a substitution/wrong item than it is to get your actual order item

Starbucks staff don’t have any cleaning practises. Staff so moping in ONroute and then serve Starbucks customers without changing gloves or washing hands. Disgusting location. Several occasions and examples of very poor quality at this specific location. Staff are rude and crass.

Disgusting bathrooms, price gouging at it's absolute worst. Will only stop in here if I absolutely have to.

Stopped here on a road trip to get a coffee and use the facilities. Staff were friendly and the building was clean. Washrooms were well kept.

I stop here all the time. On Route locations are amazing, clean and have the bare necessities for your trip.

It's a great place to stop and refresh on a road trip. There's everything you would need. Gas, restaurants, small store, washrooms and picnic area with tables.

Good place to stop right off the 401 for gas or a bite to eat. A few places to choose from including a Tim's

Well we used to come here when we were going to windor before the virus. It was a nice place to stop as they have timmys, etc.

Horrible service. The associates were flustered and unorganized. They had no paper napkins available to customers. Customers were forced to use toilet paper from the washroom close by. Also they didn't double cup a hot tea which could have led to a much more serious situation.

Couldn’t get in as we didn’t know face masks were required, no sign indicating they were required prior to going in and being turned away by an employee. Went through Tim’s drive thru and they were out of just about everything lunch wise, and the tea I ordered ended up being coffee.

This is the worst one there is. There is no other on route asking for face masks but this one. Can't even get a coffee and back out so ridiculous.

Very clean and everyone doing social distancing. Most staff are very friendly. Did not buy food so unsure what protacals were in place there.

Great spot to stop and rest on the highway. Plenty of parking, Washrooms and food services to use while here.

A great place to take a break in while driving. The only problem I found here is that it was so small, smaller than the other ones. However, I like it because most of the popular fast food restaurants are there.
