Camp-Out RV

Brought a used 1996 29 ft fifth wheel trailer in September 2023 and it was in amazing condition for the age (like new).
I went to the Pinery first for 4 days and then to Killbear for a week with my dog and cat. We were going to go to Algonquin for a week but do to health reasons it's been put off until next year now. The trailer was perfect and everything worked great and pull nicely. Little hard on the fuel for truck lol.

This spring we bought a new fifth wheel trailer from these guys. From sales to delivery and service everything has been very positive about everyone at Campout.

We bought a brand-new trailer last year and have had nothing but problems ever since. The awning had a hole in it, the floor had a soft spot in front of the fridge and the tip-out is broken. We even purchased the extra warranty so we wouldn’t ever have to bring the trailer back to the shop from the park where we park it and now today we have to bring it back for the second time to get the tip-out fixed. We had brought the trailer back for service last November to April when we picked it up a week ago and then discovered once we got home that the tip-out still isn’t opening and closing right and now it’s leaking along the bottom and there’s mold. Needless to say we are very unhappy with the service here and I will never recommend to anyone to buy a brand-new trailer. Trailers are poorly made and obviously we can’t expect much better with the service here as they had our trailer for over 4 months and now we have even more problems…

We dealt with Les and Murray to trade in our 2019 5th wheel trailer, on a 2023 8-11 Northern Lite truck camper in January, and both explained everything well. On March 31, James showed us everything about the camper and patiently answered our questions, in the pouring rain! He and Cory helped us load the camper on the truck. Everyone at Camp-Out RV has been super helpful, and answered our questions via phone a few days later. This is our four RV, and we are extremely happy with Camp-Out RV, and would strongly recommend them.

My first thoughts were nice set-up.
Les is a great guy, he is extremely Knowledgeable of the products they carry, point out things you don't think of when purchasing a camper. Not pushy all around a Great experience.
The staff at there RV care center- Shelly and Shawn both are very knowledgeable and care that we are taken care of first hand. They have a great team of employees whom are passionate about the products they sell. Our Northern Lite 10-2 2021 will only see This facility if we can help it. That’s the way we like it, then only one company knows what’s going on and f an issue arises!
