I only had to deal with this dealership for a few minor parts but Joanna was great to deal with so I would definitely recommend dealing with her if you’re looking for parts. It wasn’t a big sale (less than $200) but treated me respectfully. The other company I had contacted for the same parts still has not gotten back to me. Thanks again Joanna.

Rita has been an excellent sales person. There wasn't even an inkling of pushiness throughout our entire time with her. She took the time to answer all our questions. She has a very calm and professional demeanor and is pleasant to deal with.

We had unforeseen and unexpected issues with our 2018 travel trailer purchased a yr ago whilst on our recent Floridian sojourn (the first time of use for us). We recently sat with Mgr Ryan at length upon our return home to Ontario explaining our frustrations and issues with the trailer, keeping in mind we had chosen to not purchase a warranty on this previously owned unit. Ryan presented as a polished gentleman which so impressed both my wife and I. As a show of good faith and to get our travel trailer back on the road whilst traveling to Fl, this company paid for the replacement and installation of the broken parts. Following, we continued to have faulty issues occur which caused both angst and annoyance to us. Ryan and the owner of Camping in Style has recognized our chagrin and has offered a fair financial settlement. We are so appreciative and most satisfied with the outcome. This company cares about positive customer service! And, we would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone interested in purchasing either a new or used trailer. This is the spot in Ontario to travel to if you need a used or brand new RV! From the time Salesperson Liz arranged for the sale of our travel trailer to our 90 minute orientation with Service Manager Scott, every transaction was personal, gracious and pleasant. Scott did not rush us through his orientation, patiently answering any and all questions. Any slight trailer issues were dealt with efficiently. We are so pleased that we found about Camping in Style!

My wife and I bought out first RV from them we thought they were honest, but they sold us on different insurance for road side breakdown inside fabrics and paint protection almost $4000.00 we were in a accident and it was written off only to find out that it’s not transferable to our new one!
So I would never give them a penny of my hard earned money I drove out of my way 3 hours to another dealer and they did don’t try to sell me worthless insurance

Thanks again. We are very happy with the excellent service provided by the team at Camping In Style. Particularly by Liz, Heather, Dan and of course, Scott. We had an issue on our end with the brake controller so Scott got us setup with JD Truck Accessories and the gentleman there was terrific and fixed our problems in about 30 minutes.

But used 2016 Jayco hybrid trailer. Brought it home found soft spot in floor took it back And they fixed it with no problems Great service great sales staff

My landing gear on my 2018 5th wheel failed and we could not unhitch, my dealer was 3 hours away. With much more camping scheduled over the next few months, the Service department team came through ahead of schedule and repairs were made to get us back on the road. Awesome service during this hectic time.

Bought a 2018 26 rbpr keystone primer trailer from camping in style. This year we find water damaged from the slam door leaking into the coach and having soft floors (mold) had no help from this dealer told to just to call SAL insurance they have also told it wasn't a structural issue with the slam door on ths coach, what a waste of money the Sal warrant is, felt like we were just pushed to the next person, they will deny that but we held our heads up high and found a dealer in london ontario, Trailer time RV who were great and got us in touch with Keystone directly, sent them some pictures and explained the issues we were having, turns out they are going to cover the issues and they are coming to get our trailer t ake it back to the U. S. A and install a brand new floor at no cost to us and pick up and delivery included, so people don't trust all those warranties they try and get you to buy and buyer beware look at different dealers and pick the ones that really want to help you with your new coach hope this helps those having trouble out there, Please read all the fine print.happy camping

Bought a 2014 coachman apex 30ft trailer in 2018, my only request on buying a trailer was that mice could not get in, I was told that it was clean and secure. Not only had mice been in all over the trailer, it had a 12" x 14 " hole and several other holes underneath for them to get in. When I asked if I could have them take a look a few days after I had it delivered and set up in October, they said they could not do anything until May of next year. In the end I had to fix it myself, When you pay over $24000 for a nice trailer you expect a bit of honesty and service which this company and its staff do not have. Buyer beware, do your homework

Most unprofessional customer service. Made a call and was spoken to rudely on the phone. Called again, got same person, same attitude. I then sent an email to them explaining my displeasure and the sad fact that they had missed out on quite a significant sale as we are looking for not 1 but 2 park model units.
I was told my plan for the units would not work and the sales person chose to quote my text and begin an email argument with me, once again, unprofessional.
At the end of the day, if i choose to spend $150,000+ on these things and throw them off a cliff the next day, that is up to me, it is not for the sales staff, or any of the staff for that matter, to tell me what i can and can't do with MY PURCHASE!

I had a very positive experience dealing with Camping in Style. From the time we were looking, to picking out our RV, there was no pressure. The service department is very helpful and talked me through a fix on my tonguejack during Covid-19. I would recommend using them for your RV needs.

Took delivery of a 2020 Keystone Hideout and we were blown away by the service and set up provided by Dave and Phil from Camping in Style. They were extremely helpful and professional. Answered all our questions and the set up went very smooth. Would highly recommend Camping in Style. I purchased my trailer here 5 years ago and have had warranty work done by them a few time but I had to get my awning replaced due to it getting damaged in a wind and rain storm witch I was going to use my insurance company for replacing it so my insurance asked if I knew anyone so I figured who else but the place that sells and services my unit insurance had no problem with the quote camping in style gave they sent me the check in a couple of days. Was told by camping in style it would take a week or so to get the awning after emailing for 8 weeks it was finally in (I was not happy) the morning of them to come to install it I get a call they ordered the wrong size (which they said the awning place screwed up the sized) and it word take time to get the new one finally after 2 weeks it finally showed up and was installed the sevice lady Barb is very unprofessional and doesn't know how to bond or order stuff or know how to deal with customers.beware when it comes to service will never buy from this place again!

They serviced our 12 year old fifth wheel. The turnaround time was amazing for the middle of summer. Friendly and efficient. A perfect combination.

In 2010 we purchased our first trailer from them and the experience was amazing. This year we needed a few replacement parts. Ryan and the ladies at the parts desk were awesome. It was on a Friday pretty close to their closing and let me tell you they were wonderful. Ryan knew exactly what I was looking for, his knowledge is outstanding and his personality is even better. Awesome people, very friendly staff! Great knowledge of the products they sell. We recently had a small issue with our pop-outs and contacted Camping in Style to help us troubleshoot. Ryan from Service & Parts Dept.walked us through step by step on the phone on how to resolve the issue. Ryan being fully booked up with his busy season starting up, still had the time to help us. We even ended up going to Camping in Style in person to pick up a part and Ryan invited us to his service area and showed us another way to resolve our pop-out issue in case we needed it in the future. He took us right under the trailer and showed us exactly what to do. You don't come across a business with employees like that anymore. Camping in Style is privileged to have someone like Ryan working for them, very passionate about what he does. Thank you Ryan and the rest of the staff for all the help!

We purchased this about one year ago.we had a trim/seal on the roof come of that will certainly cause a leak. As we purchased an extended warranty, we felt that we were covered. WRONG! Basically you pay the better half of $35000 and pray nothing goes wrong. All that’s covered with the ton of money you spend on the extended warranty is moving parts, I could replace all the moving parts for what we paid for the warranty. We have plastic that has cracked, plastic that has broke, trim coming apart. This trailer is now valued at half of what we paid. SAVE YOUR MONEY and purchase one a year or 2 old so you don’t fall into the trap we did. So disappointed in this company. As a side note, they installed a Weight distribution system That was so poorly installed, the manufacturer of the system advised us to cancel our vacation and not to use it until it is installed properly.which was a battle to get them to do.

This is our second trailer bought from Camping in Style. This time Rita was our capable sales rep. She was patient with us as we navigated the many choices. She answered all of our questions and worked hard to earn our business.

When we picked up our trailer we spent time with the service department getting a full tutorial on how everything worked. They answered all of our questions. Out trailer was matched to our truck perfectly. All in all it was a great experience, I highly recommend the team at Camping in Style.

DO NOT BUY HERE! I bought a new 2019 Keystone Premier Bullet from them at the 2019 RV Show for over 45K. It was just delivered a few days ago. Already I had so many issues with their service and the actual trailer. When they delivered it, they accidentally took my plate back to the dealership leaving me with no plate. They were extremely rude to me about it, like it was my fault. They did not clean or detail it as they told me they would. The trailer had many new scratches since I last saw it. Some of which they painted over, against my request not to, and very VERY poorly, making it even worse. Two days after delivery, the dining table ripped out of the wall (which we were only sitting at and had no additional weight on), revealing how poorly it was installed (the table was an add-on I negotiated at the show and installed by the dealership). This is a clear warranty issue. I've contacted them several times and they simply ignore me. The best part is that when I purchased it, the owner Serge bad-mouthed the dealership I had purchased my last trailer from. That, although their service was a million times better! I bought the trailer cash and it was clearly a mistake. Maybe if I had financed it, they would have felt more obligated to provide proper service. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP, GO ELSEWHERE! So based on Camping In Style's response, a warranty is a "good gesture". There is the PROOF that you should not purchase from them. They moved the trailer because I was going to move it myself but they took my plates and refused to lend me a dealer plate. It was not a good gesture but rather an attempt to correct their mistake. Now they REFUSE TO REPAIR WARRANTY ISSUES.
