*Bought a 80k toyhauler trailor and missing table in the rear section. Followed up 3x with parts guy and sales guy and still have not yet to be shipped or given an update on this. *

Campkins RV was a positive experience from start to finish. Crystal was absolutely amazing, great energy, very honest and helpful. Finance was a Breeze with Diane. In sales the gentleman was very informative, patient, and kind. Highly recommend Campkins. OH AND WE LOVE OUR CAMPER!?

Such a great dealership. If you want to purchase an RV, and truly feel like you’re part of the “family” buying from Campkins will check that box. Everyone in house, from front to back will bend over backwards to make you happy! I’m glad I’m part of the Campkin’s family!

I got my trailer from them. In my opinion, the are just best of the best. The whole experience was fantastic from advising which trailer is the best to my need, to the difference between different types, advantage and disadvantage of each style. Going to the reasonable unbiased price. To the delivery and assistance in financing. The whole experience is excellent for me. Keep the good job.

There was some miscommunication and mistakes made in regards to a return my mom tried to make that left us fairly upset and with some wasted time. The manager Jamie reached out and went above and beyond my expectations to make it right. I'm very happy with how he resolved the situation.

Customer service is lacking to say the least. Warranties are a joke. They tell you they're coming to address issues and just never show. The buying experience is ok, until something goes wrong, then your on your own. Brutal!

It was there open house today. Very friendly staff. There was a large selection of trailers to look at. If your in the market for a trailer. Check these guys out.

Went in to look into a trailer for our family. There was managers and plenty of staff standing there. The girl on the front desk said she was calling someone from the sales team. No one every came so we ended up just leaving. Very disappointing experience.

Best place to buy an RV and supplies. Best customer service my husband and I have ever dealt with. From the the moment we arrived, to the moment we picked up our beautiful trailer we felt so welcomed. I am looking but the negative reviews are keeping me away.
I know someone who gave you $70000 last year and you won’t fix there problems.
Your warranty is bogus and word is out to avoid this place and it’s out there hard.
I suggest you start looking after folks and not your bottom line.
If this keeps up you will only suffer in the end, not the dealership who is about to get there money.

OMG! What an amazing experience! We drove 5 hours to Campkins to purchase our trailer and 5 hours home.
The service was outstanding; from the friendly greetings to the small gestures (personal welcome signs and personalized sold signs.) All we can say is wow! Crystal our sales rep spent 1 1/2 hours on FaceTime with us to show us every once of our trailer. Service and parts hooked us up with same day hitch install and gave us a 2 hours demo going over everything in the trailer. To our surprise we also received some well priced gifts.

Bought a new trailer in June of 2021 and since our first trip it's been nothing but problems.
Examples: bathroom door jammed shut, bathroom exhaust fan not working, bathroom sink pipe leaking water, missing trim in multiple rooms, staples coming out of walls, grease foot print on carpet, screen door won't stay closed, gap and bent screen door frame, bottom of drawers falling out, stabilizer jack broke off due to missing hardware.
I've got a seasonal site this year and it's just a $3500 empty lot because they have my trailer and I keep getting the run around when I call for a update. I feel like I'm being lied too every time I talk to someone there. Very frustrated
Update: water leak fixed, grease stain removed and some very poor repairs to the stabilizer jack. See picture for the "quality " work. Unbelievable!
Still waiting for repairs on bathroom door and screen door, maybe just self-tap screw that too ‍️

Absolutely the best dealer experience I've ever had, right from the start they made sure I had the right sized trailer (rv), and everyone who helped on the way right until I left with my new trailer made sure I was well informed, knew how everything worked and even gave many helpful tips. Not to mention the in store inventory. If you need a new RV, got to Campkins! It's well worth it!

We bought our first travel trailer from Campkins, and could not be happier with the experience from sales to pickup. The sales team, service and management were all amazing to deal with. We had a problem when we first took our camper home (long story) and Campkins went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied in the end. We would (and do) recommend Campkins to everyone wanting a stress free camper purchase especially if you are a first time buyer.

Our family purchased a toy hauler from campkins at the rv show in Toronto in 2019. They sold us all warranties and promised us amazing service from their team if ever needed. We have received nothing but the run around every year have been mislead by staff and work was said to be completed when it was never done. Now we wait in their parking lot as they complete a repair that should have been done over the last 6 months it's been here. Do not buy from campkins!

I am generally a difficult person to please as I have perhaps some unreasonable expectations (so my family likes to tell me). So please appreciate that for me to be over the moon happy after our demo experience yesterday well that is huge. From the salesperson-Brendan to the front desk, finance office and our demo guy Ron and last but not least the technician well I am blown away. This is what customer service should be. We bought an entry level camper so it’s not like we were platinum purchasers but they sure make you feel like you are

In the past I have had good experiences dealing with Campkins, but not this recent one. My wife and I had agreed on the sale price of a new trailer with Campkins and signed the paperwork. The saleswoman returned saying there was a pricing error and the manager increased the price by $2000. This is not about money. This is about feeling ripped off. The manager would not honor the agreed upon price, knowing he will get the price he wants, with the way the current economy is regarding these items. This is a very sad and petty way to treat their customers.

We purchased an avenger BHS 32
Which was 2 weeks delayed went to APX 2 months.
When I myself called to give them hell concidently they had one on the lot for 2 months as a demo model for other customers to view.
There is so many problems with it & not living up to their promises.
Never again Campkins like so many other people in the park not wanting another from their either

I was so impressed with the professionalism at Campkin’s. The help and information they gave us during the purchase of our 2021 Avenger 27RKS was amazing. Thank you to all the staff.

Campkins staff was very polite and welcoming. Didn’t try to oversell as others would often do. Their lot is spacious and store had a lot of items. Very excited to get our trailer here! Would highly recommend the dealership as they had a lot of included packages and features! Now it’s on to the real adventure!

Brought our trailer home on Saturday and our fridge wouldn’t work, took it back to campkins Monday morning and here we are Tuesday morning going to pick it back up, had a new fridge installed and up and running and COLD overnight.

Our family had our first experience with Campkins about eight years ago when we purchased a very used tent trailer from them. At the time the minivan we were planning on using to tow had no hitch so had Campkins install one. Since it would take a few hours, the owner of the joint offered - no, insisted - on driving me home so that I didn't have to wait around. He treated us as if we were purchasing a $45,000 rig, not a $4,500 popup.

Fast-forward eight years or so and our family was ready to upgrade to a travel trailer. Of course Campkins was our top choice. The sales team was very knowledgeable. Above all else, we were impressed by the fact that they listened to our needs and limitations and focused on them to ensure we made the best possible choice for our situation. Once again, we were treated very well by all members of the sales and finance team.

We've been enjoying our new trailer and now have more interactions with the service team than the sales team, and have been equally impressed. We are brand new to travel trailers, but not to camping and not to towing as we had the popup for many years. The service people have gone out of their way to explain things to us and answer all of our questions. We've had the unit in for service a couple times and have been impressed with the professionalism, the quality of work done, and the cost was always reasonable.

We have had some interactions and experiences with other RV dealers and shops both locally and while travelling over the years. Some good experiences and some very bad. None have come close to the level of customer service at Campkins. It should also be noted that their store is always very well stocked, not just for RV parts, but for all sorts of camping and outdoor living stuff. I sometimes forget about it but then when I'm let down by the selection and quality in the big box stores, I usually remember and just take the short drive up and get what I need.

To conclude, our family recommends Campkins. They are very busy there for sure, and there is good reason for that! Top notch RV dealer.

We were looking for a small travel trailer for quite some time. We went into Campkins and met with Peter and he was absolutely great, he listened to our wish list and took care of us from the beginning. Our experience with Campkins was hands down the best we have ever had. Everyone in Campkins is friendly. Mike in parts is an amazing person to deal with.
Everything went smoothly when we picked up our trailer they took the time and went through everything and listened and answered all our questions the service that day was exceptional.

We had our RV brought for service and check out the furnace, Ac and that there was no issues as we were planning on a fall stay of 4-6 weeks. The apparent furnace service and clean that took place led to have a mobile furnace service come on sight. Much to our surprise he located the issue (furnace not cleaned) we purchased from Campkins twice. This Fifth wheel RV in 2008. We will not purchase or use Campkins again. Overall nice window dressing but dig deep. After purchase it goes down hill. That’s our experience. Anytime call.

Yes cleaned in 2013. The last time we required the furnace. The trailer sat unused for the last 5 yrs. I would think that seven years later and knowing you had cleaned last 2013 that a thorough cleaning would’ve taken place. Why would I not ask for a cleaning? Your tag indicates furnace run for 10 mins. Again it was explained to service department exactly what we required and concerns to make sure we were covered. I asked again upon pickup and was told the furnace was in good working order and serviced. By the way, to properly clean the furnace needs to be removed from compartment. Steps to do so requires caulking replacement. I can assure you this wasn’t done.

There is no miscommunication issue here. It just did not happen. The customer asked for service.

Apologies aside, we have been a customer for years. Disappointed to say the least.

I stopped in to see what supplies they carry. It's a small shop and you can buy some of the items elsewhere for cheaper. The store attendant was nice.

Bought a trailer previously from Campkins, we were looking to upgrade. Went back and found something that fit our family perfectly. They have been nothing but helpful any time we have gone here. We are life long customers, thank you Campkins!

My Thanks to Mike in the Parts Dept- Helped me with new door lock set when I lost my keys- Turns out they were in the trailer.

Get a few spare keys is my advice for the day - Thanks Mike Nice to meet you and the service techs today.

The service department is horrible. The wont repair my 12v fridge it's made by the same company that puts fridges in there trailers. He wouldn't even listen to my issue. I found him rude and very unprofessional. I will not go there for any of my trailer needs

Fair prices, super friendly staff. Years ago I worked there, they were and still are customer focused and friendly. Ask for Rolland. I remember when he was a sales guy, honest then and now.he's turned out to be a great owner.

We purchased a Coachmen Apex 215RBK from Campkins in early Sept and could not have had a more pleasant experience. The sales staff was easy to work with and accommodated all of our requests - which was great because we drove 7+ hours to pick up the trailer. They are very thorough and have the sale / orientation process down to a science. Every aspect of the trailer was gone over in detail and my truck was calibrated to tow the trailer expertly. A big shout at to Allan, who spent 2 hours with us going over the trailer and maintenance requirements. We would definitely recommend Campkins to anyone looking for an RV.

We recently purchased a 2020 Cherokee 234VFK from Campkins and have to say it was a great experience - from sales to finance to delivery. You truly get that "family owned" vibe as soon as you speak to someone. My numerous texts and emails were answered immediately which I truly appreciated. Thank you to a great team!

It was a long day with both the demo scheduled and our hitch being mounted. All staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were looked after. Overall we were extremely happy with how the day went and are extremely excited about using our new trailer.

I signed up to have my trailer winterized and decided to do it on this day that was set up for only doing the winterizing.
The process was fabulous and I met a number of Campkins employees that I have met over the last 2 years. They made me welcome right from the start, and had the "Valet Service" take my vehicle + trailer in for servicing.
I was then offered coffee and a donut - 2 actually - but that was just to help Heather with the temptation. LOL! I paid the bill, waited about 25 minutes and was on my way.
I only wish Roland was there to see what a great job the team did in getting customers through the process - but he apparently had decided to hang in Mexico for the week - you missed a good time.

Special shutout to Alyssa for getting me there and thanks to Ted who hasn't changed a bit since the times we spent in all those hotels - great seeing you today.

Our experience at Campkin’s was over the top in every area. All staff who helped us were warm and friendly. After our experience our opinion in buying a used trailer from a dealer was changed totally. The trailer was thoroughly tested throughout. We were give a two hour demo on our trailer which will give us an edge on using it for the first time. It was even cleaned before we got it. We were treated to a gift at the end of our purchase. This was by far the best experience I have had buying and picking up a trailer. From the sales to the PDI. The time they took doing the PDI was amazing and they covered every aspect of the trailer. The gentleman who did it was very informative and knew the product. Then they took me on a test tow with the trailer hooked up to my truck. They wanted to make sure I was ok and comfortable towing with the set up. Again the towing tech was outstanding and informative. This is my 6th trailer and by far Campkins is the most professional RV Centre around.

Wont service a trailer that came from this place. Just because inbaught it off a friend and not them direct! It has campkins stickers all over it and they wont service.why because I'm not a direct customer. Oncall tongue direct customer down the street and guess what they are servicing my trailer no questions asked!
Campkins is rude and in considerate! When it comes time to buy a brand new trailer it WONT be from here!

I'm so impressed with the service i received from the moment I walked into the showroom. Sales rep Jules was wonderful and fun which made for a great experience! No pressure at all! Dave and Jamie went above and beyond trying to figure out the proper system for my Jeep! My demo day with Alan was so thorough and informative! Everyone was friendly and a joy to deal with. The Staff is awesome. Very easy and fair to deal with. We traded our 29’ travel trailer for a tent trailer w/ toy hauler. We want to travel to different parks again and didn’t want to deal with selling on Auto Trader or Kijiji. We found a trailer we were interested in and Jules was great to deal with. Al did the demo and was very informative and had some tips to pass along as well. At the end of the day, Good people are what make it a great experience

I've never seen.we were shopping for a NEW RV today. Walking around looking at the ones we liked. At 410PM TODAY SATURDAY JUNE 1ST WE BEGAN NOTICING THE RV DOORS LOCKED. We never imagined the employees began locking the doors to the rvs.the store didn't close till 5pm. When the employee was asked why he was locking up so early, the guy's response was "STORM IS COMING". Storm? The sky was BLUE! I'll take my business somewhere else.

Our experience at Campkins was awesome everyone we dealth with was super friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions and inquiries. Pick up day was smooth and easy even though it takes 3 hoursish for PDI they want you to leave with as much knowledge about your trailer as possible to the point of taking you out for a test tow to make sure your comfortable with the towing part. Overall great experience wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if in the market for a trailer! Thanks again guys!

Awesome service. Had a great time on our demo day. All the staff was really informative and friendly. It was the best price I could find anywhere for the pop up trailer I wanted. And they threw in a bunch of free stuff to get started! It was well worth my 3 hour drive to buy my new trailer from campkins.

Always quick to help and survival us and very knowledgeable about all makes of campers we will continue to do our camping shopping at there store

A lot of people that review a place such as Campkin's will say that it is "the best. " Well let me make it clear to you, it is not. If you want to go there and buy a hybrid trailer then you can stop reading because this place is for you. If you want to buy a 15 ft plus trailer, Good luck! They have them stacked away so far you have to take a golf cart to see them! So, one question, why do you have no space to fit trucks to go get the trailers? Ok, now if you want a 15 ft plus trailer, I am done ranting about them, you can stop reading. And now, onto the pop ups and any other trailer I did not mention before. DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY THEM. They either have none in stock or, they are all folded up and the sales person is to lazy to go and get someone to unfold them so they will bring you to stock either out of your price range or, get this, too expensive for you. Now, I am done, but don't trust some guy on the internet. Especially one with MY name.
