Absolutely awesome service at Barrie Campmart.
My husband and I bought a trailer there 2 years ago and needed a roof reseal done. Brought it in at the end of the season and got the trailer home. So happy we will be ready for camping this summer.
Tina in the service department really helped and the service technicians did amazing job explaining what they did. We will be back in the fall for an annual inspection and winterizing! Job well done!

Dropped in to see some rv and they didn't want to show any units without a credit check?
I'm driving a new truck, needed a $30,000 -45,000 rv for guest in Florida and didn't need credit.
Next time I will pass on by. I can understand policy but true sales skills doesn't mean rude behavior.

Shane from the barrie location did everything possible for my family and I to get us into the camper we wanted, he was in contact every step of the way and was a pleasure to speak with, we may have chose to fix our current one right now but I will be dealing with Shane in the future when we buy new again.thanks for everything Shane.

We purchased our trailer brand new from another CampMart dealership and we were very disappointed with the service, when we got ahold of this dealership they not only fixed the stuff from previous dealership but went above and beyond to make sure that everything was serviced and repaired to brand new quality. Everything said in the other reviews has basically happened to us as well.

The extended warranty is a scam. Not a national warranty. It is a in-house warranty and if you are in the road you need to call in to get approval and they need to pay by credit card and the will always deny and say you need to go to a campmart to get fixed.

The new service manager seems nice and knowledgeable and trustworthy. (John reed) and he is a trailer owner. Rob the rv tech is amazing. Ask for him.

We were lied to multiple times by the GM (Jeff, no longer there)

Lied to by the Finance manager (John, no longer there) tried to sneak a year older model on our purchase agreement. We bought a new 2019 and they tried to sneak in a new 2018. I caught it by looking at the vin. Also the 2019 had stainless steel upgrades over the 2018 and i was purchasing a 2019 but they originally told me that the 2018 was "basically the same" without the upgrades, so I should just take it for the same price.

I have gone through probably 4 or 5 service advisors and 2 or 3 previous service managers.

Lied to by the service manager (Michael, no longer there) broke something in my trailer and tried to tell me it was going to cost the $200 deductible to have it fixed.

I don't know if you can see the pattern here but the people dont last very long here.

On a positive I do really like the new service manager (John reed) and I have very high hopes for him.

I have tried to email the president and the entire management team and never even gotten a response from them. They just filter the emails down to the lower people.

It was a very expensive lesson in trailer purchasing. I 100% kbow what NOT to do next time. And the first this to NOT do is purchase from campmart Barrie/innisfil.

For our next trailer purchase (whenever that may be) it will NOT be from here.

Went in on Saturday knowing what we wanted but needed some education prior to purchasing. Ray was awesome, gave us little tips and tricks; while educating us. We purchased with ease finding each person very helpful from Reception, the GM and Omar in finance. Thank you looking forward to the rest of the process in the coming months.

I worked with Ray Williams Mainly and he was super easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I sent alot of email questions and he answered everyone in a timely manner. I would suggest to anyone to shop here if you need a trailer. I also dealt with others there and they were all very helpful. 5 star's for sure.

Ciji was great! I didn’t feel any pressure from her. She listened to what I wanted and what my budget was and didn’t push me into anything else. She was great to work with and bonus, you can bring your dog in! Oreo loved going in there and seeing everyone for some extra love!

Atrocious interest rates and high pressure sales techniques. Not impressed. Go to a more reputable dealer.

We went in looking to buy a small travel trailer and we were blown away by the price we were quoted. I don't know how they stay in business. We went to a different dealer in Orillia and bought a size comparable model with way better warranty and options for just shy half the price they quoted us. I can't speak to their service but for purchase, I would not recommend this dealer at all. The only reason I gave them one star was because you can't post a review without it. Truthfully no stars.

I am beyond disappointed with the way this manager does business at this store. Repriced a trailer twice more than asking. Had to go elsewhere to get the same trailer but for much less. What a waste of time. I do not recommend doing business with the manager at this store. She is completely unrealistic.

Had a great experience at campmart in Innisfil. Walked in with no appointment and was helped right away and introduced to our sales rep Ray Williams. He was able to help us find exactly what we where looking for and a price point we where comfortable with. I highly recommend this RV store.

Honestly there just so much to say about the service I got here especially from the two representatives ray and joe, I went in looking for a car and wow they where both really helpful people, I went in with really low hopes cause what I went through with other dealerships I have been to and I was wrong, ray helped me with everything and wow was I so happy with the results the gave me, if I could rate them out of 10 I would, they both did so much to help me out with my situation, honestly for anyone looking to get a car this is the place to go, they will walk you though everything, and tell you what work, you can’t go wrong I will be telling all my family and friends about them and this location, I promise you, you won’t go wrong at all, thank you guys for all your help

Very disappointed with their customer service. They were supposed to repair our brand new trailer and guess what we are still waiting. Thank God we didn't go anywhere with it. The thing would have fallen apart on the road.
