Leah was an excellent sales representive who knew when to come and offer us assistance, but also recognized that the camper has to sell itself, and gave us ample alone time to fall into it.
My credit isn’t the greatest, but it’s also not the worst and even though my first, significantly more expensive Brand New Model couldn’t be financed that was because of my own profile, and, without having to keep me hanging she called me back with the bad and the great - couldn’t do new, but could do a slightly used 2022 trade-in…. So, like, 3 months old.
Saved me so much and got everything through painlessly.
It helps that I am organized because when you stay ready, you don’t got to get ready.
And Leah is totally ready to help.

Leah and Joe (finance guy) really came through for me and got me a great deal on a great 32’r.

I have never been so stoked to go camping, since memories with my parents as a kid.

I would not recommend anyone to buy a trailer from campmart exspeally the Cambridge location. My girlfriend bought a trailer from them. Received it on July 15 2022. Since the day it was dropped off we've had nothing but problems first the cabinet above the t.v the door fell off the first time we opened it. The out side fridge has never worked. And there constant leaking around the shower and under the fridge and under the couch is always wet. Every time we call we have to leave a message and then no one returns are call. When we did talk to somebody they won't us to pay $200 for them to come out to look it I don't thinks so we're at a point now to get a lawyer involved. Because if it's not fixed we're going to come back to a trailer fool of mold in April

I Went with my son to just look and explore campers they had on site. When we arrived I was amazed at how many they had in stock to look at! We were first greeted by the amazing Leah! She was so attentive and full of camper knowledge! She knew her facts and her attitude was so positive! After a couple hours, my Son ended up purchasing a huge luxurious camper for an amazing price! Joe helped my son with the financing. He clearly explained all the options and He made it easy to understand! Joe and Leah simply did all the work! They even found my son super reduced camper insurance! They both made the entire process enjoyable and easy! I would recommend this business to anyone! Thanks for everything. My wife and I are starting to feel the market for RV life. We visit the Cambridge location and met with Leah. As we are new in this field, Leah certainly was able to answer our many questions. We walk away with the information and feel more confident once we do decide.

Without exaggeration, buying a camper for my first and probably only time, could not have been made more pleasant. Joe and Lea (h) (sp?) were amazing, but the incredibly hospitable treatment began with reception immediately upon arrival and continued until the time of delivery. Their location is very accessible (I brought my baby and his stroller), he was offered a little stuffed moose long before any sales had even been discussed, much less made. I can't say enough about their friendliness and helpfulness. I wound up purchasing a perfect little camper at Leah's suggestion for an amazing price. Joe held my hand through the daunting financing and paperwork process and stayed in touch in the interim until delivery. The delivery driver was also absolutely awesome, super friendly and efficient, didn't take long at all to setup. The trailer itself is perfect for my purposes and beautiful. I waited until delivery to leave a review so I could be thorough, and I give Customer Service 5 Stars for literally everyone I encountered throughout the entire process, I give the product and value 5 Stars.

Overall the atmosphere as you walk into Campmart Cambridge feels professional. From the office layout, furniture, and smiles from service reps. Staff have been welcoming, kind, and considerate about my needs first. Highly recommended.

My wife and I visited this location and one elsewhere while in the market for a trailer this past winter. We definitely didn't get a great vibe. They didn't really seem interested in discussing different options and whatnot for trailers and were incredibly secretive about the prices on their units. We still don't know what they are asking for two new units on the lot. Nothing listed online and they would not provide any information even in person until they got all of our personal information. Definitely didn't pass the smell test for us and we felt pretty uncomfortable. Might be very nice people, but for us, it was not a great impression at all. We ended up purchasing elsewhere locally instead.

Visiting Campmart 401 auto was a pleasant experience for me. Dayton was a very kind and helpful salesmen.

Leah was fantastic. She answered all of my questions - you can tell she’s very passionate about her job and loves what she does. The customer service was out of this world. My family are avid campers and we were looking for just the right RV to accommodate my husband, two kids (and their friends), plus our furry friend Otis (our 8 year old pug). We are hoping to travel a ton this summer and need something that offers space, comfort and is just fun to be in! She exceeded our expectations, we can’t thank you enough Leah!

Talk about EXCELLENT SERVICE! We purchased our new camper in Hamilton picked up in Cambridge. We had the pleasure of dealing with Nathan who seemed to know absolutely everything about everything regarding campers! As first time owners, We learned so much from him in such a short time. He took the time to explain everything in plain English with great detail. If we appeared a bit frazzled on a certain instructions, he noticed and redid the lesson until we understood and also ensured us we were in great hands. He even gave us his cellphone number in case we were stuck on how to do something and the office was closed. Cambridge camp mart…. You sure got a prize employee when you hired Nathan! Not only Nathan but his entire team ensured everything was perfect before we drove off the lot. They were fine tuning the sound system, the outdoor kitchen stove etc. And most came out to congratulate us on our new purchase and offered helpful tidbits will definitely always deal with them in any future upgrades or purchases!

Do not buy a trailer from here. We bought a brand new Grand River trailer and discovered in June that the fridge doesn't work. We are parked at the seasonal site and had to throw out a ton of food. Upon calling camp mart they sent out a technician that did nothing to fix the problem and told us we would have to pay $160 for the service call. Since our fridge is still malfunctioning we emailed numerous times to Sam the service manager with no response. I finally called to complain and the manager finally called us back and told us that we aren't the only people dealing with this issue and that he currently has 7 others with the same complaint and that they "haven't forgot about us" however they are doing f all to remedy the situation. I do not recommend this business to anyone for their lack of professionalism and customer service. They take no accountability and basically their warranty on a 2021 trailer is a joke.

Last fall my wife and I took our last interior canoe trip. Don't feel sorry for us but after having slept on the ground for decades, after having carried our gear over every sweaty portage in Ontario and after providing a healthy red blood diet to every form of biting insect known to mankind we decided that there had to be a better way. Campmart helped us to discover a suitable compromise that gets us outdoors with a comfy bed, a hot shower and air conditioning.

Our purchase of, what I'd call an entry level trailer, a Grand River 188RB was pretty straightforward and we took delivery of the trailer this past April. We noticed a few manufacturers defects and contacted the customer service team at Campmart to discuss our concerns, the response from their team was encouraging.

Dawn was a thorough professional who worked to get the defects corrected in a manner that made us feel like we were their most important customer. When Sam called to arrange a date to get the trailer in he worked around our convoluted schedule so that we didn't have to cancel any camping plans. Sam, Nate and the crew in the Campmart garage got everything sorted out in less time than anticipated and the trailer is incredible now. I am a very happy customer and an even happier camper.

I made an appointment earlier in the week for yesterday to go to the Cambridge location. I was definitely unhappy with the service I recieved when I got there. First and foremost, when I arrived, the sales person I was scheduled to see was not there so we someone who was covering for him. So I explained why I was there to see the trailer in this add and was quickly told that that trailer had completely sold out and that it was in fact NOT a pre order but old stock. The sales person then proceeded to try to sell me on a more expensive trailer. I said absolutely not, and if fact asked why a call wasn't made to me to tell me that the trailer I was there to purchase was in fact not available at all. The sales person told me that " they get many calls and have more than enough interest in their trailers and that I couldn't really expect that a call would have been made. I told him I drop over an hour to come there and he said, oh, well, I am sorry. I left. This is terrible business ethic. I came there to buy the trailer outright. I will be sure to let everyone I can know about this. Very disappointing Campmart.

Staff was very helpful in getting me a good deal. Finance guy worked at getting me the best rate. Followed COVID-19 protocols.

Sales and Financing were quick, easy and provided options that were better than expected. The Service Department was outstanding in the delivery and detail end of the process. Mychel in service was outstanding, from arranging delivery to the attention to detail!

They schedule a time for you, ask you to make a long commute via a "these things are time sensitive" tone, and make you sit there waiting for an hour. What's the point of appointments if you cannot commit to them within a reasonable time frame? Why couldn't anyone tell me I would be sitting awhile?

Today we purchased a beautiful trailer at CampMart RV in Cambridge, Ontario. We dealt with both Roy, who helped us choose our model and David who walked us, step by step through the financing process. They are polite, hospitable and very helpful. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Mark was very helpful and did not push me to buy, I would highly recommend dealing with Mark if you are in the market for a car or trailer.

We randomly stopped at CampMart to speak with someone about buying a tent trailer. We didn't make an appointment in advance, however they allowed us to come in and we were able to speak with Roy.
Roy was extremely friendly and provided us with different options that were available, that we didn't even know existed! Once we found the perfect trailer for us, we then spoke with David in the finance department, who was also extremely friendly. David provided us with all the information we needed, and was awesome to work with.
Once all the paper work was signed, David yelled out "You're going camping! " and all the staff cheered. It definitely made our experience of buying our first trailer exciting!
I would recommend going to CampMart if you are looking to purchase a trailer!

We just purchased our first trailer, as this was a huge purchase for us we were feeling very overwhelmed and nervous about our decision. Our sales person (Roy) took extra care of us and went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. He took his time to explain everything and did not make us feel rushed in purchasing. We left feeling good about our purchase. The staff at Campmart are all friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Campmart to everyone.

Recently worked with Mychel and Nathan at Cambridge Campmart to resolve issues I have been having with my trailer. They both went over and above with their attention to detail and follow up. Even with the additional challenges and delays anticipated due to Covid I was thoroughly impressed with the efforts made by both of them to handle things both efficiently and safely. Terrible service, i talked to Ryan he supposed to take care of the finance, they said bad credit no problem, he took all my info on monday and after 4 days never get back to me with any answer, i try to call him since 2 days now and i left couple of messages and still his not answering or call me back! I would not recommend to anyone to deal with someone like him!

Horrible service dept for 2nd time. Booked a winterization for trailer back in mid July and dropped off on Sept 26th for appointment. This service should of been done Monday the 28th. Literally a 30 mins service. Yesterday Oct 5th and no phone call to pick up. Called and asked what is the problem.supposed to be done and ready for pu Friday of the Thanksgiving weekend. Ohh btw last year they did not shut off water heater so when I flushed system water water coming out water heater. What a joke

At first loved their service on our first trailer could not ask for better service. Bought our second trailer in less than one year and now their service is subpar the employees say one thing to me another to each other and I’m getting the run around for over a year now and my trailer is still not had all the repairs done that it needs not happy with them at this rate my third trailer will be purchased some where else!

Would love to give them there five stars back I’m so disappointed in them now!
