CampMart RV Hamilton

I have nothing nice to say about this place or both managers Brian and Moe and the salesman we were dealing with named Shokron. I think they are very disgusting people who just take advantage of their customers. If I could give 0 stars I would because they don’t even deserve 1 star. They are more worried about making a sale then making sure if their customers are happy. They are not honest people and just make up lies. We bought a truck from them and had nothing but problems. We bought it in August and only got it in October. I was making payments for a truck I didn’t have. I was told by Moe the general manager to send prof of payments so he could send me a check and till today, November 2,2023 I still got nothing. I have sent him a message and he has ignored it so I sent one to Shokron a week later and he’s also ignored it. I was rushed to get insurance on this truck by Shokron, he was telling me the truck would be ready in a couple of days so I did and the truck was never ready. Again I paid for insurance for a month and had no truck. Every week he’s tell me next week it will be ready, the shop is busy and it kept going like this for a month.then I was told by Moe it wasn’t in the shop and asked who told me that…. Twice we went into the store and being very upset we didn’t care who heard or not. We were only speaking the truth but every time Moe would take us to the off so no one would hear. I told him I was being told the truck was in the shop and why was it there for a month and he asked me who told me it was in the shop because it wasn’t, so I came to finding out Shokron was making up thing. Moe then promised also some new rims but when we got the truck he never included them, another lie. The day after I signed papers I did tell them I wasn’t feeling comfortable with the sale and I wanted to back out because I didn’t feel like I could trust them since I had already caught Shokron in some lies, he got up set and said I couldn’t cancel and so on and got a little aggressive. I did make sure to let Moe know I did save all the messages between me and Shokron. The day we went to pick up the truck we noticed there where different parts including 2 different coloured bumpers, I question it to Moe but he had nothing to say. We took the truck to a trusted shop and were told this truck had some parts that weren’t it’s original like we were told. Let me also mention this truck smelled sooooo bad, like a wet dog and they didn’t clean it, they only cleaned it where we could see. There was dog hair everywhere. We had this truck in a shop for about 3 weeks. They took the whole truck apart to clean everything, get rid of the smell and we have had to replace parts inside the truck and the bumper. Even they at the shop were so disgusted and couldn’t believe this is how they sent the truck home. I will NEVER be going there again and I will make sure to NEVER recommend them to anyone. I will make sure I always tell people how horrible they are.
They should be ashamed of them selfs. They shouldn’t even be working there if they can’t take care of their customers.
I have attached some pictures. We replaced the seats, bumper, carpet and breaks.

Traded in our 1 year old trailer for a new 2024 starcraft, they shorted us on features that come with 2024.
When I talked to them they said they where not included. Starcraft website and staff say otherwise, been over a month waiting for a callback from campmart.ca

Drove into Camp Mart for the first time in my 1-ton pickup truck. Went into the showroom looking for the parts department, immediately a salesperson asked if I wanted to trade in my Rv?
I told him I was looking for the parts department, and he directed me. When I saw the parts dept, wow I thought this is small. If you wanted a prop for your boat they had a few. I was looking for a tube of flex seal, they had maybe a total of about ten tubes of different brands of flex seal and dicor. Just not the colour I wanted. I wanted white but they didn't have any, so I chose clear and went to the counter. The cashier asked for my last name, I said just use cash, he said I can't do that. I then just walked away and behind my back he said, really! That's the last time I go to Camp Mart. Really. I then drove to Sicards.

Do not shop here unless you enjoy the following:
- being jerked around
- being lied to
- receiving poor service
- all of the above

I just purchased my third Trailer from Campmart and most importantly Gregory Dundas! He helped us in every way possible to get what we wanted! In 2020 we got told we couldn't camp in a campground unless we had a self-contained bathroom and we had just bought our pop-up trailer 9 months prior.we then settled for a 2020 21RBS so that we could still camp. Long story short it was not "Our" trailer and now we looked and found our trailer! Greg helped us find and get what we wanted and now we have a great friendship! Thank you Greg! Can't wait to pick up "OUR" trailer!

BUYER BEWARE! Worst experience ever! Horrible customer service! Promises never kept, phone calls not returned, and quality of trailer was absolutely ridiculous for abrand new trailer! If I could post pictures you would be shocked, and still not a phone call to make it right! Once they have the sale they move on to the next one Also was promised certain things and never received them. LESSON LEARNED

Went to the Hamilton showroom to look at upgrading to a new rv trailer when Joey came up and started helping me through the process he walked me through many models till I found the one that was right. Upon our visit to look for our next adventure we met Spencer literally stopped in his tracks to help us. Recently bought a trailer from CampMart on Upper James in Hamilton and found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Kiefer for showing the units to me with patience. Eva, the manager was excellent as well, even educating me about the breakdown of a credit report. Spencer in finance was very supportive and positive. Thanks to all the staff.

During the pandemic it was challenging to do anything so I started camping with the family. We fell in love with it and wanted to take it to the next level. I called in and required some information about a trailer. Kiefer and Spencer were great and will be visiting next week to potentially buy our dream trailer!

Had my tent trailer in for service, Jeff Bush is great to deal with, he’s very patient and checked out everything on my trailer which has not been in service for two years.

On the way out, we also walked the lot, there are many beautiful trailers here and we might consider upgrading our tent trailer in the future this is the place to find it.

Earlier this season I decided this would be the year to finally buckle down and purchase an RV. I've been to over 5 dealerships with horrible customer service and shady policies so I had all but given up.

I just happened to see CampMart RV while driving today and figured I'd just stop in and look around.

To say I was BLOWN AWAY is an understatement. I spoke to Eva and not only was she fully transparent and informative, she was so helpful when it came to figuring out the best option for my family. She was so patient, walked me through all of the features of each model and never once made me feel pressured to buy.

The RV's themselves were amazing but no matter where you're from, it's worth the drive to come here over anywhere else for the outstanding customer service.

Worst customer service you can get. 110k trailer shows up with broken parts. 5k warranty. And you might aswell fix it yourself. You'll never hear from them after they get your money. Recommend shopping around. Good luck!

Gregory was awesome! Took lots of time with my wife and I right before closing. I came back for some extra info before picking up the trailer and he spent some time with me again. Definitely recommend this guy for anyone buying an rv!

We would like to thank Jeff Bush from the bottom of our hearts. Jeff listened to us when no one else could during the Covid crisis. We explained our concerns, we tried to be patient and he did not disappoint with his professional and courteous and kind assistance. We would trust him 100% with any future concerns. His persistence should be acknowledged and rewarded. He stood by our side when no one else would. We love our trailer and we love it more because we had someone help us backing up our very large investment on our Autumn Ridge 27 RLI. He made us feel that our purchase was not a mistake. Had a tire blow on our tent trailer recently and had a hard time finding the replacement. Adrian K.stepped up and found what we needed. Courteous and thorough, he made sure we were happy. We can now take the trailer back out. Will be back in the fall for annual maintenance.

Got there to be told to wait outside for 20 min salesmen come out and tell me that we need a co applicant so they did a credit check before even asking me what trailer I wanted or if they even had what I was looking for total waste of my time unbelievable

Very happy with my purchase. Got my family a small RV, my sales Greg is really nice and friendly, walk me through different options since this is our very first RV purchase.also business manager Eva gave all the finance options.everyone in the dealership easy going, did not give me feeling of forcing me into any decision.

My parents went to this location to look at RV’s, my parents previously went to Scards to look at RV’s and they were allowed to wander all of the RV’s, take their time, look at multiple RV’s in all different price ranges & had a great experience. When my parents went to this location is was the complete opposite, they were unable to look at RV’s without giving personal information, they also weren’t allowed to look at RV’s that were slightly out of their budget & after spending 15 minutes they decided to leave. The sales worker seemed uninterested in selling an RV to my parents and was extremely discouraging. Would not recommend.

Great place. Came in with a problem with my trailer, an hr before I'm supposed to leave for the pinery. The gentlemen in the service/parts department got me all fixed up and on my way in no time. Thanks guys, you'll be seeing me again.

My 2021 grand river travel trailer is falling apart do not buy a single thing from any camp mart they should be shut down vary displeased in service and Sam from Hamilton camp mart now works in Cambridge beware of buying or doing any business with them I’ve talk to other people that have gotten trailers from a camp mart dealer and same thing honestly when you get a $50,000 dollar trailer shouldn’t fall apart after few days still waiting on my warped doors to be fixed! You’s should be paying me to have this cr*p

Very unsatisfied bought a trailer was helped and promised everything under the sun but after signing was told no tv mount no spare tire raddling ac was normal until I got up on top and fixed copper pipe hitting compressor sales men doesn't answer calls after you've sign have 10 texs unanswered until having to fo in to office to complain next day I got a call from salesmen once you've signed you're garbage to them

We recently bought an Grand river 278BH from the Hamilton location, we highly recommend them, they are courteous and answered all our questions and our payments are very reasonable, they took care of all our needs to get us rocking and rolling, Jeff Bush from parts and service was excellent help, he explained everything to us clearly and was a BIG help, THX JEFF.

Customer service amazing and very helpful and friendly people too! I dropped my Starcraft trailer off to get it winterized and Jeff Bush came out and was a big help assisting me unhook my coupling, he didn't half to but he did. I also accidentally left my roof vent open and rain got in. Jeff didn't have to but he cleaned up the water on the floor. He also fixed a pushed out panel under the kitchen sink Base Cabinet that some pots pushed out during the rough road drive. Jeff also fixed that. I had a very bad experience years ago at another camper dealership but Jeff certainly changed my outlook. I wasn't expecting any extras for free but Jeff and the service dept.deserve a big thank you!

Went and filled out the paperwork and everything was fine. The person I signed up with had to cancel do to something coming up financially. So we asked if we could come in and cancel. They said ok come in. As soon as we get there they say sorry can't cancel nothing we can do. I've had no payments come out and it hasn't even been 2 weeks. Terrible business and not helpful in the least. There is definitely something they can do they just don't want to.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at CampMart RV - Greg and Joey were both very informative and answered all of the questions I had with respect to RV purchase. It was such an easy process, would definitely recommend!

Camp Mart Should Stand For Cheap Mart! My young son purchased a trailer from there just over a month ago. First of all they overcharged him, as far as I am concerned they seen him coming a mile away. I went to Camp Mart after I found out he purchased the trailer, to see if I could get him out of the deal. Keep in mind he hadn't even received it yet. They said there was nothing they could do, the deal was already made. Which we know they could have canceled it, but they refused. He received the trailer 2 weeks later. I also called there head office in Cambridge begging them to take the trailer back. They told me that they do not buy back there own trailers. Funny I wouldn't want to purchase one either. Why would they want it back. LOL
So with in an hour of having the trailer my son closed the door and it caught on the awning bars, they told us we have to be careful of closing the awning, really what's new? Never heard that one before LOL So now the trailer is rusting out where the awning bars are, on both sides not just the one that got damaged. The trailer is sooo cheaply made, he could have went to any other dealer and got a way better made trailer for a lower price. The only good thing is that the service department is awesome to work with. I can't imagine how much they have to fix!

Very poor customer service from salesman. My wife and I came to take a look at some RVs and we’re told by the sales person to just look at the website until we’re ready to buy and pushed us out the door. This was on a Wednesday when the entire store was dead. Safe to say we won’t be back when we are ready to buy.

Rather unprofessional place. Talked to Jules over email to receive a quote and details for one trailer. She persistently didn’t want to give any details and asked me to set up an appointment and come in. Well, after 1 hour of driving and on the lot, I discovered that trailer is not on the lot and there is nothing to see. (backordered) I would recommend to take your business somewhere else!

Purchased a trailer here last June and have just had a small warranty repair completed through Jeff in the service department, he and all of the staff are friendly and accommodating. If I had need of another camper I would not hesitate to return for sales or service.

Fantastic Service team. Jeff was very accommodating to my schedule. Shop had most of the parts in stock and what they didn't have a driver was sent to pick up to quickly get me on my way. A bit pricy but I was well looked after. Thanks will recommend
