CampMart RV Kitchener

Originally I had given them a 5 star review. But it ended up being issue after issue.

For some reason they only do inspections before they deliver their trailers, I’m not sure why as they’re not cheap. After our trailer was delivered and the guy drove away, we went inside, and they didn’t lock the shower door so the door shattered. We also noticed the kitchen island door wasn’t closed and it ripped a piece of vinyl off our fridge. * we called right away they gave us $100 credit and ordered a new door! We were super happy with that until…. **

Yesterday, we noticed not one but TWO leaks in the trailer… one in the kids bathroom, one in the kitchen. If we did not notice these, our 100k trailer would have got ruined. Walls were already wet, insulation wet. I can only imagine if it was never detected what would have happened.

Not only that but our grey tank 2 and black tank lines are connected wrong.

I emailed the company and in the email the gentleman mentions “sometimes fittings get loose when we transport them” that’s not really cool to say to someone who spent 100k on a trailer from you. I’m not sure why there isn’t another inspection after the delivery to insure things like this DO NOT happen. If someone had no clue what to look for this could have been an extremely costly fix. For a BRAND NEW trailer.

Also the dead bolt lock on the main door was installed upside down and wouldn’t lock, once my fiancé uninstalled it, flipped it upside down and grinded the metal latch a bit it finally worked. Whew

Our buddy was going to buy a trailer from them next, but he’s unfortunately going elsewhere after this.

We picked up our trailer today and had an amazing walk through and demo thanks to Kurtis. He answered all of our questions and was extremely kind. We left feeling confident and very happy with our experience.

AMAZING. Curtis was awesome. They went above and beyond out of their way to help us purchase our brand new 5th wheel! There was a bit of a discrepancy, but they had it fixed within 3 minutes if that. It gets delivered today and we cannot wait. Thanks campmart!

Bought a new trailer from them. Couple weeks later the trailer is nearly half the price. Nothing done for me. Upon pickup there are plenty of damages. Window seal gone, leaks behind the electrical panel. Leaks through the cover on the bathroom fan. Staples hanging out of the panels inside. Chips out of the cabinets. A screw poking up through the floor in the storage compartment. Water pump leaks. Overhead shelf in bedroom isn't square or straight and has gaps along the finished edge between the face and the shelf. I was told this unit was insulated, it has NO insulation at all, you actually get a nice cold breeze in the bedroom. Goes down to 6C and the furnace has to run constantly to keep temperature above 16. Fridge handles are cheap plastic that easily break off when trying to open the fridge. Windows have large gaps in them, inviting moths the size of a quarter through.

Don't buy a grand river trailer. They are overpriced junk.

Best experience ever here at kitchener Camp Mart. Jacob was amazing and made the entire experience worth it. His demo and honesty is what is needed. That the team at Camp Mart. Another great experience closing the trailer Travis made it quick and fun.

Luis and Marina were amazing! Worked magic and got us an awesome trailer for our family, and at such a good deal. Will definitely return, and would recommend going there for any trailer.

We got our first trailer ever today at Camp Mart in Kitchener. It was a great experience! Luis, the sales associate who helped us, was very patient and helpful and walked us through the whole process. We are glad we decided to purchase our trailer there and we are excited to start camping
