I went to Campus auto under recommendation of a then trusted source for a mechanic. Now I'll do my own research as I see some others who share my sentiments. I clearly should have heeded your calls! I went in for a new starter and an oil change. I specifically mentioned to do a COMPLETE oil change REGARDLESS of the oil's condition that was in there already. I was assured it would be done and the amount of my bill reflected that.and then some!
Over charging FINE! I get it. You provide a service I am incapable of doing myself. But to have NOT done the oil change at all!? I was charged at least 2.5 times more than I should have. I now about a month since service have to get ANOTHER oil change! I bid you good luck in future endvores. I will never use your service again. I urge you to re evaluate your ethics sir.

Ownership has changed. Not to be trusted. You will be dealing with a thief and a crook. Beware. Find another mechanic as fast as you can.

Passive aggressive, slow turnaround, over-quoting shoddy work for basic repairs, basically your typical untrustworthy mechanic. Conspicuous 5-star paid/fake reviews should be a red flag. Would give zero stars if possible. Prolong the life of your car at other more capable repair shops. But if there’s no where else to go, ask for any part they replace back. Guys like these often quote unnecessary repairs to rip off gullible customers. Learn from my mistake and avoid this place like the plague.
