Had a lovely experience, specifically with Jayden who helped me and my mom through putting down my Guinea pig Angel. She was absolutely wonderful, and I thank her for all the help. Xo

Only 24hr emergency vet who handles small and exotic pets the I’ve found, amazing and compassionate staff who helped with two of my guineapigs over a few years who unfortunately needed end of life emergency care. They have a very nice set up for your final moments with your pet and the staff are patient and kind. Thank you all again for taking care of my babies.

After my kids opened their gifts Christmas morning it was apparent that it was time for my baby of 21 years to go. She was nearly lifeless and could barely open her eyes. My family was devastated. When I went to campus estates I couldn't get the words out without losing my composure. The girl at the front desk knew who I was from a previous phone call and immediately opened the building next door to get us a private room. Everybody here showed compassion in this devastating time for us. We were never rushed and had as much time as we needed with our baby before and after she was gone. They were so caring and gentle with her in her last moments of life.

This place is amazing. The staff and vets are all so incredibly kind, I saw Dr Katie the most and her energy and enthusiasm just lights up the room. You can really tell that everyone here cares about what they do. I brought in my gerbil Lola two months ago as she had an accident involving most of her tail needing to be amputated. Not only were they able to do it perfectly, but since rodents are prone to chewing on their stitches they were even able to do internal sutures. On a tiny gerbil tail! It’s been a long process but they’ve been so patient and helpful the entire way. Granted it’s been a little pricey, but that’s just what you have to do to receive such excellent animal care <3
A big thank you to everyone at Campus Estate! Lola and I couldn’t of done it without you:)

The best animal hospital in Ontario. I have full trust and confidence that they will do the best to make sure my animals are safe

I had emergency with my parrot of 15 years this staff was so compassionate and made me feel like I left something I love was in the right hands by assuring me she will be in an oxygen incubator and receive the appropriate pain killers and anti inflammatory medication. I can’t thank dr Julia and the staff enough for taking care of my little girl.

Overall this is a decent clinic to take your pets to. The receptionists are pretty friendly and are normally pretty helpful, the vet techs are great and always polite as well. Dr. Allum was very helpful and caring when we brought our cats here for their yearly check-ups.
My only complaint is about Dr. Hnatejko. She was very quick to turn around and try to make us feel like idiots and try to make us feel like bad owners regarding a poor leopard gecko we had just gotten a week or so before that had developed an infection. We’ve owned various different breeds of geckos in the past and none of them had contracted this sort of infection, and therefore we had very little information to go by to help treat it. She barely listened to what we were saying and then turned around and started pointing out all of the issues that could’ve caused this with a very smug and arrogant tone to her voice, as if we were just some stupid young people who didn’t know what we were doing. It really upset us as we obviously were doing our best to help this poor little gecko and it felt like she was making it her priority to make us feel bad about something that was out of our control.
I still feel comfortable returning to this veterinary office, however I will not be taking any of my animals to see Dr. Hnatejko any longer.

Took our cat for an emergency, the phone receptionist was very thorough and knowledgeable, gave me a fairly accurate quote. Everyone was incredibly friendly and gentle with my cat. Dr Brown was very helpful and kept walking us through options every step of the way.

PS I don't know your name, but whoever brought Guppy back out, thank you for so much positivity

I just wanted to take the time to express my sincere gratitude towards the wonderful staff at Campus Estates Animal Hospital.
My 15 year old cockatiel, Bijou, was in severe respiratory distress and being from Toronto you would think clinics here and around the area would have the resources for such emergency situations, however I was turned away from every clinic/hospital possible until I was finally referred to Campus Estates.
When I called the hospital I first spoke with Rachel, who was the absolute best. Knowing the urgency of my situation, she was able to speak to her colleagues and block off time so we could bring Bijou in so that he could receive the care he needed. Unfortunately, due to the distance Bijou did pass away in my arms on the drive there.
I called the hospital back and the staff were still very accommodating and allowed us to bring Bijou in. They went over all the details and allowed us to take all the time we needed to say our goodbyes.
The staff here went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful for their kindness and compassion. I'm sorry I forgot the names of the other staff members who assisted us, but I can't thank you all enough for all you had done!

Campus Estates is by far the best vet clinic in the area. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are so comforting and have amazing vets. We bring both of our dogs there and have nothing but good things to say. I would 100 percent recommend them for any of your pets needs
21 June 2023 23:15
Very bad experience, not recommended at all. Unprofessional, impatient, lacking of knowledge.

My rabbit had gone into GI stasis. I told the vet that she stopped eating and drinking completely and her stomach was bloated. This is a very serious condition that could lead to death. I found one similar case in New York City, the vet there directly gave an injection to the gut and provided medicines. And that rabbit got recovered gradually.
Guess what this vet did? They did not conduct proper checks and simply told me my rabbit was all right! They stopped listening when I emphasized her symptoms and ignored my request to give her some medicine at least. They missed the best window to save my rabbit’s life due to their lack of experience and knowledge. Avoid this place!
20 June 2023 19:47
This place doesn’t have the pets best interest in mind. They only think about their income. They make recommendations that I’ve now been told by other clinics are completely uncalled for and not in the pets best interest.

The manager here is incredibly rude, demeaning, and disrespectful. She cuts you off and speaks over you and doesn’t allow you to ask any questions. She speaks down to you in a very unprofessional and rude way. I heard her encourage someone to go elsewhere when they asked her to be nicer to them. Not professional at all.

After seeing the way they respond to their negative reviews (pretty much just by blaming the patients instead of taking ownership), I can see that their intentions are not as good as they claim.

I will not come here again. I don’t trust this uneducated and unprofessional business with my animals.
14 June 2023 0:43
Dr. Marco is a kind and compassionate veterinarian. The people are friendly and caring. I know my pet is in very good hands. Thank you for everything you do.
10 May 2023 19:38
I can't thank the team here enough. They were able to save my German Shepherd's life. The situation looked grim and we weren't sure we'd ever get to see our pup again. Special thanks to Dr. Marco and Dr. Nickey they were amazing to deal with and very compassionate and were able to explain each step in the process in great detail. The service was not cheap but it was a life or death situation so it is what it is. Thanks again everyone involved!
27 April 2023 23:51
Best exotic vet in the area by far. They took good care my my mice and my beloved hamster. Izzy was treated the same as any other animal, and when she had to be euthanized the staff was very kind. Very much worth the 40minute drive from Kitchener.
27 April 2023 18:00
I recently took my rabbits (popcorn and marble) to be spayed and neutered. They are both recovering perfectly The care and information l was given was very specific. I learned new tips on handling my rabbits, they are both calmer when l pick them up. Although the price was expensive, lm glad l took them to Campus Estates they did a great job!
14 April 2023 7:10
Our experience with the CEAH was wonderful our pug needed a C-Section and get spayed. Puppies were born healthy and Penny our Pug is doing wonderful. Thank you so much for your wonderful expertise and kindness.
14 March 2023 6:22
Our 4 month old Australian Shepherd, Wyatt, was backed over by a pick up truck - a horrible, horrible accident. You guys saved his little life and we are beyond thankful to you! This occurred a little over a week ago and you would not believe anything had happened to him! Such compassionate, expert care! Absolutely the best team!
06 February 2023 12:23
I bring all 7 of my bearded dragons here, and every doctor is amazing. Even though I prefer to see Dr Tanya or Dr Brown.

My first visit to this vet was very emotional and stressful for me and my little lizard Nubbs. She was not doing the best and thought I was going to lose her that night. That was back in august and she is now thriving and living the best possible life! Dr Tanya saved her life and I could not be more thankful.

As someone who rescues bearded dragons, I say this is the best vet for any exotic animals!

Stubbs, Nubbs, Norman, Lily, Walter, Stumps and lastly Daisy are very lucky to have a vet so caring! Thank you again for helping anyway you can!
03 February 2023 11:38
Thank you so much to the team for providing care to our bunny, Oreo. Oreo was in a critical state this morning, and the team was incredibly compassionate and worked hard to stabilize Oreo. They gave me some tips to keep her warm for the hour drive, and were quick to receive when we arrived.

Unfortunately Oreo did not make it, but I know her final hours were comfortable, loving and warm. We will miss our little bunny, but thankful to the team for making sure her passing was peaceful.
17 January 2023 11:14
Thanks for getting me in on New Year’s Day guys. You were the only place open and I appreciate the care you guys have for reptiles.
13 January 2023 17:34
We have used this business with both of our hedgehogs when they got sick and needed professional care. When it came time to make a tough call, the staff was very patient, kind, and understanding. They helped us through the process and made us feel more at ease. If you require (emergency) services for your pet, I highly recommend using this facility.
27 December 2022 15:41
I have had to take my dog Sue to a variety of different emergency vets over the past year due to his seizures. Campus Estates is by far the best emergency vet in the Guelph area. The staff have always been incredibly sweet, helpful, and extremely competent. I am far less anxious about my dogs condition knowing that I have a reliable emerg vet close by. Amazing staff and service! Would not go anywhere else!
12 December 2022 20:54
All of the staff i encountered here have been amazing and very compassionate! I had never taken my geckos to a vet before but after one of my geckos passed i knew i needed to take my other ones in for a checkup, after hearing so many good things i gave them a try and i was very pleasantly surprised, they were very helpful with me and gave me great opinions about my creatures and their best interest, they are always fast to answer phones and with timely responses, i love this clinic and i wouldn’t trust any other vet with their specific care! Thank you for treating my pets so well:)
08 December 2022 4:23
I've only been here once, but the vet was quite capable and seemed very familiar with blue tongue skinks, which are not the average vet client haha.
Mouth rot was cleared up in under a week, so I'd recommend campus estates to anyone with reptiles.
04 December 2022 1:15
Never have I ever seen so much lack of professionalism. The receptionist is extremely unhelpful and rude. If you care about your animals please refrain from taking them here
08 November 2022 12:28
My beloved Tango was rushed to Campus Estates Animal Hospital on Sept. 5,2022. Where the staff was very friendly, compassionate and checking to see what was going on with Tango right away. After understanding what was happening with Tango my husband & I decided that Tango should be put down do to his serious health conditions. I want to thank the staff for giving us time with him and not feeling that we had to be rushed out of the room. It is difficult to find an animal hospital that cares so much about their patients.
Thank you again
01 November 2022 12:29
Excellent communication with me while my pet was in their care. Staff were respectful and professional. Long wait time to get in, but not any different than a human emergency room. My pet is now home safe and healthy! Thank you Campus Estates:)
22 October 2022 8:26
I’ve been bringing my bunnies here for health emergencies for a few years now. Unfortunately, recently I lost one of my bunnies to a rare case of a bowel obstruction. The veterinarian and the entire staff were always courteous and accommodating from beginning to end. The doctor was very clear with the treatment options and even broke down the payments of each intervention before resuming care. Unfortunately, despite the great care that was provided to my bunny, she succumbed to her Illness and passed while I was away. They were very compassionate and empathic in their tone when talking with me over the phone and even tried to organize a video call so that I could say goodbye to my beloved pet.
I want to thank the vet technician and the veterinarian that were in constant communication with me during the final hours/minutes of my bunny’s life and for being very accommodating. I really appreciate all the effort and hard work you did.
24 September 2022 22:44
Thank you so much for at the very least making our beloved Jabba more comfortable before he passed away. I appreciate all of your efforts to treat him and give him a fighting chance. This loss is such a hard one for me but the care you gave my dragon, myself and my partner made it easier for us. He was able to pass away peacefully. I can’t thank you enough for being able to bring us in and atleast made it a little easier
24 August 2022 23:52
Went for emergency care for my rabbit. They got me in right away, explained the treatment options and costs, and were very compassionate (especially given that I was in tears).
04 August 2022 20:24
Thank you so much to the wonderful staff at Campus Estates, especially Dr. Linda, for seeing our cat Petunia in the early hours of June 16. Your compassion and service was nothing short of exemplary and we appreciated your candor regarding the seriousness of her condition and the different options you had available. Thank you for providing her a humane and dignified end to her suffering. We'd also like to thank you again for all the work you've done on our other cat Sammy, who thanks to the care you provided along with our regular veterinarian continues to survive happily three years since you initially diagnosed him with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
28 July 2022 18:29
Please do not go here for bunnies! My bunny was feeling very unwell and lethargic at around 11pm last night when we looked at her, her eye was popping out of her eye socket.we rushed her to the vet and they made her wait for hours only to give us oral medication and eye drops they didn’t even suggest an over night stay to be monitored.at 6am this morning we were supposed to give her the first eye drops and medication and her eye was completely blown out of her eye and red we had to rush back (we live an hour away) she was breathing funny and obviously in pain and she passed away as soon as we stepped back inside the vet office. The vet was rushing and sent her home to die and did absolutely nothing to try to help her as when we took her home last night we had to beg him to give her pain medication to make her more comfortable because he said “yes she’s in a lot of pain” and didn’t give her any medication prior to us asking for it.moral of the story this place is not for bunnies.
25 July 2022 4:33
We had a late-night emergency with our 95-lb German Shepherd. Nic and Dr. Linda were both FANTASTIC supports. Nic helped haul the heavy dog and helped us feel very comfortable. Dr. Linda refused to rush into a surgery another vet had recommended, instead opting for more X-rays which turned out to save us a surgery and many $$$.

They also gave the dog a Ukrainian touch when they heard it was a Ukrainian refugee dog.

VERY highly recommend this organization.
20 July 2022 10:46
I called Saturday morning with an emergency regarding my parrot Snowy. Reception was wondering and very accommodating. Doctor Ginger was fantastic, understanding and empathetic. They were able to assess Snowy right away.
Thank you so much for being so kind
and understanding. Very much appreciated!
19 July 2022 0:30
I've been to this place for a really long time. This will be the last time I go to them too. I noticed my pet not breathing right, i took her in 3 times and everytime they said she was fine, when actually she passed a few days later. I came in to help my pet, instead i got a rude doctor. Alexander brown you are by far, a horrible person that you literally ignored my pet needs.
10 July 2022 17:22
Update in response to the “clinic”

The only individuals not following protocol were the staff, specifically Nancy and Kali. We had asked Kali to put her mask on while yelling at a patients family both inside the building and outside. Given the other similar reviews, please save yourself the embarrassment. And just to be perfectly clear, we made the decision never to bring a pet to this clinic again after the so called “owner” and “dr” Nancy, used profanity and made inappropriate comments towards us. Even after we made that decision, Dr. Alex Brown called us to check in on our pets progress.
01 July 2022 15:29
My wife and I could not be more thankful for the quick and brilliant actions of Dr. Linda, if it weren’t for her we would not have our boy Ari with us today. Within minutes she diagnosed that he had life ending GDV and got him into surgery to untwist his stomach. The outlook of this situation is grim but her and the team took great care of our boy. Thank you so much for saving his life. We are forever grateful ️ Dillon, Kailey, Abby, and Ari
28 June 2022 8:30
Thanks so much for taking care of our puppy! They were informative and compassionate when telling us that she has parvo and was quick to start her treatment. Because of this animal hospital our puppy made a quick recover and was able to come home the next night. Not only did she get amazing care but it ended up costing us even less then the low end estimate which makes it clear they care more about the animals well being then profit. Again thank you so much to the doctors and vet techs who took care of our Millie
20 June 2022 14:45
We were lied to about having 24 hour veterinary care for our cat that we left here for 2 days at a cost of 1250 a day. When I called the 1st night I was told that they were short staffed and there was not a veterinarian in house. The next day we were told that we should come and get the cat and bring him to someone that was equipped to handle his situation.
The day before we were assured that they were equipped to deal with his problems. 90 minutes later we got a call that our cat had died, we were on our way to bring him to a real animal hospital and didn't get to say goodbye. They wasted our only chance to save our baby.
18 June 2022 6:13
I had a very sick budgie and the staff were absolutely amazing with my baby Luna and I. They did everything they could for my little Luna, running the tests she needed and kept her overnight to see if there was anything they could do for her, but unfortunately she didn’t respond to any medications. The vets and staff were incredible with me. They let me know my options for her, and explained everything in detail. They answered all my questions to the best of their knowledge, and in the end we I decided it was best to put her down and let her rest east in birdy heaven. They let me know I would be able to take her home or cremate her, and I decided to take her home with me to bury on my families property. When I arrived they had decorated a beautiful box with her inside, with little hearts made from vet tape and her name on the top. I want to thank everyone so much here for doing their best, and for making her such a beautiful box to come home in. It’s the little things like this that add some much needed care and comfort in times like these.
18 June 2022 3:44
I've been lucky enough to have never needed emergency vet services until the middle of the night a day ago. The staff here were incredible, they're clearly skilled and obviously care about the wellbeing of your animal. I'm so thankful they were able to take our whelping dachshund in and we ended up with the most positive outcome in a bad situation. I can't thank them enough, from reception and the lovely assistants / tech staff through to Dr. Linda Johnson's care, they kept us updated along the way and were able to avoid a surgery that I was nervous for.
17 June 2022 12:34
I called one night in October. The vet spoke to me for free and gave me advice about my guinea pig. I was grateful.
Unfortunately recently I had an emergency with my senior guinea pig and rushed him there. They were honest and patient. We had to put our guinea pig down but I was happy with their service.
I see people saying they are money hungry, but they were honest and told us the cheaper option is probably what's best. We appreciate that.
I also want to mention they allowed us to spend as much time as we needed with our pet before saying goodbye, which was over an hour.
Thank you Campus Estates, I know it isn't easy dealing with emergency situations. Keep it up, and thanks again.
13 June 2022 5:08
Thank you for taking care of us last Sunday, with our girl Lexi. From the initial phone call with Rachel to the technician, forgive me I don't remember her name, to the doctor who came in to do the procedure you made the worst day so much easier. (My only suggestion would be to find out from the owners how much time they want, we were exhausted once she was sedated)
Your caring words and ability to give us time that day was so appreciated.
When our hearts are ready you'll see us again.
Here's some photos of Ms. Lexi in her prime.
12 June 2022 19:52
Bad service - rude and unprofessional vets (“we can’t work 12 hours a day isn’t an excuse for bad service) with no compassion. This is a place where they overcharge you and then give you the wrong diagnosis. Told me my dog had a gallbladder issue whereas OVC said that wasn’t the case. Step up your game or shut down your useless operation. For anyone who cares about your pet look at the 3.5 rating, don’t go here to Dr. Brown.
05 June 2022 11:21
Lovely people but I keep not receiving a call back about my rabbits medication. They keep saying they will get a vet to call me later that day but hasn't happened. I am now out of medicine and hoping it isn't crucial to my rabbits health.
Do not expect a call back from this location
25 May 2022 20:28
Excellent care! My cockatiel Peanut endured an injury to his chest resulting in breathing difficulties. Although there was an 8 hr wait to have him seen (due to the clinic's case load), when I arrived, Peanut was taken into care immediately, and the vet was on the phone with me 5 min later. Peanut received exceptional care, and I was kept up to date throughout his stay in the hospital. Happy to say, Peanut is doing very well, and had it not been for the caring team at Campus Estates, Peanut likely would have not survived. We love our little bird and are SO grateful for the life-saving care he received at Campus Estates!
THANK YOU to the DVMs and Technicians and wonderful reception team!

I am very thankful that they took on my dog Luna when no one else had any availability. I drove 1 hour each way to go here. Dr. Brown was great and very transparent about what he believed the next steps were and those he believed were not necessary right from the start. They were very informative of procedures and conducted multiple tests to try and figure out the cause of her nasty leg infection. We are still waiting for the culture results with our fingers crossed it will give us some answers.

I cannot say enough about Lauren! Luna is a very fearful and anxious dog who sometimes acts violently towards strangers because she is scared. Luna walked into the clinic wearing a muzzle and two days later was walking throughout the clinic without one. Lauren was extremely caring, compassionate, and understanding of Luna and took the time to be friends with her. She was also great to us and very informative and kind. Lauren, I wish you all the best. I was also told Brittany became luna's friend as well which is great.

Dr. Tanya was also very informative and I appreciated her phone call updates as I know she has a busy schedule. I am very pleased with how diligent they have been in terms of being in contact with my family vet. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because I had wished the estimate given at the beginning was more considerate of my dogs weight in terms of medication as I was quoted $500-700 per night and it ended up being around $1000 (of course I know medications change based on the needs of the dog). I will say though that Dr. Tanya was very kind and helpful.

Although we still do not know what is causing her infection and she still has a long road ahead, I have brought Luna home so she is more comfortable in her own bed, not stressed, and will eat and drink (which she was not doing in clinic because she was scared so she was on an IV). I know I can call and ask for their opinion whenever I need.

I justed wanted to thank Dr. Meredith yesterday for being so kind and compassionate.
We had to put down my mom's 5 year old male cat.
He had a probable urinary blockage and the outcome wasn't guaranteed. She was very honest.
My mom has dementia and her cat was everything to her.
We had to make a sudden decision which we weren't prepared for and she and her staff were wonderful. Not the outcome we were expecting.
I would highly recommend!
Thanks again!

May 2016 my little guy got bitten by a spider and was swelling up. They are the only emergency vet open late night. I gave my dog Benedryl before we left the house as he has been bitten before. When I asked to accompany my dog to the examination room I was not allowed. My dog was left in the back and the reception person presented me with a quotation for approx. $294.00. When I looked at the list it included several shots and an overnight stay and observation. I told her the price was way out of line and she came back with a revised cost of $120.00. The Benedryl was starting to work by the time we got to the clinic and was reducing some of the swelling. I told the receptionist to bring me my dog, they gave him another shot of Benedryl, I payed her for the late night visit and we left. Funny how the quote went from almost $300 to $120 that quickly. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone - they are all about the almighty $$$$. I notice all their responses - full of excuses. They don’t like animals at this clinic, they like your money!
21 April 2022 15:14
I had to send my beloved hamster, Sprout to hammy heaven and the staff at Campus Estates were absolutely amazing. We called after hours around 9: 30pm and were seen very quickly after a short wait.

The compassion the staff showed to me and Sprout during her final moments assured me that she was in the best hands and helped make this heart-wrenching experience more bearable. Thank you, thank you, thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

I've been coming to Campus Estates since I moved to Guelph in 2016. My cats are both on diets, so they require special vet food. I have a bit of a mixed experience.

When my wife and I adopted our cat she was diabetic. The vet at Campus Estates, Dr. Morin, was the one who helped us manage her insulin and keep the doses right. She is very passionate about animals, and she was a lot of help for us. We managed to get Tippy diabetes free after several months of proper diet and insulin.

Our experience lately has been much more negative. One of the vets was very rude and condescending to my wife when we hadn’t given our cat the proper daily dose of her medication. There has also been some mix ups with our medication orders and the pricing from time to time. They keep the doors locked and don’t allow you to come in (since the start of COVID) so the best conversation you can get is over the phone. And I often have to call several times to get ahold of someone.

There are a lot of things I like about this vet, and was very happy with our service here for a couple of years but have been disappointed lately.

I saw Dr. Meredith and she was wonderful, I’m so glad she was able to help my dog. He is doing well now. Thank you so much.
01 April 2022 18:05
Had to take in my bunny Morph in to see them due to an emergency and was given the worst news an owner could get. The vet as well as the vet techs were so kind to my mom and I as well as little Morph. Thank you

I have such praise for Campus Estates Vet Emergency I have taken our bunny there many times over the years for GI stasis they are amazing with bunnys. I usually catch the signs early and make the hour drive to Guelph and they always treat our bunny with such kindness and care. He’s back home tonite happy as a clam doing bunkies and eating again. Thank you for all you do Campus Estates!

My dog was admitted for emergency surgery due to bloat. The stayed in touch with me during the night. They saved his life. I am incredibly grateful to all of the staff at this clinic!
15 November 2021 6:46
This place continues to embrace the “because of COVID” excuse for bad customer service. I popped in after a haircut next door to pick up a bottle of ear cleaner, and was chased out and told I would be spoken to on the phone out in the rain. I was kept on hold, presumably to teach me a lesson for inconveniencing them, so I gave up and left. Every other service provider in Ontario seems to have figured out in-person customer service. I’ll keep my business with my regular vet.
19 October 2021 11:14
I made a call to them, they keep refusing me to book a fling easy appointment for my rabbits just because i am leaving in Toronto which is not there service area! But I have driven there before for my rabbits! Shitttttt and terrible service!
27 September 2021 8:20
My rabbit, Finn, wasn’t responding to his treats and hadn’t eaten or gone to the bathroom in a couple of hours which wasn’t like him. I suspected GI Stasis and called around for a rabbit specialist, but at 10: 00 pm there weren’t any available around us. We are over 2 hours away from Campus Estates. My husband made the drive and Finn was admitted. By the next afternoon Finn was doing better. We made the decision to let him stay another night and we picked him up the next afternoon. By that night he was back to normal, eating, drinking, and going to the bathroom. Its been a couple of days since then and he’s doing great! We are so grateful to the staff and vets who responded politely and informatively every time we called. Thank you!
