Solid cheap greasy pizza. Large slices that need to be folded inside the box. Really friendly staff who have been there for some time so the boss treats them well.

The atmosphere is lacking since it's just a walk-in pick up joint but don't let that stop you

Used to be one of my go to places for pizza slices. The entire counter was full of flies. The person behind the counter least bothered, biting his nails. This store has a hygiene problem.

I've been calling for 15min and it kept going to voicemail. So I kept calling and 10min to 4am closing time. IT IS "closed "closed the man said I was explaining to him I've been calling and it kept going to voicemail. He was so rude and hung up on me. I will never order from there again.

Been here so many years and I’m surprised I didn’t try this before. This pizza is AWESOME. Their deal of 4 bucks for a pizza size is so good and one slice is as good as too. Try getting the fresher ones usually as that is the best. Love the sauce and best of all can pay by watcard. What else do you need ️

0 stars if I could. Imagine ordering pizza and the pizza is supposedly coming in 20 minutes and then it still hasn’t come after hours and the store hangs up on you every time you call for an update or tells you it’s 5 minutes away every 20 minutes when you call repeatedly at intervals. Never got our pizza. That is the experience you will get from this location. I cannot fathom why anyone would ever want to order from here.

The service here is atrocious. The person who answered the phone was rude and seemed bothered that he had to do his job. They can't give you a total when you ask for it. Their delivery driver is more concerned with his personal phone calls than delivering the pizzas. They take longer to deliver than any other pizza place in Kitchener-Waterloo. Literally go anywhere else because every time I order it's the same awful service for mediocre pizza with mostly tasteless toppings on some cardboard. The "cheap" price extends into everything the do apparently.

Though the pizza might be ok, the people working here are rude and don’t know how to talk to their customers.

For around $6, you get a huuuge slice and a pop, which is much more bang for your buck than the utter scams at CMH. If you are looking for cheap, and overall okay Pizza on campus, come here.

The pizza is always so soggy and wet from the grease. Wouldn't feed it to my dog but sometimes I buy it for my girlfriend

We got Campus Pizza on a weekend afternoon delivered to us. We paid by Watcard and all we had to do was give them the student number.

The phone operator was a man with an accent, and he was very rude when taking our order. We understand that it was loud inside and it was probably super busy, but he kept telling us to hurry up. They also couldn’t hear us, so we had to repeat ourselves a few times which is fine, but just their attitude made the ordering experience negative. On the other hand, the driver was super kind when they dropped off the order, so that really saved our experience with the staff here.

We got three large pizzas ($40.15). The delivery deal is 2 large three toping pizzas for $25.99 and 1 large three toping pizza for $14.16. The pizzas were overall well portioned and very affordable. The taste was okay, the crust was hard after awhile so you definitely need to put it in the oven or microwave to reheat it. You get what you pay for, most of the time we get it as a late night snack since they’re open until 5am.

Wow this place went down hill. It’s was the spot after a night of drinking. When there for the first time in a few years and it was god awful. Never again.

To answer your reply. I was there on Saturday Sept 3 after the football game around 1100 pm. I got three slices and threw out two of them. They looked fresh but was like card board and zero taste. Not what it was like before.

Follow the instructions.

Okay so this is my first order. I ordered for pepperoni with 4 extra toppings but got 2 toppings. There was no Pepperoni, No Sausage. Why?
I ordered for pepperoni, then chicken, beef and sausage.

This is so Sad. Was disappointed upon getting home and I drove from a distance.

You need to follow the orders and toppings accurately.

Aside the mix up it tasted good

The pizzas are good however the guy at the counter during the evening/night time is very rude. I asked him for some hot sauce and he said it would be 1$ extra while I got the same thing with no extra charge when I visited the establishment during afternoon.

My boyfriend and I came to Waterloo for my brothers wedding and he suggested we try this place so on our way back home we stopped by. It was soo good, if you’re really craving that greasy kind of pizza this is it ️

Normally pizza is pretty good but waiting on hold for longer than 30 minutes is ridiculous. Went to Gino's and had great pizza within 15 min

Used to be my favorite pizza. Their crust is by far the best crust I have ever tasted. Only one problem. It has been getting thinner and thinner. Not even 2 years ago I would consistently receive a nice thick crusted pizza. Then, one day I noticed the crust was becoming more consistently thinner, especially towards the centre of the pizza. I was disappointed, but it wasn't until today when both my pizzas might as well have been thin crust that I felt obligated to right this review. The edges are as thin as the old disappointingly thin centres were and the centre might as well be made of paper. Incredibly disappointing to see such a fantastic pizza go this way.

Worst customer service. Person on phone giving so much attitude and getting mad when he can’t understand me. Told me I was stupid for not knowing they didn’t have spicy chicken.

I called campus pizza wanting to make an order and the guy answering asked me either what "size or side". I couldn't hear him properly and then he proceeded to yell at me. Good job.

Best pizza in waterloo and cheapest. Only complaint is that the boxes can be a bit small so they have to fold the pizza and sometimes the workers are rude.

They took almost 2 hours just to deliver my pizza They kept trying to say that they called my phone multiple times and I'm on the driver actually showed up he even admitted that he dialed the wrong number and my pizza was bloody cold

My phone didn't have data so I tried to participate in Wealthsimple app 10 cents per slice event by sending out the money and took a screenshot of the transaction page at home, when I arrived the lady at front insisted that she couldn't give me a slice until I show her the actual transaction page on wealthsimple, which is impossible to do without wifi. I guessed I lost 10 cents to nothing lol

I had ordered half pepperoni and half chicken pizza and this is how the pizza was delivered. Half of the cheese and chicken is on the pizza. Bad presentation and bad taste. Don’t recommend it.

I feel like this place gets a bad reputation sometimes because its served at almost every event when you start university. I can't count the number of times I had campus pizza in my first week. Trying this place again years later I do think this pizza is genuinely good, the cheese, sauce, crust all hits the spot!

Whoever was staffed there on 30 may 2021 at around 10: 30pm needs to learn some manners, very unprofessional and messed up my order, very unhygienic too especially during this Covid times.

The gentleman in the black turban that delivers my pizza is always amazing. Punctual and so polite. His gentle demeanour just adds to the already delicious pizza I enjoy!

Tried to get a slice of pizza today. Employee was working on pizzas with her nose out of her mask, didn't even attempt to pull up her mask when she came over to talk to me. Completely unacceptable in this day and age, total lack of awareness of how masks work & the fact that people are literally dying. Won't be coming back until COVID-19 is over

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Took a large cheese pizza, found it to be under cooked so I politely asked the guy to replace it or re-cook it. The guy was very rude and blamed me for ordering a pizza with extra base sauce.
Never going back to a place who doesn't care about customer service.

Grabbed a slice and it has obviously been there for a while. It tasted old. The slice was cut into 2 with the dirtiest looking cutter. The dipping sauce tasted expired. Waste of money. Threw it out. This used to be the best place in town when Mama was running it. Now it’s well below average. Such a shame.

Pizza was decent but service sucked. The lady was quite rude and it felt like she is doing me a favor by selling me the slices.

Called in to get 2 large pizzas and the interaction was smooth and effecient. As I was picking up the pizza, they had a crowd around the place and had to wait 10 minuits in line but these guys know how to work. It was entertaining seeing how quick the line dropped down and before I knew it, I had my pizzas. I was impressed! Really good pizza, even better customer service

The trick is to get extra sauce! Then its pretty good pizza in my opinion! But either you hate it or love it

Best pizza in Waterloo? Campus Pizza always delivers. Whenever I have people over from out of town, they insist on ordering Campus, and usually the legendary and staggeringly-large Big Kahuna. I see a lot of reviews criticizing this place and I can't for the life of me understand why. I've been ordering this pizza for well over five years, and I've never once encountered a problem. The staff are great, the pizza is great, and I hope this institution stays right where it is for many years to come.

3 only for the chicken wings! The Pizza Here in Canada has been disappointing. Sometimes bland, sometimes overcooked and sometimes the toppings are just terrible. It does have a good ambience and great customer care, plus they provide seatings outside so that's a plus. Overall, your usual pizzas, but great chicken wings and hospitality!

Oh I also forgot to mention they have affordable pricing!

I ordered a pizza today nd it was overcooked. I tried to explain it to the guy but he was being rude and was not accepting it I just told him to change the pizza but he talked very rudely. You should do something about this man at front. When I again entered the store even with wearing the mask but that’s bit down then also he told me to put my mask on but the thing is he didn’t wear that at all. Just train your staff to behave properly with the customers they’re dealing with.

It very worst place for pizza. We asked for pizza and its very bad pizza that almost burnt, and we complain about that pizza he started arguments with us and he was very rude, his tone was very loudly. We never expect this kind of behaviour from this place.

The person working at the front desk is pretty rude. Not a single person working at the store wore a mask and asked me to wear one although I had a mask on but slightly below my nose.

I absolutley love the food here. Everything has a garlic bread like taste to it and it makes the crust of every pizza and panzorotti amazing. As if the taste wasnt good enough, the employees are friendly and the prices are quite fair. There arent many other places in the area where I can get a large pizza with 3 toppings for $11.50

This pizza is there for you when you need it.during countless late nights on campus, this pizza was there to provide a much needed slice of salvation.the pizza, delivered in their yellow boxes that have become iconic around the area, have tasty crusts covered in generous amounts of toppings.i've eaten at every restaurant in the plaza but I always find myself coming back to campus pizza.the closest thing to an official food that uwaterloo has.

Visted the place March 21 at 1: 35am. I felt the guy at the front had lack of basic manners and the way of talking to someone.

The pizza place and their pizza i love it. But the night guy they have on the front he is very rude and don't treat customers with respect. The owner should work on this.

Their pizza is some of the best I've ever had, it's super affordable, and it's near both Waterloo Park and Menchie's. It makes for a great place to take the dog for a walk, and stop for something to eat.

Decided to try this place out and ordered fries through skip the dishes and the fries came extremely soggy. I called and was told by the man to “not order next time, ” and there’s nothing I can do” What? He then proceeded to say bye and hung up. Never gonna order again. Shame.

They offer really big slices for cheap. Great all around pizza, not too greasy, but just perfect for a night in with friends, or for a hangover lunch/ dinner. My go to for when the craving hits

If you can buy pizza you can buy from Pisa Nova because the Campus Pizza Pizza is not so good about into me so if you want to buy don't go there

Not impressed at all. I ordered a pizza at just after 4am and when we were called to let us know it was ready for pic up this being at 4: 25 am and I replied that we were on our way.
Then 15 later @ (4: 40am), at this time we were only 5 min away, to tell us to say forget about it I'm leaving. Being so close we tried to still make it and we did at 4: 45 am. Only to find the Store "i may add is advirtised to be open till 5 so I'm not sure what the problem with this guy was. But I'm not impressed at all with the waist of my time. We had already drove most the way from Ottawa and Fisher Hallman Rd so we continued to your store arriving at 445am. To have all.the lights turned off and nobody to answer to. Sure hope.u guys rectify this somehow. Being we waisted gas (not cheap) and all that time for nothing

They accept UW flex dollars, already a plus. The slices are huge when ordering individual slices and very worth it. Bread has a nice little crunch to it and toppings are very generous. Overall nice pizza. Though there's no space inside to sit so you'll have to eat outside or stand up inside. Great service, staff are very friendly. My go to for quick, on the go pizza.
