As the founder of one of the GTA's largest mobile food and clothing charity and as a Realtor bound by a very strict code of ethics; I don't take reviews lightly. Having said that; I try and only give reviews to companies that are deservingly exemplary. Camrost Felcorp at Upper East Village is creating an absolute Leaside masterpiece with a team of highly respectful and responsive people. As an investor of multiple condominium projects throughout the world, this is my first time dealing with CF. The product is progressing as described, and the team and trades are an absolute pleasure to work with - from Sabrina and Olivier in Customer Service that react immediately with solutions and timelines, to Sean and Milena in the Building Management office along with the concierge group that are always so polite and helpful. A special note is that the trades greet people in elevators and often give up their elevators for residents so unselfishly; that you always feel like you're in a special place.

I attribute this entire projects successful journey into the icon it's becoming directly to the professionalism and leadership of the ownership group. Keep leading with respect and best standard professionalism - we are very satisfied. Really enjoying seeing everything come together in such a caring manner.

I love Camrost— I just moved into 101 st Clair and I’ve had an amazing experience. The customer service representative has been the most helpful in addressing any issues I’ve had. All the finishes and materials are outstanding as well. I would post 10 stars if I could.

Absolutely the cheapest, sleaziest builder in the country. Materials are unbelievably cheap, using untrained third world labour would be a step up for these jerks. They buried a water shut off valve behind drywall and made it impossible to turn off the water without cutting open a wall. Hid it and didn’t disclose it during the turnover inspection. Customer service woman is rude and abusive. One star is too many, and any positive reviews must be from paid family members.

I have been dealing with Camrost Felcorp and David Feldman both on a personal and professional level for over 25 years.
My experiences with David Feldman and his staff have been nothing but positive. You can see the pride of ownership and passion they have in everything they do. Their quality is of a high standard and they stand behind their work.
On the personal side I purchased a condo from Camrost Felcorp and the attention to detail in my unit was amazing. All of the minor issues I had
with the unit was dealt with quickly and I feel they went above and beyond my exceptions in correcting the issues.
On the professional side I have worked will all members of Camrost Felcorp and they were a pleasure to deal with. They were open to ideas, treated my staff with respect and worked with us like we were one team. They worked closely with us to ensure our work met the high standard you can expect from Camrost Felcorp.
In all my years in business I have not come across a better builder who cares about the quality of the product they put out. I would highly recommend Camrost Felcorp to anyone looking to purchase a condo.

The salespeople will say anything to get you to buy their projects, including lying about anything and everything. Don't trust them and read everything 3 times and then read it again. A sleazy developer looking to screw you in every way they can. They don't respond to purchaser's and they don't help in any way.

This is by far one of the worst developers I have ever come across in my life. I have lived in several condos in the city and have never experienced such a disorganized or money hungry company. I feel sorry for anyone who bought a unit from them, truly do.

The construction workers, trades and staff they hire are probably some of the lowest quality people you can find. They out source everything and when they do, they find the cheapest person they can find. All owners should file a class action lawsuit against this pitiful company. Any realtor or sales person that stands behind this atrocity of a company should be ashamed. What a scam.
