Update: we traded our Globtrotter 27, for An Airstream Atlas Yeah!

As always the attention to detail and customer service was beyond expectation. We had a could of issues with the unit (normal with a. New unit) and the way that they address to assure we had everything ion working orer was far beyond expectation. We have dealt with other dealer, who frankly dont really care, Can-AM is like dealing with a a family, they care, and make sure that they get everything right. This is our 3rd airstream since 2019, and we will continue to drive the distance to work with Can-AM. Trust me, its worth the time. Great prices, but unbelievable service, and customer support, its like dealing with a family.

Truly exceptional. Everyone was extremely nice and professional.

We dove 750 km to have CanAm to purchase our airstream, and set up our rig, and it was well worth it.

It took some time to get the work done (a few days, because of the new model year of my car).
We stayed in our trailer on site, and they even lent us a car to go and do grocery shopping. Customer service focused!

There we some items to be corrected in the airstream, and they were all done with extreme focus on detail, and perfection.

Andy, owner & towing expert, did an amazing job installing a hitch on my tow vehicle, connecting and balancing my airstream.

Horrible customer service. Called multiple times to book my airstream in for service (awning, a/c, water heater and other work). Last time I called they were booked for 2 months, so 2 weeks later I called to book an appointment for after that so it didn’t keep getting farther out. Now get told they are booked for the year. Was specifically told that any Rv shop can work on it, to call one local. I guess they only work on new airstreams and uninterested in working on one that has had service there for years, as my grandfather used to bring it there.

We love love love this place for our Airstream. The people who work here are competent and very nice. Prices are very reasonable comparatively. Easy to access location. We've been to several Airstream Adventures places through the US and by far have had the best experience here.

I now have first hand experience of why Can Am has the stellar ‘Subject Matter Expert’ reputation they have for all things towing and Airstreams! After repeatedly reading on Airstream forums about the CanAm team, I contacted them today to ask a question my own research wasn’t giving me a solid answer on. Keep in mind- I stated when I called I had already purchased my tow vehicle and was picking up my AS next week here in the US, and was looking at a used hitch I found online. Joe Curry STILL took 20 minutes to answer my questions and explain weight distribution for my particular situation and also the WHY behind it. Fantastic service, especially considering I was not purchasing anything today from them. I definitely plan on making a stop here in my travels and making a purchase at some point though! Wealth of knowledge- these folks really know their stuff and the why behind it! Thanks Joe and Can Am team!

I just wanted to drop a note and say what a great visit we had at your store on Thursday 09/28/23. We were heading to Niagara Falls from Illinois, and stopped in to check out the Alto Safari Condos that we had seen on YouTube videos. Joe Curry is who came to help us. While talking in the showroom, we mentioned we were from Illinois, and he informed us that he could not sell us one, that we would have to go through the manufacturer. Joe could have easily hurried us along knowing he wouldn't make anything on a sale, yet he still spent close to an hour showing us three of the Alto's on your lot, explaining the features and differences between them. He also gave us a crash course on towing! We just wanted to give a shout out to Joe for his customer service. If we ever move to one of the states you are able to sell to, we will come back again!

We stopped in to view a Safari Condo trailer and Josee was very kind and knowledgeable. She shared lots of good information about the models we were looking at.

People come from all over Canada and USA to visit Can-Am RV Centre. The reasons? The service is great, towing expertise, unique hitching configurations and a well stocked service department. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I certainly recommend them especially if you are thinking about the Airstream brand of RVs.

Expertise, and capability beyond your regular RV Dealer.

We really love everything about our ownership experience with CanAm, yes at times we have needed to wait on a call back or some items have not come in as expected. However all of the work that has been completed is always top notch, the quality of the craftsmanship around fixing things like a trim issue, strengthening a handle, making a door stay the right spacing, just absolutely excellent.

We ordered a Grand Design Momentum 395MS from CanAm in 2021 and took delivery in Spring of 2022. CanAm takes great care in the pre-delivery process and takes days to go over your RV from top to bottom and very often makes subtle improvements that are known to make for a better overall RV ownership experience.

The owner (Andy) is extremely knowledgeable in towing technology and has the expertise to find the right combination of vehicle/hitch and accessories to make for an excellent driving experience. The entire team from sales through after sales service and including some custom modifications and Solar work are exceptional.

Everyone has had challenges the last few years with staffing and as mentioned there has been a few minor issues, however CanAm has always pulled through and given us an amazing experience including assistance after hours and on weekends and a much deeper and quality delivery experience. Something we have never seen at a Canadian RV dealership anywhere.

You get what you pay for and this is a quality experience. I waited a year and a half to write this review and CanAm has absolutely maintained that high bar of a great overall ownership experience. We will definately buy from them in the future and maybe even an Airstream which they are so famous for!

We ordered a brand new 2024 Pleasure Way on tour 2.2 van class B and got great service and the sales people were excellent that’s why we ordered from them and not elsewhere. Ariwan was our sales person and was great to deal with. No rush no pressure thanks so much Doug and Linda

They can’t fix a trailer due to “internal problems”. Their words. Do not buy the warranty as they can’t actually get to your trailer to fix it. No point having warranty when they don’t get around to performing any work. Go elsewhere if you’re looking for a reliable rv retailer or service.

After two large purchases from CanAm we can say that when you are buying, they return calls and emails. When you require any servicing or repairs their communication and efficiency is exceptionally poor.

For an RV parts store, this place has a very good selection.

I was able to source the Anderson Levelers here as well as the Flow-Pur water filters.

We also picked up a nice compact broom, some foldable loveseats and some other extra accessories.

I had originally wrote a review about my positive experience.
Unfortunately as time goes on the less and less positive I have. We have been dealing with issues on the road and response time from anyone/everyone is very sad. We have sent multiple emails, called, left messages and nothing.
We had an approved service (approved by service manager John) performed 3 months ago and have yet to be reimbursed for the payment. Over $2000 we are out at the moment
We left the trailer to be winterized and it was not done. Which is why we needed the service. Our entire water system was failing. Our toilet needed to be replaced, shower head blew off the wall, tanks were left with 30% in them to freeze, water pump failed, hot water tank is leaking…
They had no problem charging us for the winterization that was not done correctly, but now that it comes to paying for the work that needed to be done and everyone is ghosting us. The only reason the work was required was due to their negligence.
We even had an email chain with Andy, the owner, which he just stopped responding too. Unfortunately Andy getting in was our last feeling of hope we had with CanAm, and now he’s ghosted us.
We have felt very alone as full time Airstreamers.
I would not recommend CanAm for a future purchase, head to Jackson Center.

We took our 2019 Solitude in Oct. /22 for the winter to complete warranty and maintence that needed to be done. We picked up our trailer May 18/23. A new awning was required not covered under warranty, We were advised in late Sept.that it had come in - I told them my trailer was coming in for the winter they could install it then.
Well we picked up or trailer May 18,23 - 6 months later. The awning was not replace. Our contact Peggy engaged the owner said they would send some one out to our park shortly and fix it at our site. We got the trailer home and noticed our spare tire was missing from when the bottom was removed to repair a leaking water pump.
While loading the trailer next day I noticed we had a leak in the bath room. We paid $150.00 to inspect the roof. Photos were sent to Peggy - this was her response:

Dear lord Jane, I am embarrassed beyond speech. I will add all of these things to your list, and get someone out hopefully sooner rather than later

We we have called them seven time and spoke to Ron once and said would get back to us and another time with Rob and said would get back to us. Well after seven calls no one has got back to us. We have also sent three emails with no reply.

We now have other items that need repairing also I list below all repairs.

Awning, spare tire, garage handle broken, lights for pumping station not working, sky light in kitchen steal needs repair.

We purchase an extended warranty on our trailer.
Well now it is two month later and still no reply by anyone

All we want is out trailer to be fixed

July 20 I text back saying no phone

July 20 Ben said he would talk to Peggy. But still no reply.

July 21 I text them asking them to update me. I need a call to today

Purchased a 2023 Vintage Cruiser 23RS. Identified 9 issues in our first camping trip. If buying from them, I recommend that when you pick the product up, that you have them demonstrate that key items work, including the water pump, water heater, furnace, air conditioner. Look for leaks in the water system. Don't trust that a new product actually is in working condition. Due to their service backlogs, do this testing well in advance of any camping plans.

The only thing you can count on is this place will reliably provide poor service. We bought a used airstream and was assured that they will thoroughly check the trailer before we pick it up. Before our first trip, we decided to sanitize the fresh water tank only to discover it was so full of algae that all the lines were clogged. 12 L of Bleach later still did not make a difference. Heating system did not work properly. The second time we picked up our airstream, all our water lines were frozen because Can Am did not winterize it even though they charged us for it. They keep forgetting to order the replacement light in the handle. It took a year and a half and numerous reminders before we got it fixed. The last time we went to pick it up, we found our oven sitting on the floor after they took it out to fix the igniters. And of course, after we started our trip, we found one of them is still not working. While we were on the road, someone flagged us down to say that something is flapping under the trailer. We discovered that when they fixed our floor, they cut a big hole under the rv and covered it up with a piece of metal by screwing it in place. The screws have been slowly coming out. Send a message to Andy the owner who said he would look into it and will get back to us. That was a week ago and still waiting. And they won the rv dealer of the year!? !

My wife and I purchased a vista cruiser 19rbs. The salesman Ariwan was fantastic. Ben who did our Orientation Was awesome. The owner Andy Was 1 Of the nicest men I have ever met. The hitchwork was phenomenal. However 3 days later we noticed water dripping in through the air conditioner after a rain. I called the service department and the lady (I don't want to say her name) sent someone down the next day to pick up my trailer And said she would call me to let me know what is going on. Three different times she said she would call and never did. We have no idea when our trailer will be fixed! Or what is even wrong with it? I realize it is a busy time of year but a phone call to let us know would be appreciated. Everything About the experience was wonderful except for dealing with this lady in service.

Amazing Place! Great people, great service and great products. I could be little biased but I think that our staff continuously strives to make our customers experience a good one. We are not perfect but we always strive to make it right.

Went to look at an Alto travel trailer, which is custom made and sold in Canada. Our sales representative was doing an RV show that day, but she arranged for someone else to show us the trailer and answer our questions. We spent over 3 hours going over everything. Neither of them were high-pressure sales people and made sure that we had all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. We really liked what we saw and had a great overall experience so much so that we ordered one. Can-Am RV Centre also sells other brands as well as trailer parts and camping products.
