Can Badminton Academy Is such a great school, my daughter and her friends really like to get trained together. It provides such a wonderful opportunity for kids. We really appreciate it.

Very rubbish venue. For the first time, we canceled our fixed one-hour appointment because someone else booked two hours. The second time we booked a two-person venue half a month in advance. Then came to the scene and said that someone else had booked for 2 hours and could only give us a single room. It can only be said for the boss. Those who come to play for an hour are not customers. The attitude of the front desk is also very bad. Never again.

This court doesnt care first come first serve.even u booked the court first, if someone after you booked it for longee time (they can make more money), they will cancel your reservation or give you the the small court that only can do single play.they didnt even notify u beforehand if they change your reservation by themselves. NOT responsible at all and no apology at all when they made the mistake and ask customer to take the consequence

Oh, where do I even begin with this place? If you have even an ounce of self-respect, I would strongly advise you to steer clear of this establishment.

For more than a year, my friends and I have been subjecting ourselves to the abysmal service offered here while playing casual badminton. Now, let me clarify: the court itself is actually quite nice, bright, and new. But don't be fooled, because the service will leave you questioning your decision to step foot in this place.

On May 20,2023, we found ourselves amidst a badminton training session, which had never been an issue in the past. However, on this unfortunate day, one particular coach seemed to believe that the entire facility was his personal shouting arena. His relentless yelling and shouting near the front door disrupted our game, making it far from the enjoyable experience we had hoped for. We took it upon ourselves to voice our concerns, approaching both the coach and the front desk lady. After some back-and-forth, we managed to come up with a solution: we would inquire about the coach's presence before booking in the future and select time slots when he was not around. It wasn't an ideal resolution, but we agreed to it, understanding that the coach may not be entirely at fault.

However, just as we were about to move forward, a mysterious "court manager" suddenly appeared out of thin air, and let me tell you, his attitude was anything but respectful. He proceeded to unleash a torrent of rudeness upon us, spewing condescending remarks like, "I've been playing badminton for over 10 years and no one has ever complained before, " and "If you can't handle it, just don't come here to play. I beg you not to come. " Oh, how amusing it was to be mocked for booking a time slot that inconvenienced their precious trainee, apparently on the verge of competing in the XX competition. Clearly, our reasonable concerns were nothing more than a joke to this "manager. " He graciously offered to refund our money but made it abundantly clear that he never wanted to see us darken their door again.

Needless to say, I was utterly taken aback by the sheer audacity and lack of respect exhibited by this so-called "court manager. " As paying customers, we deserve fair treatment and the right to request a reasonable playing environment. Unfortunately, those are luxuries that seem foreign to this establishment.

To put it bluntly, I will NEVER set foot in this place again. Do yourself a favor and seek out any other venue for casual badminton, just not this one. Oh, and let's not forget their exorbitant fees compared to other places. While the court I visited on that fateful day charged $26+HST per hour, this "gem" has the audacity to charge a whopping $35+HST per hour.

Avoid this place like the plague, my friends. Save yourself the headache, the disrespect, and the extra dollars. Your badminton experience deserves better than what this establishment has to offer.

Extremely rude customer service. She won’t even acknowledge their business name greeting instead says Hello what do you want? And when asked for courts, utter arrogance and ignorance. Epic sports is way better at customer service and better courts.

Called in today hoping to book court rental. I asked for the cost and was told they offer training. She didn’t answer my question so asked again because it indicates on their website that they offer court rental and the rude Chinese lady just kept saying bye bye bye, put me on hold for 5 secs and hung up on me. I gave her benefit of the doubt so I tried to call back and nobody was picking up.

I booked a court one week in advance. Four days later I was told the appointment was canceled because of the summer camp. I have never had such experience on other badminton court. RIDICULOUS!

Their customer service is worst. They dont have phone etiquettes to talk to a customer properly. Dont go to this place! Absolutely ridiculous and absurd!

For the first 5 seconds the place looked okay, but then the owner comes and start smacking their customers with things like: oh your shoes are dirtier than others don’t come in! TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS TO BRING SHOES IN ADVANCE BEFORE SAYING RUDE STUFF TO THEM! COME ON! YOU CANNOT BE THAT LAZY TO CLEAN THE COURTS!

I went here with my parents (who were visiting Toronto from BC). When we arrived, we weren't allowed to enter because we didn't have indoor shoes. They were not understanding of my situation (my parents were travelling and didn't have indoor shoes). They were extremely disrespectful to my family. I will not be coming here again. The old management team was better.

A fantastic place to boost up your "Badminton Attitude", regardless of your age and skill level. They provide an incredible environment for professional training, along with superb coaching, excellent supportive staff and international standard badminton courts. Full five stars:)

Absolutely great place to play badminton! I will go again and hope to play here most every week. Also, anyone wanting to go should be aware that it is cash only here so be sure to bring some money with you for payment. I will recommend this place to family, friends, and anyone else.

The Owners and Designers really have some tastes! Update: I have been play there for 3 years. My colleagues and myself love it so much, mainly the privacy, awesome lighting and flooring. Really hate to hear other people yelling and the sweaty smell of other big club. We also run into Bayviee Glen Private School Badminton team a few times here, turnout this is also their exclusive practice courts too. Students have their own private access from school to this club, very thoughtful and generous. Will keep playing in here, really enjoying it.
