My phone couldn't charge anymore and because I'm rly dependent on it because of all the photos and memories saved on it, I was devastated and first thought, I'd need to buy a new one. The gentleman fixed it in 15 minutes and even polished my phone. Super quick and rly nice service~

If I could rate 10/5 stars, I would. Brought my tablet here after another place glanced at it and said it was dead and couldn't be fixed. John here fixed the problem in less than a minute. He was super kind, friendly, and as surprised as I was that the other place had dismissed the tablet as unfixable. Highly recommended.

I’ve been in for help with apple phones and computers, and these folks go way above and beyond… whether a screen repair, (returned with a protector), cleaning to assess and help with computer sound problems and repair needs (refusing to charge and returning with ideas for reflecting instead of pushing to replace parts), and always calmly and clearly talking thru issues and ideas by phone, they consistently offer more information and service for less cost than anybody. I now travel from a few hours out of town to return to them, and even carry their cards in my wallet to share with friends; I feel I definitely owe them much more than they have ever charged me, and Im a complex customer… I really can’t recommend them highly enough!

Brought my phone in for water damage and they were able to fix it for a decent price. It took a little longer than expected but I think that part may have been out of their control. I wish communication was a little better too but all in all a good experience.

These guys are really polite, helpful, and professional. They fixed my broken OnePlus 9 which had a cracked screen and back cover. The parts needed to be ordered as it's not a super common phone, but they gladly ordered the parts for me and called me back when they were delivered. Within a day my phone was fixed and looks as good as new. Would recommend them to anyone.

The guys at Can Fix It were really helpful. They were not able to fix the issue, however they looked up the serial number on my iPad and found that it was still under warranty. While they were unable to fix the problem, they directed me to a place that did. Thank you!

My OnePlus phone screen stopped working. Other shops told me that I had to replace my screen for 300 dollars. However at canfixit they figured out that it was a loose connection. They did it for 30 dollars, saved me 270 dollars. Best repair shop in North-America for sure!

Unfortunately, came in with a broken camera glass and had it replaced (camera itself was fine), but after the replacement of the glass the camera lens was scratched and water did get in. However, The owner was super helpful and reached out and offered to pay for the camera replacement. Really appreciated the good customer service and the satisfaction guarantee

I had a really great experience when I brought in my iPhone XR with a completely broken screen I had little to no hope for. After being quoted almost double by the competition around the corner, I was able to drop off my phone and pick it up completely fixed with an hour of the store closing at 6. All for a more than reasonable price. Don’t go anywhere else and don’t let your friends go anywhere else to get there broken screens fixed.

Fell and landed on my Pixel 6. Screen wouldn't turn on. I called and suggested the screen might be disconnected and they humored me. When I brought it in they showed me right away how the screen was delaminated and would need to be replaced. The estimate to repair was correct and I had my phone back with a working screen in less than 24 hours. I hopefully won't need their services again but I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their phone fixed. Really nice guys too.

Called for a broken screen and was able to be fit in for a same day repair. Finished in 1.5hrs at ~$100. They were super nice and helpful.

Just got my screen fixed. They scheduled me in for a drop off and had it fixed in a timely manner. Informed me of what issues can occur and next steps if they do.

Cost also included a 6 month warranty for the service, which is fantastic.

Great place for iPad repair. My daughter dropped her iPad mini 5 and as per all the other repair shops, that's the most expensive to repair. I was quoted anywhere from $260 to $400 for the repair. CanFixIt came in at $215 (don't quote me on it) plus taxes a d had it done within a few hours. Don't bother with the other stores or calling around, these guys are great a d reasonably priced.

After a year of not being able to use the lightning port on my iphone 8+, John at the Queen West Can Fix It quickly recognized that my port simply needed a cleaning and not replacement. Within 30 minutes he had returned my phone to working order. The store was clean, inviting and COVID safety protocols made me feel very comfortable. They have secured my business for future issues. Beyond excellent customer service. Brought my iPhone in with a cracked screen. New screen put on. I had some issues with it. Canfixit honoured their warranty and replaced it with no hassle at all.
I’ve returned to buy a new screen protector since, which they put on for me.

I smashed up my huawei pro lite pretty badly, that the screen was just black and wouldn't turn on. They fixed the front/ and back cover fast in just a couple of hours which was much appreciated as a relative of mine was in the hospital so I anxious of being without a phone for too long. I have the worst luck with my phone, it was run over by a car and it was bent. I was so sure that I was not going to be able to salvage it. These guys are miracle workers! They fixed my phone for me in the same day too! I highly recommend this place.

The staff is very helpful, and fixed my phone in an hour. I contemplated getting a new phone considering the repair prices, but to get my screen replaced it costed me less than half of what i estimated. Great place & great service!

I can't say enough amazing things about this place. This is my go-to store for my phone issues. It first started back in the day when I dropped off my iPhone 5 for a cracked screen. Fixed in a day, at super inexpensive rate. Most recently, I brought in that same iPhone 5 for a battery repair and some more glitching (because it's an iPhone 5). They are quick, they are very friendly, and their prices are amazing.

I needed my phone fixed last minute and was relieved to see online that 'CANFIXIT' was open. While they were allowing appointments only due to the current standing of our city, they had a last minute time slot and offered to take my phone right away. Upon arrival, I was greeted by two gentleman who were accommodating and informative. Their pricing was fair, their timing was impeccable, not to mention, they did a fantastic job fixing my iPhone screen and replacing its' battery.all in 45 minutes. I am always a little weary when it comes to repair shops but I was really quite impressed with this experience. P. S. If you're driving its hard to stop on Queen Street but Sudbury offered ample room to stop, with access to the shop straight from the courtyard.

Jon was super helpful! Bell had told me that my Pixel 2xl would cost like $150-$250 to send off to fix. Wasn't going to be worth it, since my contract is up this summer and I'm due for an update. I just went in looking for a cheap pair of Bluetooth headphones. But Jon actually asked if he could take a quick look. He took the phone out back used some tweezers and pulled a piece of tree bark (I know, right?) out of my USB input jack. That solved that! And for $25, it ended up being cheaper than the headphones I was looking for! Jon genuinely cares about making customers happy. While I was waiting I heard him take a call from another customer. He operates on trust and honesty, giving the customer all the information they need to make the best decision for them. Even if it doesn't necessarily make the store money in the short run. I can tell you, though that in the long run, us satisfied customers will keep sending our friends. If only all businesses operated like that! Highly recommend!

After scoping other shops, I'm glad I went to Can Fix It. Customer service was great and they clearly know how to do their job well. I had my Samsung S9 screen repaired and now it looks brand new. Although I paid a hefty amount (on a student budget), it was a fair deal compared to other quotes in the area.

Great, prompt service from John! He was able to replace the screen/display on my Pixel 2 within a couple of hours (I was lucky he had the part in stock). Pricing seemed quite fair and John offered a three month warranty on the repair. I'll definitely be returning for any future repair needs. Thanks again!

I went in today with an issue with the LED lights on my iphone. The gentleman who helped me, John I believe, was very helpful. He explained to me possible causes of the issue and that I would need to have my screen replaced. He told me that every would be ready within an hour. I showed up a little earlier and he was pretty much done! I am very pleased with my experience. The cost was fair and John was very genuine. I will definitely be returning if I ever run into any other issues with my electronics.

My girlfriend’s iphone had a broken screen. After being told by other retailers that the cost to replace it would be 250+ dollars, and take over 3 hours, we decided to check-out Can Fix It. We made the right decision. Not only was John friendly, he gave us an amazing deal and had the phone fixed within an hour! He even stayed late to make sure my girlfriend had her phone the same day. If you have issues with your phone, I highly recommend you take it to John!

I went here today after Apple told me that my only option was to replace my iPhone XS at a cost of $719. John said to leave it with him and shortly after I dropped off the phone, he called to tell me all I needed was a new battery.
