Technician came out today and did an excellent job fixing my Mytag washer and explaining the issue that caused the problem. This is the third appliance we've had them fix (it started with our stove, then our dishwasher and now our dwasher) and every time, we've had a great experience. Always on time.

My gas oven stopped heating properly and there was a gas smell. I suspected the igniter was going. I did a search and found this company. Then I noticed all the very high reviews. Like many I sometimes get a little suspicious when I see so many good reviews, but I needed my oven fixed.
So I contacted them, they were extremely responsive. They listened to my problem and I told them I suspected it was the igniter. A technician was sent the next day to do a diagnosis, but they also brought the right spare part in case my theory was correct. Yes it was the igniter, so the technician installed it there and then and now I have a working oven again less than 36 hours after initially contacting them.
Very responsive, the technician was professional as were the admin staff. Zero issues. If I need an appliance fixed again they'll be the first ones I reach out to.

Came across their video on how to repair my washer/dryer, I'm gonna give it a whirl myself but if I'm in too deep I'll definitely give 'em a call to help me out.

I am so happy with the service provided to fix my dryer. They quoted a fair and reasonable price for parts and labour, and were extremely quick to get the parts in. My washing machine broke so I called the company. They sent a technician (Fazli) in the same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with some options and expectations. Unfortunately the part had to be shipped from BC, so it took a little bit longer but still within a reasonable time frame. Fazli is friendly and professional. Good job!

Professional d, id the work quickly the technician had done this repair before (15 minutes) I needed a door lock replaced on a GE washer, I knew what the issue was and the part number that was needed to be replaced before the visit so they only needed one visit to resolve the issue. It would have been 5 stars, but they arrived at 5: 47PM in my 2PM-6PM service window (on a Saturday evening), I also think they were a little on the expensive side $220 for 15 minutes of work, although I assume this would also include the time to pick up the part.

The technician arrived on time, completed the diagnosis of my gas stove Samsung and repair in 1 hour. Super nice guy, would definitely call for any future work needed at my house! Call them. You won't be disappointed.

We highly recommend Canada Repair. We’ve used them twice now with great success. Most recently, Emmanuel fixed our fridge. He was professional, efficient, did a thorough diagnostic of the problem, took the time to explain it to us, ordered the required part on the spot then returned to fix it. He also requested we follow up 24 hours later with him to ensure the fridge was working properly.

After being let down by other repair companies this was a refreshing experience. Professional and friendly and super responsive even on the weekend. Technician fixed our Frigidaire washing machine drain pump quickly and affordably, cleaned up and left things looking great. Called Canada Appliance Repair on a weekend and one of their guys was at my place within an hour. He had to order parts to repair my dishwasher rack and warned me that there could be delays because of COVID-19. He then called me the next day to let me know that he found the parts and could replace it that day. He repaired the component and it works better than ever.

They were quick to reply to my request and at my house within 2 hours of contacting them even though in the evening. It was a quick fix as it turns out but they took the time to explain the issue to me, behaviours I should avoid to stop it from happening again (darn self clean lock!) and even gave me a tip about something unrelated to the issue. Clothes dryer broke at 5pm, called at 6pm, was fixed by 9pm. Easy peasy. Taras was prompt, friendly and professional.

I am totally impressed with the level of service I received from this company. From the moment I contacted them until my dryer was fixed they did not disappoint. Abdul, the technician, arrived and was cheery and professional. He took the time to explain the issue that I was having with my dryer and then gave me some tips regarding maintenance on some of my other equipment. I was searching for microwave repair in Toronto on urgent basis. People had posted good review about them so I called and lucky for me they sent technician on same day as others were booked for few days.

Technician was friendly had good knowledge about the issues and repaired it.

Just make sure discuss price upfront and once you have discussed your price and agree with it then I don't think there is any other issue.

We had a problem with control panel button on Miele kitchen ventilation hood (Miele should be shame by using cheap plastic parts). It was not a major issue but it had to be fixed.
The story was short - we called Canada Appliance Repair at noon time, booked a 4 hours time slot for the same evening and had everything fixed.
The standard process in our case would involved the order a spare part (God only knows how much it would cost), waiting time and another visit of technician. That scenario would cost us more and the process would take much longer.
After the problem was determine, Taras proposed to us a simple "outside of the box" solution, fix the issue and gave us some recommendation on how to use the appliance. He helped us to save the money and time.

I wish it would be more services like this one. Thank you, guys!

We needed to replace the water valve in our Bosch Dishwasher. Taras did a great job with the repair, he worked quickly and even realigned our dishwasher so it fit better underneath our counter, flush with our cabinet. (It was previously slightly protruding). We also found the price very reasonable.

I called Canada appliance repair for the first time to fix my washing machine. I expected to have to wait a few days for an appointment, but technician was at my house within an hour. He was very knowledgeable of the appliance and he fixed the washer within 30 minutes. He charged a very fair price. He also explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also gave me tips on how to extend the life of the machine. The overall experience was great and I would definitely call Canada Appliance Repair again if I needed a repair.
