Had a very pleasant experience at the Canadian Border Services on Queenston-Lewiston Bridge. The staffs here are really nice and handled my documents professionally. Do avoid the rush hour if you can though as the wait time can get really long.

Too much talking instead of doing work and they asked us where you guys going and we said we are going on a vacation and they asked where are we staying we said we don’t know but yet but in any hotel in Toronto and we said we just decided to go today and they were rude because the officer told me hey buddy that’s not a country to enter whenever you decide. CBSA is helpful, cool in handling work permit related. A bit of waiting is required to get work permit and car clearance. Overall satisfactory.

I encourage everyone trying to "flagpole" and waiting excessively to DEMAND to talk to the superintendant on duty about CBSA's unreasonable delay. And also email their MP and the Prime Minster about CBSA's failings. You don't need to be a citizen to do that.

If they waste your time, you should waste theirs.
