If you enjoy being disregarded when asking about products or being told they will call you back in 5 minutes never to hear from them again then I recommend them. Find your packaging products anywhere else, this company's service is non-existent.

They have a very wide selection of eco friendly items at prices that we found to be quite reasonable. They're actually quite attentive too and provided us advice that ended up saving us some money & time.

We've used them multiple times for large corporate events and have never faced any issues. I like how they reach out after the sale to see how the experience could have been better! 10/10 recommend

I am buying stuff from Canada Brown since 2018 and quality of products are so so good specially there paper straws which are of very high quality at good price. Customer service at Canada Brown is amazing Nakul is so helpfull as he always help shipping products to our Vancouver locations at very low cost. I will highly recommend Canada Brown over anyone else.

Terrible customer service, treated as if it was an inconvenience answer questions for a quote and about the product over the phone. When called on how rude they are being said we don't need our business. No problem you don't get it! Don't waste your time go to a company that values its customers.
