Andrew C.is very knowledgeable and as extraordinary customer service! I had an issue with my PC and wanted to upgrade a few parts so I brought it to him at the service center and he helped me figure out what would be the best parts for my build. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and gave me a full rundown of what the issue was and next steps. I would highly recommend him at this location!

I had a great experience upgrading my laptop today. Lorenzo was courteous to me and helped get my laptop ready for a quick upgrade. He also offered good advice on buying a new desktop and was awesome to all the other customers around him while I was waiting. 5 stars

My go to place close to home. Majority of the staff is friendly and helpful. My go to is Enzo, he takes time to show products and offer his insights. He has helped with numerous purchases and is also really realistic. Not everything has to be high end, unless you the customer feel you need it. I've built number PC, NAS, laptops, networking and accessories. Definitely a repeat customer.

Being 100% honest, I don’t think I’ve ever seen such honest and humble staff. Specifically Enzo, who was willing to work after hours to guide me and secure my desired products. It was my first time actually buying a computer and if it wasn’t for his compassion for customer satisfaction, I think I would’ve wasted money. I really appreciate it Enzo!

OMG If you every come to the Brampton location, you have to ask for Enzo. Customer service 10/10, product knowledge 10/10 an a complete people person. I wish everywhere I went had employees like ENZO. If it wasn't for covid I would hug him.

I don't know if supervisors would review my response, but if any of you are. ENZO is the BESTEST'. Because of him you now have a customer for life!

I went in this last Thursday with my boyfriend and we had the pleasure of dealing with Raven who is an absolute superstar! Incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping us secure a 3070ti in store! He made our day and we left very happy. Not all heroes wear capes.

Even with my enhanced protection plan they didn't allow me to get a repair, a refund or anything after I told them a part fell out and I opened it cause I heard the part move around. They said it was not only my fault and I can't my money back! Use a company that cares and doesnt have notoriously horrid customer service like these guys. If I could give 0 stars I would! Take your money elsewhere!

Absolutely amazing staff and tech support. Enzo and Chase are knowledgeable and trustworthy professionals. I had a damaged external hard drive. They were clear about what they could or couldn't do to help me recover the data, did all they could, ensured the my device was not damaged in their care, and took the time to explain things to me in great detail so that I understood exactly what was wrong and what I needed to have it fixed. Highly recommend this store for your tech support needs.

Dear Kevin Dennie:

Oh honey, I was in the store the night your wife freaked out and I have to say it was not at all justified, from my standpoint what I heard was the assistant manager simply following company policy and not once in his conversation with you wife did he say they would not do the return, simply that they had to get approval from their head office which to me seems totally reasonable on a damaged product.
I feel like you Kevin, need to grow a pair and stop getting your wife to fight your battles for you and a word from the wise, if you ever have another problem with any store you shop at in the future please act like a sane human being and go directly to their head office with your complaint and don't send someone else into the store to yell and scream like a complete nut job at an employee who is just following his companies policy.
Mrs Dennie, You really should seek professional help for your anger issues dear because the way you acted clearly indicates that you have some.
In conclusion the staff at Canada Computers Brampton have always been nothing but understanding and professional to me anytime I go there to purchase something. Thank you!

Been here several times for parts, builds and just random items great staff (except the assistant manager, he is outrageously rude at least at the time I went in Nov 2020) Most guys know their stuff and are super friendly. Doing pretty good following COVID processes from what I saw.

I was in the store when your wife was screaming at the top of her lungs at the assistant manager. He remained calm and collected, reiterating the policy and procedures. They were willing to work with you and your 'wife' to get the situation resolved. Any other place would flat out refuse a return of a physically damaged product.

My 5 stars is for how calm and collected the assistant manger was that evening. Being screamed at 15 minutes before the store closed after a long day shift is not the best way for anyone's night to end. I can see how it was frustrating on both sides of the conversation/situation however, no human being should have the right to scream at another. You're a adult, talk like one, listen like one. Set a example or else don't go out in public, Mrs. Dennie.

In my opinion, the right call was made to have the police intervene with an unruly customer.

Placed a backorder for a 3080 halfway through December. Had to order in person at the store front (outside), paid in full in advance. Got notified it was here halfway through January via text and email. Immediately showed up to pick it up, curbside delivery, they verified who I was through ID. 3080 works perfectly fine, but had to buy a new case to fit it. Placed the order online that night, it was ready an hour after opening time the next morning. Picked that up too, no problems, no defects.

Pretty solid customer service in-person every time I visited, and were happy to answer my queries about the status of my 3080 backorder. Only complaint is that they aren't answering the phones for whatever reason, so I had to show up in person to ask anything. Otherwise, good experience, and faster road to a scalper-free 3080 than I expected.

I brought my hard-drive to be repaired and they sent it to their lab. They quoted me $2000 to recover the drive so I declined and requested my hard-drive returned. Finally after weeks they called me to come pick it up. When I took my hard-drive to another lab (that quoted me $1200), they opened up the drive to find it was covered in dust. CBL (the original lab) had taken parts from my hard-drive and replaced it with dust-covered, heavily damaged parts from another drive, which damaged my drive further. Taking my hard-drive here literally made it worse, such a violation.

In comparison to there Newmarket location this was a breath of fresh air! There set up for covid protocol was spectacular. The staff worked very hard to make sure you were in line for as short a time as possible. Went to pick up my new computer on Dec 27th and it took almost no time to be on the road home. It was a wonderful experience and the staff despite having to be out in the cold were cheerful and full of laughs.

EDIT: I have to change my rating from two to one star. You guys need to figure out the ordering system. I placed an order on best buy and it was ready within 20 mins and the best part is that I didn't even have to get out of my car.

I don't understand why there is such long wait times when the order is ready. You guys have a full team inside and you were given like 3 months since lockdown to figure this out. I understand there is glitches sometimes but you need to improve your system.

The Toys r Us next door manage it better than an electronics store.

During and even before COVID-19 started, they rarely answer calls and its pretty frustrating, today I have called around 30 times and no answer, not sure if they are busy or what but they should at least have some sort of call queue. Before the pandemic the customer service was pretty good and id give that a 4/5 but it drops down to 3/5 for over the phone customer service.

Good place to buy anything relating to computers but they’re customer service is truly garbage. They don’t pick up the phone. Not the number on this page or their website. The only location that picked up my call was in Hamilton. I had to place my order with another store because Canada Computers didn’t even give me a chance.

You guys seriously need to get it together with answering phone calls, not just this location but all GTA locations. It's a joke that me and 2 coworkers back to back tried calling this location for just over a hour before we gave up. Aside from you guys being unable to pick up calls the staff here is great at helping (in person).

The only good Canada Computers store! They actually pickup your phone calls and answer your questions unlike the other Toronto and Etobicoke stores who don't even pickup the phone!

Usually their service is amazing. I went today and got a guy that was a condescending A-hole but I've been here enough times not to fault the store. Prices are a tad high but their refund and exchange policies are great

This place is a joke. Staff are clueless as to the ways of customer service. Don't answer calls and takes them forever to process orders. Avoid this place if you can.

Me and my brother came to this location yesterday, we went in with the intention of upgrading both of our computers, we were both a little daunted as our last upgrades were done through Tiger Direct, which treated us purely as numbers, constantly pushing outrageously priced upgrades on us and it was overall an unfavorable experience. However, the experience at Canada computers yesterday was phenomenal! We were assisted by Gavin, who is a shining example of what a Canada Computers should be. He went above and beyond in his time with us, being nothing but purely helpful and supportive, the passion he displays for the work he does astounds me and he deserves the recognition.

My brother and I went in yesterday to buy some computer parts only to be helped by the wonderfully cheerful and extremely helpful Gavin. I love Canada Computers as is, but this visit was particularly great due to Gavin's attentive personality and wealth of knowledge regarding what we were seeking to buy. I did not feel like I was being sold anything, it felt like another person with a genuine passion for what they do inspired me to become an even more valued customer of Canada Computers. I will never take my PC anywhere else but this place. I talked to a lot of the workers there because I've been there a couple of times and everyone is very knowledgeable, but what i really LOVED about the Brampton location is that everyone was SUPER polite and respectful.

Best customer service I've had the pleasure of being a part of.

While you may spend oodles of money here, it's a friendly environment and the staff are very helpful.

Gavin helped me out today picking out parts for my PC and he was very knowledgeable, asked the right questions and I fed him the information based on what I wanted to use my PC for.

If you ever doubted going here. Please don't do that any longer.

Make sure you know what your looking for when you go in and what competitors prices are, staff are usually only interested in upselling. Probably the best tech shop in Brampton especially for high end equipment and networking tech, minis the staff

Very knowledgeable and assisted me with finding all the components for building a PC for my needs. Spent over an hour with him discussing various things and not once did he get frustrated. Pretty good place if you're looking for specific parts to build custom PC or just looking for spare parts and other electronics. Plus, there's a whole section where you can try out different games on the gaming pc's, sort of like an arcade.

Great selection of laptops and computer accessories at reasonable prices plus l can't emphasize enough knowledgeable sales staff that take the time to answer your questions and help you with your purchases

Calvin and Jeremy really went out of their way to make this an excellent experience for me.

Calvin's knowledge of the product lines and his quick and thorough understanding of my needs and budget made me feel confident and comfortable with my purchase.

Jeremy has a talent for making people feel good about paying a lot of money. I don't quite understand it.

Honestly Canada Computers, watch out because I plan on stealing these two employees for my own company. You better pay them well!

Always a great place to shop at and a very knowledgeable crew! Lately however (i.e. Post move) the attitude of the crew in the SERVICE department has left much to be desired. The sales staff on the other hand are wonderfully helpful!
