This store has no staff. I just wasted an hour of my time going there, standing around like an idiot waiting for some help in buying a laptop, and then driving home empty-handed because there was nobody there to help me. I will not be returning.

Employee (male) with fadding green hair, little stubble and a bit of chub, stunk like weed, the whole section with all the gpus and m. 2s, ram etc stunk, really bad, not very enjoyable.please fix this.

Great customer service.one in particular.she is great, very helpful and informative. I do not know her name.but she has blonde hair.store is very ckean abdctidy.easy to see inventory.

Revising my previously bad review since it's outdated, based on previous management and employees; Since then the current staff are great, super helpful, great personalities. They typically have what I need in stock and they don't mind going into the back to get what might be missing up front. I'd give them 5 stars if it wasn't for the terrible exit / entrance configuration they have, I don't want to walk through Winners to leave, that's insane.

Jordan is the man, go see this guy for all your pc needs! He's honest, attentive and has your best interests in mind all while getting you the best deal possible!

The store is ok and has lots of things I am looking for - great access from the parking lot on the way in but there is a strange way to get back out through a sketchy hallway and an unmarked door.

Justin was very rude about this when I didn't seem to understand, rolling his eyes and being condescending and very unprofessional. He has probably had to explain this a hundred times to customers but I didn't deserve to be talked to so rudely.

Employees swarm and harass you from the moment you enter. Was approached 5 times in less then 3 minutes. Won't go back. Used to be a decent store.

They never answer their phones for customer questions, concerns, etc. Definitely lacking in the customer service and support department.

Great staff, especially Bailey. Her blue hair which matches the team uniforms, should earn her a raise. That plus her outstanding attitude.

Apparently this store like to lie to customers, I went to buy a laptop using my flexiti account and was told they need to hold the product for 3 days until payment cleared (very odd as payment clears on the spot as I used to work for flexiti fraud division) so I left the store and got huge attitude from the staff one of the staff even called me a “cheap ass” under his breath, drove to hamilton and bought the same laptop from Canada computers in hamilton on my flexiti and walked out with my new laptop, the staff told me there is no corporate policy to hold products when bought on flexiti…. This store straight up lied to me.

I strongly suggest you do not shop at this store and instead go to the hamilton location.

Staff at this location could care less about you or your needs. If you know what you need, you will be fine, but for those who have questions, you are much better dealing with Best Buy.

Been here a few times to grab items in a pinch for clients. The staff is friendly and knowledgable which goes a long way!

Excellent service friendly sales personal, who is very knowledgeable, and make a pleasant experience to the costumers.
The prices are great and the sales personal, you fill that they are working for you with their recommendations,
I haven't felt that for a long time in a store.
Overall, five deserved stars and highly recommended store where the management is at a level of excellence in professionalism.

Travelled 40 minutes to purchase a Display port to DVI cable, specifically telling it needed to display out at 144hz. Got back home and it was not what I asked for. Called in and asked if they cover either the cost or time for travelling back to fix their mistake. It was a hard no, even after buying the cable, a 3000$ computer and 180$ headphones. I will never shop here again. Such a shame.

From my personal experience, They are 2 for 3. The first experience is where I bought all my parts and blew 2k just like that. After building my computer I didn't get a post. So the next day I brought it in and said I'm not getting a post. They do the right thing and begin diagnosing it. About five minutes later, they came to the conclusion that the RAM was faulty. So I replace it with the one month warranty and head home. I did also notice that the guy helping me did get mixed up with the sticks and which box is which (I'm not mad about this because everyone is human). I head home, put my new sticks in and still no post. However I did get a post with just one in. So, I use my computer for a bit, went on vacation, and go back to their store and ask for a diagnosis now believing the motherboard's slots were toast. They said it would be 3-4 days because they are on backup with other computers to be worked on. It's now coming up on two weeks. I've called and emailed and they FINALLY have an update. The RAM sticks are faulty. Which also took them over a week and a call asking whats going on.

One of the worst customer services I experienced in Canada!
Looks like one of the managers is enjoying herself being as much of a pain to a customer as she can!
Miniscule price difference if there is one is not worth the pain!

Been quite a few years since I've been into Canada Computers. Old computer died so it was time to make a visit. Ordered parts online, order was picked quickly. Computer was actually assembled faster then they said which was fantastic. Everyone I spoke to in my few visits there was extremely pleasant.

Terrible people work at Canada Computers. I bought a laptop, which went dark after 2 days. They made us run between cambridge, mississauga and st. Cathrines store to get a replacement which never happened. Worst place to go to buy any electronic machine. Horrible people

While I wasn't able to get what I was looking for, the sales associates were all very helpful and informative. I must've spoken to 80% of the staff working at the time. Each and every one gave solid info and offered very good alternatives when it turned out the laptop I was looking for wasn't available.

It's been great. Not sure why there is so much empty space on the shelves and multiple locations for PC cases, overall the store is much better than the last location.

When this location first opened, it was the best place to buy all your pc parts. After they moved to Fairview, they were still the go to place. Now they have moved again, this place is just a shell of what it used to be. Bare shelves, no customers, and associates who don't seem to really want to be there. All the advice and helpfulness of the associates are long gong along with their inventory. This is why more and more people are buying online.

Covid-19 shopping in a mall sucks,
However there are businesses like Canada Computers that have adapted.
Their website is usually correct but calling the store to confirm is also an option. When you get to the store the staff are always helpful

They have now moved to a bigger location and have an entrance at the front of the plaza. The store is huge now.

Staff are still very helpful and friendly

Decent store for buying things in a pinch. Their return policy is terrible and they sell used products as new. Memory express is better and if you're building a computer it's worth going there instead. If you are buying from CC, try to test your products there and see if it works correctly. Otherwise you'll probably be stuck dealing with the manufacturer, which is probably going to be a better experience anyway but you can still get screwed. Also CC prices are meh, meanwhile memory express has price matching and will give a 10% discount. Go to or order from Memory express or Amazon.

Good selection for the most part, but horrible warranty. But the worst is their staff. Not interested in helping, expression is they'd rather not be there. I go with one other customer being helped by staff member, however, blonde girl and tech guy, not interested. I wait up the front counter ready to buy something.make eye contact, but nothing.finally, after other customer come in, I get fed up and call her over, she says, oh, we're busy.you weren't before.poor poor service. I will buy from Amazon. Worst warranty.worst service.

Wow this is a great run store. I have shopped in Hamilton Burlington and Oakville locations, but the St Catherine's one is amazing. I have a feeling these guys are well trained and picked because of their quality of the work that they do.

I dont know what's worse, the customer service, the lack of stock or the website saying everything is in stock. I'll give my $1200 to Amazon for PC parts
