Awesome products, frustrating phone calls.

Never have an issue when I come in and ask for open-box deal inventory but every time I call in I get told to look at the website.

Your website states that everything is available on store and ready for pickup until you click and find out that it's not in stock.

I'm not doing that 300+ times to find one 850w or higher PSU that's in stock because your website doesn't adjust inventory cues.

Amazing place with extremely knolegable staff. They do not get paid by commission so they give you honest advice. If you are looking at a computer they will tell you if it is too powerful for what you want to do and you don't have to spend that much. Highly recommended.

They had the products in stock that we needed, but the customer service is severely lacking. Having multiple staff members standing around chatting to each other and not acknowledging customers is a complete turn off and makes me want to take my business elsewhere. My partner and I actually had to interrupt their conversation to get some assistance, and they made it very clear they were annoyed with us. The only reason we came here, was to get products that were not in stock at Memory Express. Memory Express staff were INCREDIBLY attentive and helpful, along with very patient. They even helped us bring our purchases to our vehicle. Unfortunately this experience at CC is not an isolated one. I’ve had similar experiences at other locations. Very unhappy overall. I will be shopping elsewhere going forward.

Very easy to find all the things we needed and the staff was extremely helpful. We tried putting together our computer at home and thought we had an issue with our power source. We brought the power source back to the store where I’m very polite gentleman used a piece of equipment to show us that the power source was working fine and that we needed to explore a few more options before returning the product. He also said that if we could not get the power source working correctly to bring it in and they would happily go through the build with us. I would recommend the store to anybody looking computer parts.

I bought a computer from these guys a while ago and I had a warranty for it and I asked if I could get it looked at and they said it would cost me money for them to get it looked at when my warranty said that I was covered so these people are scam and should not be trusted they sold me a broken computer charge me $1,000 for a computer that was on display and didn't work properly

Went in today as my computer ssd drive died. I wasn't sure what the problem was at first as im not that handy with gaming computers.so i explained what hapoend to the tech gentleman and he was very honest and looked at my computer completely free and figured out it was a faulty ssd drive. I was prepared to buy a new computer but he was a very honest guy. He also showed me how to install it myself which i did when i got home. This saved me thousands of dollars and hours of headaches. I wish i got his name to add in the review. But he is a fairly tall guy that works on the left side when you first enter. Thanks alot cc!

Never been overly impressed with any canada computers and try noto to shop there but have to give them credit they did have exactly what i was looking for

Poor customer service, waited 20 minutes for the service guy to come back from the bathroom then he had talks a coworker infront of customer, I refuse to purchase stuff from here and only do returns/exchanges here

Rude experience from customer service trying to make a return. Go to memory express instead! Farrrr better customer service and returns are easier.

I’ve came here for all my computer/tech needs especially when it comes to gaming components. I Recently today just made an order for a motherboard i payed 150$ for on sale and came to come pick it up. When i came in almost an hour after making the order the worker told me, “sorry our wifi is down right not i dont know when it will be back up but i can’t see your order so come back when our wifi is up. ” this was no sense what so ever as i showed him all the proof he needed with my confirmation email, he also requested i just buy it in person, when i already purchased it online. I’m currently calling the store over 3 times and no answer what so ever.i’m very disappointed with this service and it makes no sense at all…

My go to for buying computer parts. Computer service not so much. Buy 2k worth of computer parts, you cannot schedule parts to be installed, its just drop it and we will tell you when its ready. Imagine if you drop off a car for service and you have no idea when you will get it back. I can order the parts online for the same price. Service is what is keeping the store open.

Great as always they understood I was on a budget and helped me get my computer up and running again, any computer needs definitely go to these guys especially the tech department.

Listen up, everyone! I spent over $15,000 on computers, monitors, and accessories, and those so-called "extended warranties" turned out to be a complete rip-off. When I finally had the misfortune of needing to use one of those worthless pieces of paper, the representative was downright nasty. He accused my son of damaging the keyboard with liquid, even though I assured him that it was some weird substance that had nothing to do with any kind of liquid. But did he listen? Not at all! He was too busy fiddling with someone else's computer to give me the time of day. So here's my advice to you: don't trust these guys, and don't waste your money on their useless warranties. They're just a scam, plain and simple.

I went to the store to place a order because I thought I would get it faster! I was told it would take 4-5 business days! I got a order number and nothing else! I came to find out they got my email wrong and had no phone number but they had my money! It has been 8 days and still no info on the whereabouts of my order! Called customer service and still had no answers! How long does it take to travel 47 kilometers! Avoid this store!

Company is amazing, unfortunately, this is not my favorite location. Have experienced pushback on defective products and elitist attitudes I have not seen at other locations. When I actually need advice/feedback I make the drive to another location.

So great for all kinds of computer related devices. I have always been able to find adapters etc that I couldn't findcelsewhere.

The staff at the computer repair desk are phenomenal. Knowledgeable and compassionate. I have been a returning customer for about 10 years now even before their move from the previous Upper James location. Highly recommend Canada Computers on Upper Wentworth!

The boys at the service Center really hooked me up when my PC wasn’t working properly, very knowledgeable and I’d recommend taking your Computer here for repairs!
