If I can rate 0, I will definitely rate 0 for this location’s customer services! The return experience is super bad, I was not treated like a customer, I have to go back and forth to meet their “standard”, they just find any excuses to try to shut you off the door to keep the problem products, the manner I was treated was rude! Never came back to this store.

Literally the worst customer service ever, i was exchanging a tv mount that the employee there gave me the wrong information about and it was missing one item that was irrelevant to the process of mounting the tv, and was given the hardest time they weren’t allowing me to exchange it unless i bought one double the price, not to mention they are planning on re packaging and selling the item on the shelf wouldn’t buy anything from them after knowing they do that to items that have been returned.

I haven’t built a system in a long time and I had a technical question about a PSU to CPU power connection and the gentleman knew exactly what I was asking provided me the direction and I didn’t have to pay anything. I didn’t have to leave my build searching around and it was fantastic!

Will definitely keep going to Canada Computers in Richmond Hill every time!

Absolute worst. I went into return the product they said they can’t return it at the location. I was planning on going to the original location and Victor (he is the worst technician there), he just caused further damage to the product. Like the other reviews, this location does not care about any customers and instead treat them like trash. Never go to this location, or just order off Amazon. Way better.

Koon was so helpful in fixing my computer, he had the best customer service! Definitely recommend this location!

Tony is service & repairs is just wonderful! He will go out of his way to repair your devices - those under warranty & those that are not covered. We have continuously purchased devices from this location and will continue to do so in future.

Bought Ducky one 3 keyboard and it was great! Excellent staff with lots of helpful advice. Highly recommended!

Update: Store is still really great, customer service at checkout is good. Tony at the service desk is very kind and let me know my CPU had an issue after I spent endless hours trying to get a system to post.

Bought a last minute CPU and Mobo during the sale, Michael took time to explain all the different combos I can go for and whether my computer was worth upgrading with many website comparisons. He shared his honesty and knowledge with me and did not pressure me into buying anything which is why I ended up making a purchase because I felt comfortable spending a good amount of money on my i5 9600k and asus z390-h mobo. Hope this kind of customer service continues on my future visits.

I came here to return an AIO and the staff spent 15 minutes (im not exaggerating) opening every bag (included factory sealed ones) to count every single screw and part. I understand going through to make sure everything is there but spending that long and even checking the factory sealed bags feels like they don't trust me or something.

The prices are a bit high and they make you to put you stuff In a locker so you don't steal because they don't trust people

Walked in to exchange my new office labtop staff were standing by the antrance with rude face if felt that I walked to a funeral home.
As soon as I mentioned return they ran away after saying we have to check the computer first wit there genius trch ti see if it is legible for exchange so I have to wait.
OMG never seen so bad support with so unprofessional staff!
So hard to return anything or exchange.
You will go thru investigation process with 100 questions asked.
That is why Canada computer company going down the hill.
Usually I deal with staples because they are so professional and have amazing support.
But by mistake my office order a laptop from Canada computer and now we had to suffer when we need support I will be calling the head office to lunch and official complain.

My online order with a pickup in this location got snagged in delivery for almost a week, so I went there and they just canceled my online and made it a walk-in purchase since they had it in stock.

I know there are plenty of bad reviews, but my experience was rather exceptional. When I walked in, there was a person who wished to assist me, and showed me the item I wanted to purchase. Granted, it was ten minutes from closing and they were probably waiting to clock out, but still delivered excellent service. The place was clean, air conditioned, and organized. I bought a disk reader, something that Best Buy couldn't offer good deals on. Thanks to the asian trainee (I apologize for forgetting his name) for helping!

I decided to finally build another high-end gaming computer, the CC in Richmond Hill is always where I begin my part search (for over 10 years). This time I worked with Edmond W.over a couple of months to purchase/ order the parts I needed. I highly recommend reaching out to him. Whenever he is there he picks up the phone and is always helpful, always listens, and gives legit advice. Solid guy and great store.

The best Canada Computers location I've been to. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Excellent stock compared to Newmarket. The individuals that helped me out didn't try to sell me the most expensive thing either. I went in looking for a 2 bay USB hard drive enclosure to build my own NAS, and they helped me out with information on hard drives and the different enclosures. They then didn't pressure me, but instead game me my space to think and decide on my own. In the end, I decided to buy a full blown NAS, and was glad I was able to give this location my business (Newmarket didn't have the NAS I wanted in stock).

Called to inquire about an online purchase and pickup timing. Employee was very helpful and investigated to find the answers I was looking for. Pickup of item was great. Was an open box item and they accommodated me plugging in the laptop and turning it on to verify status prior to leaving the store.

Everybody here is so kind to help my son build his pc! I absolutely love this shop it has been a life saver for my son Thank you guys so much! There was one time when I went to get a family KTV set, a kind staff member even guided me online on what equipment to buy even though it’s not from their shop! Even staff there was kind and helpful! We felt really warm when shopping in their store!

IMO one of the better CC locations. Oscar is a champ as a store manager. Like many of the other stores, there is staff turnover, but there are also a number of existing staff who have been at this location for a long time.

There are a number of part-time staff who have practical experience in the IT industry, particularly on the weekends. Raymond in the Service department is a rockstar.

Decent prices, Knowledgeable employees. Have questions about computer? Edmond is the go to guy! Super professional and courteous! A+ service with him

Not very welcoming and not helpful. You could wander for hours and not worry about being approached.
