Absolutely fantastic. Walked in, computer problems diagnosed fast, excelent and kind technicians. Could not be happier with this place. Tristan went above and beyond by tweaking small things to improve the system. Really appreciate everything.

Originally took my laptop to a different store but had a not so great experience and had to bring it somewhere else for new issues
Tryston was super informative and made sure that I was up to date and understood everything that was going on with my laptop.
Super patient and knowledgeable guy!

I brought in my pc here after burnamthorpe Canadian computers gave me no advice and partially installed parts on my pc. Rj, Tristyn, and zhiyu all gave me outstanding work and advice on my pc. They even gave me a free install on the internal usb hub. Honestly go here, these guys know their stuff and do impeccable wire management.

I'm building out audio effects for a costume utilizing microelectronics and was running into an issue with the board not being recognized by Windows. I asked if they could accommodate by allowing me to test out a couple of different micro-USB cables and they said yes.

They not only provided me with different cables to try, RJ went tremendously above and beyond to troubleshoot issues.

We determined it was a faulty board, but I digress.

Fantastic help - much appreciated.

Worst Experience Ever with a local retailer! Wish I could give them a -5 star review but 1 is unfortunately the lowest.
Before buying a UPS from these guys at the Oakville location, I called and asked about their return policy regarding a UPS. The customer service employee told me up to 15 days to return for a refund if the UPS was defective or I wasn't happy with it and up to 30 days exchange if it's defective. So I went ahead and bought the backup power supply even though Amazon has a 30 day return policy on these items.
What a miserable mistake on my part, the decision to buy it locally to support this retailer. Not only was I misled by the employee about the return policy on this UPS, but the manager refused to honor this employee's word and instead told me I'd have to call the manufacturer and wait possibly 2-3 weeks for a replacement to be shipped.
I will no longer be buying anything from Canada Computers either locally or online. I also urge consumers to be wiser than than the employees and re-think buying from this retailer whether locally or online. Instead consider the ease of buying through Amazon, with deliveries usually the next day PLUS their 30 days easy return policy.
I assume most consumers are shopping nowadays on Amazon as the store had no consumers either today or the day I mistakenly purchased a UPS from them.
Canada Computers should simply close up shop across Canada. That would save a lot of consumers the headache considering their unfriendly return policies. Amazon is the way to go from here.

My recent experience at your Oakville store was excellent. In particular Ethan, G and RJ were very polite and professional and answered all of our questions patiently. My son had a laptop problem and Ethan walked us through the various options resulting in the purchase of a new Asus laptop. Thanks.

Incredible service! I brought my daughter's Lenovo laptop in for a service on the charging port, and RJ and the repair team took it apart on the spot to investigate the issue. After a couple of tests and quick diagnosis - they had the laptop accepting charge again - avoiding the need to send it out for a costly and timely repair, which other shops suggested. Really appreciate their honesty and how knowledgeable they are - they really live their work. Highly recommend their store and service.

Couldn’t have better things to say! I came to the store with a lot of questions, and hopes to build a custom computer. Tristan was so kind, and patient, and answered all my questions, and worked with me for over an hour to pick out the best components for my needs. It was all ordered and built and ready to be picked up within a day! Beyond happy with the customer service, product, and time efficiency! Would give 6 stars if I could!

Will make any excuse to not accept your returns.

It’s all sunshine and rainbows until you have an issue with your hardware and then they give you the cold shoulder, gaslight you and make every effort to avoid a return.

Very disappointed with the customer care and service at this location. I have been buying from the Burlington location for many years, but since I live in Oakville I decided to give this new location a try. The $431 three-year Tech Care plan is a complete waste of money. I purchased a lap top for my son for school which was clearly defective. It just wasn’t charging. I took it back to get a repair or replacement under warranty and got nothing but poor service and zero communication, and the laptop has been in their possession for almost three months. Whenever I ask to speak to someone in upper management there is nobody in charge. Hopefully someone in upper management there reads their reviews to take some action! Not only did I buy a defective laptop but the 3-year Tech Care Plan is also defective and does not provide any tech care.
Students and professionals be warned of extreme wait time for repairs.

Update: August 28th 2023. Almost 6 months and I still do not have my computer and no help is being provided. No communication and no updates.
Canada Computers is a very dishonest company and provides terrible service.
Most importantly they do not honour their service plan.

I bought a desk top from Canada Computer a few yrs ago, for my son. He has not had any problems with it. When we bought the computer the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We recently went in to buy some storage. The lady that helped us was very nice. She told us our options and we made a choice. My son had some difficulties installing the software side. We called Canada Computer and the service tech told us to come in right away. He helped us immediately and had it working in 30min. Thank you for helping us.

Very good customer service. Been twice to help with issues on my computer and both times they were very helpful. They even helped me choose the best parts for my PC.

Came to this place after a long drive from guelph. The staff are friendly and they reserved a computer with similar specs at the same price when the computer I wanted was sold out. With the model switch to the diffrent yet similar prebulit I bought I got a cpu upgrade at the same price!

This is the fourth time I have been to this location and each time I received great customer service. Today was no exception. Tryston made my day by managing to retrieve files from an SD card that I thought I had lost for good. He explained what he would try and in no time had found the files. I am so glad I went to Canada Computers. (I mentioned my problem to one of the associates the other day and he suggested I drop back in to see what could be done. Glad I came back!) 11/10

Honestly the best computer store in Oakville. They have everything you need and are incredibly knowledgeable on everything about computers, especially the guys in the repair part of the shop. Prices are great too.

Tryston I forgot how to spell it but he was the dude with big curly hair. Really great guy and knowledgeable and was able to help fix the errors I made while building my PC! Highly recommend super friendly staff as well

I brought my computer in for assistance as I was having a hardware issue and I was unable to diagnose the problem.
I was greeted by R. J who helped me out. His knowledge and expertise was very impressive and apparent as he was explaining to me his entire thought process as to what the potential hardware issues could be and why they would happen. He was able to rule out all the possibilities, diagnose the problem and fix my computer within an hour.

If I have any computer issues in the future, I know who I'm gonna be going to from now on. Thanks R. J!

Every interaction with is Ethan is always very unpleasant and rude, only Ana cares in that store. Ethan lied to me several times and always makes me feel like doesn't appreciate my business and made fun of my accent many times. I will never ever shop in that location. I will be filing an official complaint with Head Office. He needs to get fired for his attitude. Many of my friends expressed the same problems in that store. It's probably the worst location. Shop in the Burlington location, much better experience.
