The store staff are enthusiastic and have solid professional knowledge. They can give you a good and comprehensive introduction to the items you choose and related items. It is a very professional place to buy electronic products.

I am super pleased with the level of customer service Nurul provided on Monday January 8th. He installed a new hard drive, ram and graphics card in my computer in a super fast amount of time. I will return to this store and have him work on my computer if and when I need more work done. The sales staff in this store are also very helpful and polite.

Very rude store Manager, no price matching even though it is mentioned in their Price matching declaration on the website.very bad experience visiting this Ajax location store

Very helpful staff. I ordered one item online for pickup. This was seamless and successful. I got another item for my laptop, and this was done in store with a customer rep. This was a good experience as well. I definitely recommend this store for electronics.

Just want to give a shout out to one of the staff, as I was about to purchase a headset on black friday, he pointed out that it may not be compatible with Teams. I looked it up and he was right, tons of people online saying it cant connect to Teams. I ended up purchasing another headset officially supported by teams off amazon. But I will definitely be coming back and shopping at this location. They care.

Place is but much of the shelves are empty eventought it lists items r in stock.the staff have no idea about technology.

Nick was great to deal with. Very satisfied over all, helped me pick out a gpu, cpu, power supply and cooler. Picked out a curved monitor as well.

Incompetent employees that sont care about the happiness of the customers. We tell them exactly what was wrong and they told us NO.they do not care for you as a customer or as a person. They seem to only by in it for the comitions and the pay. They are not there to serve or please. They are there for MONEY!

The first time to this location was walking looking for something. It seems like everyone was busy chit chatting. When I went to the front, one guy who was working on computers approached me and asked me if I needed help. While others were busy with discussion of their life story.

Great Electronics Store, they have a lot of hardware in stock and usually have exactly what I'm looking for at a competitive price, great sales too.

I got my gaming card with extended warranty and in a few days it stopped working and then I brought the card to be replaced using the warranty but they had to check if it worked and would not give a new card otherwise so i let them check and they say its fine but then i bring my pc with the card in it this time and they check again it says the card was faulty to begin with then why did i pay them when i already knew and told them about this. $50 for service then finally they know the card is faulty and then they exchange it with new one and they said my extended warranty is done here now you have to buy new warranty as it's one time replacement. Terrible warranty and checkup policy really destroyed my liking of the company.

Was disappointed by the lack of customer service. No reps to answer my questions. Walked out dispite intent to build a new PC
