I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE MORE RUDE THAN THIS MAN. DO NOT GO HERE.

There is another location 2 kms away in North park /torbram.

Pls go there, they are amazing.

If I could give negative stars. This place is where it is. Worst service ever. Will gile the complaint against him to RCMP authorities calling his clients frauds. WORSTTT PERSON TO DEAL WITH

Very courteous and friendly. I had the opportunity of doing business with Mr. Singh on numerous occasions and my experience is always excellent. He is very professional jovial and humble.

Very poor service, main person is rude and disrespectful. Changes time of appointment by himself and then gives hard time for coming late. Don't waste your time coming to the location.

Rude guy.
He don’t talk professionally with customers.
He is getting cash always.
Push customers to give him cash otherwise he don’t give reports.
He should close his office

Price is ridiculous $75 is fine, plus $25 and he had no reason. Not going to pay $100 it should be around $75-$85 not, not professional at all.

I had a great experience here. He was very professional, nice, and knowledgable. The process was quick and easy and I had no issues.

Came in here for a fingerprint scan with email proof of the document, this guy tells me they can't get print outs done here for some gibberish reason. Accepts only cash payments as card machines are not working. I'm like if you don't have all the amenities to get a work done why are you even running this service. Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time at this location. Went to another location, got the printouts done in store, paid via visa. No issues. Some people just don't want to get the work done.

To top it off this place closes at 4 pm. The guy tells me we close at 2 pm. Icing on the cake, they have the audacity to tell it's a lie. Just speaks volumes a out the professional behavior these guys have. Unbelievable. Never will I come here again

If u could find the worst person on the planet to do this job then he is already there. He charge $85 in cash for legal rcmp fingerprint services and have one of the baddest way to talk to customers. I applied for my police clearance certificate and never got any results by mail even after waiting for 2 months which i got it done from other rcmp registered office and got it in just 10 days. I will request RCMP to take serious actions against him for charging cash and extra money for a such a legal service. Please avoid going over there

Shockingly unprofessional way of handling customer with such a rude attitude.
He will make sure you are getting there at least twice.
I wanted to get a Police Clearance done for my US immigration. He made me the incorrect application for the first time and I had to reach him for the second time to get it corrected. How can someone who was telling about his 20 years of experience more than 5 times to a customer in a single visit can made the wrong application?
Without any shame he used to tell he made customers to come there more than 5 times for an application.
I have never seen such a greedy person.

Great customer service, was very quick and thorough and explained everything to me in detail. Gave me a few tips and know-hows as well.

I can honestly say the anecdotes he gave of his life was him just trying to be friendly and making conversation. To the people who left negative reviews about him saying that he was talking too much about being a lawyer, I can’t imagine how incredibly rude of a person you have to be to not respect somebody when they are trying to be kind to you and just trying to explain their background. (I’d like to know if the person giving me security clearance was actually a professional in their field)

If you’re in an even further rush than the service he provides for you, then there’s a kind way of saying that instead of acting entitled. I understand why the older generation looks down on us as being entitled children if that’s the way you choose to react and behave.

So I saw some negative reviews on the goggle and I was skeptical to go over here but I couldn’t find any other place closer to my home so I went anyways. To be honest I dont write much reviews on goggle but Mr. Singh (I don’t his name) was really professional and I had no issues with my appointment. My work was done in like 15 mins (Approx.).

He doesn’t even deserve one star, but don’t have any option. Went there for fingerprints and he was teaching us how to make your passport legal in canada and imagine that legal guy was asking for cash money for the service. Such a rude and unprofessional person. Telling me why you cut your hairs if u are sikh. Will never recommend anyone to him coz he doesn’t even know anything about customer service.
Stays way and go to someone professional.

Very very rude, racial profiler, no respect for people, unethical, superb intimidator, very bad attitude. He will tell you how he knows the laws of Canada by self imposting himself " I'm a lawyer" lol. If you are naive about the services you are applying for please go to a more respectable place for your services. I got bad treatment with him for 2 days and turned to other offices and got the job done in less than 15mins. And please stay away if u are not a Brown! Goodluck!

Most unprofessional and rude person I have ever met. Gave me appointment, made me wait for 30 min then dint attend by just saying I am busy. Is that professionalism means to you?

I was there for getting fingerprints done and they offered wonderful services. Gentlemen over there was professional and he explained me everything and double checked all information.
I would have given 5 stars but when I called ahead and enquired about everything they did not inform me that they don't take card for payments. I would suggest people to take cash.
