Don’t by a prepaid card, you will never be able to use it, because of ‘policy’ which they won’t tell you when persuading you to buy, can’t transfer, can’t invite friends, totally waste.

This place has a strict shoe policy and kc rh doesnt, yet elite has worse courts than they do.coach dayvon is a massive W though, so thats ok.

It took a bit of time to figure out the schedule for private and group classes. Email was the way to go, and nobody was available to chat on the phone when I had questions. But after we got the classes sorted, everything went well. Danny is my daughter’s coach, and I have to say, he’s one of the best!

First time someone told me my ASICS badminton gum sole shoes was questioned as not suitable to use in this facility.when I have been playing for 3 weeks at this location. I was in the middle of the game when the lady had asked and approach two of us and had to stop the game to remove our shoes for inspection.this is absolutely ridiculous. I have been playing at Lee’s badminton in both Mississauga and Scarborough for 4 years and never was I been told that my shoes are not the proper ones. The guy told me (through his English interpreter that Yonex was one of acceptable ones, I forgot the other brand that he mentioned as I started to walk away and will never go back to this place.

A well known club in Woodbridge Area, ideal for all levels of badminton games. Owner, Helen manages the club well. Great place to provide badminton coaching for your kids.

I reserved a badminton court on the CANADA ELITE BADMINTON & SPORTS website. Everything was smooth but then I needed to cancel my reservation. The website states that a full refund would be given with 24 hours notice but when I called to get the refund, the lady said that she is going to charge me a $2 transaction fee. Or she said i have to come in person to get a full refund. This obviously makes no sense whatsoever. The lady was very rude and had horrible customer service skills. She even hung up on me and blocked my number when I tried calling back. Needless to say, she did not refund me anything at all. So I have disputed the charge with Amex.

It WAS a very friendly badminton court we were enjoying. We WERE coming every week, regularly for more than a year until the owner changed the policy. When the government limited capacity indoor in pandemic, we could not use entry pass (which paid cash in advance), because policy changed. It’s so ridiculous.
If they don’t have available court at the time we’re booking, just let us know the truth, so we can’t decide whether or not we should look for other place. Instead, she told us to come there, then announced that we had to wait 30 mins or an hour because the booking on system just disappeared, and she overbooked, or she forgot that court finished later than expected. Does it make sense at all? If it happened once in a while, it’s okay, but it continued every time we went there. It’s unacceptable.
I understand everyone has their own sake to consider their own benefits, but treating a group of loyal members this way. Sorry! Couldn’t accept the abuse.

We were loyal customers at this place but since the government allow to re-open again, she changed our group schedule for her own benefit. We are all from different areas to come to her badminton field and all of a sudden she just keeps delaying our group to play. We don’t have the time to come and wait for 1hour or even 30mins even though we already booked the court.

P/s: this place doesn’t have regular price. Owner changes fees all up to how she sees which person/group.

The price sometime changes and even over compare to orhers, the staff's so rude, the host even change time when the it's already booked,

Great indoor facility where my friends and I whiled away a lot of our time through the winters. Shoe rentals make it even better. The receptionist is a welcoming, friendly and helpful!

Most conceited badminton venue out there, overly priced, terrible ventilation/humidity, inexperienced/rude staff, reception area looked like someone's kitchen and was terribly messy/dirty, our friend was FORCED to rent their USED badminton shoes because he forgot his at home and received foot fungus 2 days after.

The courts and other factors were good, but boy is it humid in there. A/C? Nah, you came to the wrong place. Ventilation? Nah, we dont do that here.

On the flip side, if you wanna lose water weight, you can come here and achieve it through excessive sweating!

Excellent facility to play badminton and table tennis. The club is clean, many courts, Flooring is professional so makes the playing experience great. Recommend this club to badminton and table tennis players.

This is not a friendly place for badminton lovers. They are charging you more than the other courts. The staffs are rude especially the old man named michael, the courts is not clean. Waste place ever.

This is the first time I joined this club, and I have to say I'm impressed. The management is extremely friendly, and also I enjoy the online booking system. Courts are well maintained, availability is excellent, and the membership cost is very reasonable. Definitely a must-try!

Good place for badminton. The lighting could be better. Nice amenities. They do sell yonex bats and shoes etc. One stop shop for badminton fanatics!

It's really great place to practice and environment is very friendly. The management is very cooperative and always gives a warm welcome. Any person can go to place and enjoy badminton and table tennis too.

Heard about this place from a friend, which was super ideal and convenient as there are really no locations in the west end to play badminton; usually have to go to Scarborough or Markham. The facility is super clean, courts brand new and a great place to play. Had a chance to meet one of the owners and she was very polite. Will be looking forward to coming back and playing more badminton close to home!

Amazing experience, brand new facility, and the most imp clean environment. The lady Halen is very kind and polite. Me and my brother go twice a week and enjoy a lot, the best part is, its hardly 5 minutes drive from from our home. Strongly recommend to new and professional players (Y)
