Website schedule very off, said it was open for lane swimming but wasn’t. When we got there they informed us it would be open at 1: 30, so we waited, then 1: 30 came and still it was closed. Then they said it would be open at 2: 00 PM. Time is essence my friends, unbelievable!

Cold, but the diving boards are great. Everything else is great for me but the only problem is that the pool is really cold.

Staff seem very nice. Pool is very big and the facility has lots of space. It is however very dirty. Probably the dirtiest pool I have ever been too (as an avid swimmer, I have been to a lot). There are hair elastics all over the woman’s shower area (we came a week ago and I noticed them, they are still there this week!). Gross pink sticky stuff all over the bleachers. The floor deck is also filthy. I think they need to hire more cleaning staff or better cleaning staff.

I visit here several times per week to use the diving well.
I wish they cleaned the pool deck thoroughly and regularly as well as the diving boards and platforms.
I recommend flip flops/shower sandals until you enter the water

This centre has got excellent facilities for aquatic lessons and skill development. My son's swimming instructor was super patient and was super professional in handling a class of six children under the age of 5.

I am extremely disappointed, every time I want to come for a nice open swim the place is either closed or an inconvenience takes place.

I've been taking my son here for swimming lessons weekly. The pool and instructors are great however the women's change room has an intense urine smell which makes the experience of changing unpleasant.

Most professional and well-maintained swimming pool in London. The environment is nice and there are numerous lifeguards to help you feel safe. It is only opened for recreational swims during specific times so keep this in mind. In the womenswear shower they have individual shower stalls with curtains as well, just remember to bring your own lock for the storage.

Fantastic facility…
Although hard to get, if you could manage a spot for private lessons, kids learn very quickly. Besides lessons there are easy to get walk ins several times a week, very affordable entry fees. Even just to spend time in the little pool with kids.
Water is kept decently warm and comfortable.
Facility is easy to access with enough parking, friendly staff and good vibes.

Good swimming facility with great instructors. My 6yr old loves it when it's swimming lesson time.

I’m pregnant and going for the shallow aquafit classes, they are awesome. They have different schedules, I’m going during the week at 9 pm and there is just few people. Also going on Saturdays at 12: 35, there are more people, but still very good.

Disgusting bathrooms and changing rooms. I thought this place was supposed to be Family friendly… doesn’t make sense when there was only 1 changing table to dress a baby. Sorry but if there is going to be a “family change room” why not put a changing table in there?

Amazing we have this facility in our city, just wish the water was a little warmer and there was a proper competition warm up pool

The bathrooms/change areas are disgusting and smell of urine. I’m embarrassed that our city hosts major swimming events and attendees are faced with this.

This is a nice place with a splash pad and swings and slides. It has a parking on 2 sides: one opposite the Canada Games Aquatic Centre and the other beside the TD bank on wonderland. It has Tim Hortons and Mcdonalds close by so can get your coffee while kids play!

We come here for the playground and splash is a cute park and the splash pad is fishing themed it's adorable.

Chlorine levels are way too high (causes skin damage & itchiness), they have an ultraviolet disinfectant filter build in this pool but they don't use it because they claim it costs too much in electricity.

Web site is tricksie when booking a swim time. Staff is wonderful! Pool is good. Very busy. I have to book one week in advance.

Fantastic pool. Always full of water. Probably one of the main things I look for in a pool. Also 50m long course is great, and the pool is fast. Sadly I am not.

Good price for family rec swimming on weekends.older kids love the diving boards.found the water in the baby pool really cold little ones couldn't enjoy as long as they wanted to because they were shivering.great staff.

Great place to take the kids if you want someone to yell at them every time they're doing something fun

I have gone here for 2 years in the winter time with my kids and family. I knew there was lockers but nobody offered for me to buy or rent a lock for the locker. I usually just use the family wash rooms, for getting dressed fast. For the most part they're usually clean. Although, they have been pretty stinky. The lifeguards are attentive and informative. I wish there was a little bit more security as far as the bathroom goes. I wouldn't feel safe with my children going into the bathroom by themselves. Other than that the water was very warm, clean as far as you can get for a pool indoors. And they have lots of different toys and items to play with for the kids. There is also a jacuzzi for the adults and there's benches for adults to sit on and wait. Although if your child does not know how to swim or your child is under age to be alone in the pool you must be accompanying them.

Its a pool. Does have nice diving boards. I found that the pool was always being used by the local swim club or the synchronized swimming team so very loud.

Worst customer service in city office. EVER. Sit and sit and sit while she takes FOREVER and other people sit in their offices and ignore customers.

Every thing is amazingly creative and u can meat vary nice people and my favorite part is that the pools have enofe space for everyone

Famous pool in the London area. It continues to be the best pool in the city, offering much more than most pools do. During public swim, there's a section for little kids that would be like a wadding pool, the main pool which is much deeper and has several sectioned off lanes for swimmers, and then the deepest pool which also has 5 diving boards at 3 different heights.

We love this place my daughter and I but the service sucks lol theirs kids who I dont think have been trained very well. I wanted to purchase goggles two pairs like 100 dollar purchase and they cant find the key they've tried. Lmao like if they tried wouldn't they contact upper management or owner disappointed

Love the kids program here, can be a bit more expensive than the Y but in general is a great place

Nice big pool and a dream for any snorkelling enthusiasts. You see all kinds of things at the bottom of the pool, like band aids and tampons.

The lifeguard at the diving board (Heather) went above and beyond to help encourage my daughter to jump. Even though it took her till closing time she had a blast.

I hadn’t been swimming here in awhile so decided to give it one more try. Sadly nothing has changed.

The toilets were filthy (a lady exclaimed “eww! ” while I was in the end stall, the only one left that was clean), the change room floor was disgusting, hot tub jets are broken and doesn’t sound like they’re planning to fix them, and as I was walking back to the change room an ant was crawling across the floor. Now, I understand that it’s spring and bugs come out of hiding.but when you’re in bare feet, it’s not a pleasant experience to step on a bug. The pool itself seemed clean, at least.

Another negative is the lack of 50 meter swims. This facility is the only indoor pool in the city with a 50 meter pool. You can only go Sunday evening or very very early in the morning M/F. There are events here often that close down the pool entirely and you miss these swims. This month 2/4 Sundays are cancelled.

AND the prices have gone up. $6/swim. I might come occasionally for the 50m swim and bring flip flops but overall, not worth the 30 min drive.

Great water temperature and clean facility. Womens washroom smells a bit funky but that's common
