I have been a long time Canada Goose customer and I owned several of their jackets and accessories. Today I went to their Yorkdale store to buy a toque, I wasn’t allowed to enter and was told they were closed for the day. It was only 6: 30pm, on the website it says they close at 9pm. They told me if my name is not on the list I can’t go in today, but I can come back in one hour to check again. What a joke! Can’t support a business like this any more.

I’ve been a customer since 2009.

I brought my Canada goose jacket recently for the first time and what do they tell me? Ya we don’t think it needs to be filled, we’re just going to stitch the tiny holes in the sleeve. THIRTEEN YEARS and you tell me it doesn’t need to be filled? You joke of a company I will literally destroy my jackets when they’re back and post them all over social media. Don’t even stitch my jacket. I replied saying not to stitch it because I won’t be wearing it without filling. Just wait till my jacketSSS comes back to me, I’m honestly willing to take you to court over it.

Appalling customer service that is rude, dismissive and borderline hostile. Arrived at a store on a weekday, when it was dead and had an extensive back and forth with two associates who kept insisting an item was not in stock because they "just knew" when the website clearly showed stock was available. Turns out they were too lazy to go check some unopened boxes in back because guess what, the item was back there! The quality of the product is outstanding but the sales associates are just brutal. I've had better service from McDonald's. Seriously need to consider retraining your team. Will stick to online shopping going forward. Do not shop here in person.

The sales Leo is very bad. He was trying to push us pay fast. When we ask him color and size, he showed us a poker face and said fine I go pick for you ok? Come on.you are sales thats ur job.why you acted like that. If I pick by myself, I can go online. Canada Goose is a big store, I can not believe you guys training stuffs like this. This is sad.

Great customer service. Go to online first to check what coats are available as the coat you want could be out of stock. I ended up ordering my coat from the store with help from a store associate who was very attentive and friendly.

Absolutely LOVED my experience here. I was helped by a wonderful young lady named Nad. She was very attentive, knowledgeable about the products and just overall GREAT vibes. I would 100% come back here again and feel on top of the world with my purchase.

The merchandise (clothing) is unique stylish and comfortable. The staff is well versed and helpful. Items can be pricey but like I mentioned they are unique. The coat I bought is light and warm yet breathable. It allows for easy storage when traveling for example by air as it folds up and can be easily stored in a carry-on. Definitely worth the higher price.

Lengthy one but bear with me.this branch is clearly understaffed with how many people visit this location.

Despite the 5-star rating I'm giving this, I was close from walking out because of how difficult it was to get someone to assist me and find specific sizes to try.

Came in with my family of 5 and right off the bat, it was clear that the store had more customers than usual so i went in with the expectation to wait before being assited. Even then, the manager during my visit was borderline rude and stand-off'ish. She kept passing me off to another staff when she could've easily handled my request and she adamantly refused to bring me a brand new jacket when there was a clear black smudge on the bright pink jacket we were trying to purchase which ultimately made me give up on that purchase.

The only saving grace was when another staff, Yue Q started assisting us; from there onwards, the buying experience was top notch. She accommodated different sizing request and gave us an unbiased opinion on every jacket my brother and I tried. This reflected the buying experience I'd expect from a luxury brand clothing store. She turned my sour experience into a pleasant one and i ended up purchasing an extra jacket just because of how courteous she was. Left with a fun experience overall so definitely look her up if you're around the store for a good buying experience.

If I could give 2 different ratings per review, I'd give no stars for the female manager on the floor but Yue Q deserves all the full rating!

Such a big store and they never really have much inside in terms of choices. Get some variety. Sporting Life has better options.

We sent two jackets to Canada goose for dry wash, because we thought they would know how to properly take care of their own products, turned out we were totally wrong. Our jackets were faded and the stains were still there after the dry wash, that’s what we paid 100plus dollars for! The customer service didn’t admit they ruined our jackets and even refused to rewash it. For such a big company, this kind of customer service is ridiculous.

Visited the store and submitted a warranty claim with them but got no receipt or proof from the brand ambassador. No emails about my updates for a whole month until I called the store and spoke to Desiree who helped me out. Amazing service and she went above and beyond to find my warranty claim and fix the error made my another rep. Really enjoyed my experience speaking with Desiree, keep up the good work!

Our shopping experience at this Canada Goose location was great! Ahmed was an amazing rep/associate. He was extremely helpful, nice, and patient with my indecisive boyfriend:) He showed us many jacket options that he thought was suitable for my boyfriend’s taste and gave us great input. My boyfriend definitely walked out of the store happy with his purchase! I would recommend asking for Ahmed if you want someone super professional and knowledgeable on which jacket would suit you best this fall/winter season!

Nathan and Sam made my cousin and i’s shopping experience amazing. Just because of them we want to go back. They don’t even make commison and they did more than enough to help us and guide us int he right direction. A jacket that will keep us warm in the negative degree weather. Both sam dna nathan are legends.

Not impressed with Weitong’s customer support. I bought a coat this afternoon. Came home and noticed she had tossed the expensive coat in a paper bag with a garment bag sitting on top. Couldn’t bother to put the coat inside the garment bag! I mean why bother giving a bag anyway! Not even wrapped in tissue paper… Other stores at least do that bit.

I had a particularly negative experience while shopping at the Yorkdale Canada Goose location today. I was greeted by two friendly staff on entrance, then "assisted" by a floor member named Hao. Hao spoke in a condescending, almost snobby manner throughout the entire transaction. He was unprofessional, dismissive, and on top of all that had an attitude. This location is minutes away from my house, however, I'll be making the trip to the Eaton Centre location from now on to avoid another unpleasant experience like the one I had today.

It was a great experience going to your Yorkdale Branch, I was with my parents from Jersey City and my Dad wanted to buy a winter jacket. Alexander accommodated and help my Dad choose from different design that would be based on his need. This has made easier for my dad to decide. Shout out to Alexander for being helpful and nice to us… Keep up the good work.
