I had been looking high and low for some pump parts and this store had the parts readily available for me. While I thought it would take a week for delivery, it only took 1.5 days from Sudbury to Ottawa. Great job!

I have been ordering from Canada Hot tub parts for a while now and just want to add a note to recommend them for anyone doing DIY hot tub repair and maintenance in Canada. I get chemicals, and many different parts to keep a 12 year old tub running well (heater, fuses, etc,). I also just got a new cover with a Black Friday coupon and it arrived the perfect size without any issues. Glad we have this service in Ontario!

They follow up with a phone call and personally service. These guys are absolutely hands down the best hot tub service dealer around.

I called to add bromine test trips to my order and the associate asked me if I wanted this item as I had ordered chlorine pucks in initial order. I had made a huge mistake ordering the chlorine pucks instead of bromine and he told me no problem as he would cancelled my original order. He then helped me to create an account, what a great company and excellent customer service!

Great service. We were desperate to fix our hot tub and a sales manager called and walked me though what I needed and sent me a link to order exactly that and helped me with expedited shipping.
