First of all, I am very honored to be one of the students of Sunshine School. From the time I came to Sunshine School at the end of September last year to my graduation, I have taken a total of 11 credits, all of which have achieved good academic results. The funny, friendly and responsive teaching attitude of each teacher here left a deep impression on me. I am grateful to the teachers of Sunshine School for their patient and professional guidance during the learning process. In addition, the principal used his spare time to organize students to participate in sports activities, which enabled me to acquire new sports skills within a year, which brought me a sense of pride and accomplishment. Time is fleeting, and it was only when I graduated that I deeply realized how precious the time here is. I would like to thank Sunshine School of Canada for helping me in my personal growth. I believe that in the future, the school will be able to cultivate more outstanding talents and give more students Provide experienced and reassuring teaching services.

在阳光学校度过了丰富的一年,在学习上获益良多,老师们非常乐意帮助同学解决他们所面临的问题。同时,这里丰富的课余活动也让学生的闲暇时光更加充实。
The lectures taught by the teachers here are very easy to understand, and they are willing to help students solve problems, being very helpful for students' learning.

Note: This is a general recollection of my own experiences upon attending this school. My experience will inevitably differ from yours.

Before I begin, I’d like to preface this review by saying that I chose to go anonymous for the sake of privacy, simply out of preference. Regardless, I imagine some can presume my identity based on what I have to say—which is fine, because I don’t intend on going to extreme lengths just to conceal who I am.

I’ll admit, I was stubborn. Prior to coming here, I had some negative assumptions due to my pessimistic outlook at the time: “But it’s a private school—all they really care about is money, ” I thought. However, after attending my first few classes, I quickly learned how wrong I was.

Kevin, the director, is incredibly supportive and involved in assisting everyone. Whether it be by organizing clubs, addressing parental concerns, or providing professional advice on different paths, he’s always willing to guide students in their journey. Darren, the principal, is one of the most down-to-earth principals I’ve ever met. Although he likes to downplay his importance, his amicable presence and tech-savviness is what keeps the community’s network intact. Tracey, a teacher, is a kind, inspiring, and passionate leader. Her style of teaching makes students both comfortable and more eager to learn. She’s also athletic and active in sports clubs, which isn’t surprising given her high-functioning, motivated personality. Jim, another teacher, is also great and makes technical subjects like math easy to understand. From table tennis to teaching, he plays with precision and marks with reason. Even Ella, who I’ve only gotten to have one class with, was nothing but helpful. I’ve heard good things about other teachers, like Andrew, as well. And though I haven’t had the pleasure to experience any of his classes, the very few interactions we’ve had have left a positive impression on me.

Safe to say, their motto, "Committed to your success" holds true value and earnest intent.

In retrospect, it’s surreal to me that, had I persisted with my reluctance to attend this school, I wouldn’t have met these wonderful people, let alone be where I am today. For me, this school felt like a community that fosters students’ growth and potential in academia and beyond. I didn’t just learn that my preconceived notions of this school were wrong; I learned that, in life, you must approach things with an open mind.

If there’s one thing I wish to bestow on those interested, it’s this: Let go of any stereotypes you have in mind, take all these comments—including mine—with a grain of salt, and see for yourself what this school’s all about.

Really feel like home with excellent and inspiring teachers there. When I first came to Canada five years ago, I was struggling with how I fit into life in Canada. It was lucky I decided to talk to Darren about this at that time. He was a good listener and guided me to live and study in Canada better and happier. Now Im a student in u of t learning my favorite subject. Sometimes it still comes to me with lots of memories in high school, it is a warm place to think of that gives me energy to live prosperously.

My son suffered for months when he was with a public school in Markham. No enough attention from the class and being teased for his accent, he was lost before he met with Darren Frake, the principal of CIC. Darren's team was really helpful and they earned the respect from my family. My son is in U of T now and ready for medical school. Thanks, Darren, you made it happen.
