Easily the worst benefit company I’ve ever came across - their online sign in is the most janky thing since the switch from Dial up to DSL - it’s been 3 years and they can’t help me.
Let alone trying to put a claim through is like jumping through hoops.
Someone clearly isn’t doing their job and should be replaced.

Canada Life is the worst company to deal with when submitting a disability claim! I have been dealing with them and their appeal for two years and it is disgusting. They have no problem taking funds from you yet when you need to make a claim they deny!

This company is horrible. 0 customer sevice. They scammed me and now they want all this work done from me and I have to write a letter or fax them like it's 1999. They don't use email because they want to give a hard time to customers. SMH.
