They were so friendly, the service was quick and quality and the facilities were clean! Highly recommend!

I've been with Canada Medlaser for about 3 years now. Their staff are polite, considerate and experienced. Laser services are also effective and well worth the investment, and they make an effort to resolve any concerns you may have with the treatments at the earliest.

Best place for hair removal. The machines are advance and they can customize the treatment to your hair and skin type. Mabel is the best!

Sabrina is super nice but unfortunately I did not see significant results. It was super expensive (I think I paid around $600 for a tiny area skin lasering) so it's disappointing. The 2nd last session actually seemed to do something (maybe around a 10-15% difference) but again, nothing significant. I was asked each time whether my skin flaked and each time I said it didn't. And then before I knew it, all my sessions were up!

Will have to explore other (also potentially expensive) options

Professional service with great results at Canada MedLaser Toronto. Highly recommend. Aesthetician (Mabel) is personable, knowledgeable, efficient and has great attention to detail.

I bought 2 separate packages, the consulting nurse was excited, I was nervous. She calls in the nurse and I explained I would like my laugh lines gone, I like the size of lips already, don't need bigger but would like them plump. She says she will directly inject the lines and lips to make fuller, 2syringes needed (so I paid for it) and we proceed. Numbing cream applied folds done, lips next and then the insane amount pain (which she didn't warn me about before hand). During the procedure she exits because she had another appointment. I thought that's weird but whatever, she comes back and we finish.
Fast forward 2 weeks later, my lips look the same and my laugh lines are still very visible. I mentioned this to the nurse including induration in one area. The nurse looked and acted bored "well i did mentioned it was to give you a little bit of hydration, the induration will go away in a few more days and you can massage the area yourself". She had an attitude, didn't seem to care but was focused on me signing a document to exempt you from potential liability issues. She almost made it seem as though I was wasting her time when prior to my arrival this person was comfortably sat smiling/chuckling at her cell phone lol.
Kayla at your midtown location is great however once I'm through with scheduled treatments, I will not return.

Both reception staff and laser techs have always been friendly, kind and professional. As a fairly visible member of the LGBTQ+ community, I've never felt unwelcome by the staff.

My experience with the clinic has been excellent! Not only does the hair removal work like a charm, but the location is also nice and tidy, not to mention the staff being super educative and passionate in making sure the service is tailored exactly to my needs.

Absolutely fabulous! I drive two hours for my Botox and occasional fillers. They are professional and amazing and always have the best specials and sales.

This place is amazing! I have my laser treat with Mabel for my whole legs, and face, she was very friendly, kind and most importantly very caring. She always tells you what to expect and what she recommends. She was lovely to work with. My hair is very thinner and barely anything to shave every 3 weeks. I’m coming to the end of my laser sessions (face) soon and couldn’t be happier with the service and results. My hair growth was quite severe and a major deterrent. As such, it was starting to affect my mental health. After almost a decade of worrying, it’s such a luxury and relief to not even ‘remember to remember’ it.

I’ve been fortunate to have Mabel for my sessions. Her calm and kind manner puts me at ease. She will always pause during the session to ask if I’m doing okay and this warms my heart. But, what I love best about her is that she doesn’t sugarcoat and plays it straight. She’s always given me a realistic overview rather than ensure a miracle. Having said that, I consider my results as nothing short of miraculous. I’m planning to come back for semi-annual touch-ups and hope to have Mabel do them as well.

As an added bonus, the clinic is always neat and has such a peaceful vibe. The easiest aspect is booking or rescheduling (as I’ve had to do in emergencies) appointments because the staff is super friendly and helpful. They’re always ready with genuine smiles making interactions a breeze.

Honestly, I rarely leave reviews online but Canada MedLaser is the best place I've been to since starting my laser hair removal treatment. Not only the staff is very welcoming and kind but also the treatment is great. The technician always makes sure to have a safe space and their skills and experience is on point. My technician Yui is incredibly kind and friendly, always making sure I am comfortable during the treatment and post.

I went to their queens location to have micro needling done on a super small spot on my face I got three treatments. The first lady microneedled wrong spot on my face where it didn't need to be treated. On my last treatment I was running late for my appointment and called into inform them. They said they would make a note and it was okay. When I arrived approximately at 720 they would close at 8 pm. Yui was the technician denied me saying it would take her an hour to do the treatment. It took all others 10-15 mins. I explained to her that she didn't have to numb me. And she started behaving rude saying she has to go home. Management Sylvia reached out to me and said I behaved badly and Yui is very well behaved. She also said I called in before 7pm on the day of my appointment and I have the call log showing I made the call exactly at 711. She twisted my arrival time at 725 and when I reached at 720. The staff and management here treat you as if you are getting the service for free. I also paid almost 300$ for a super small spot. Do yourself a favor save your money and time and go someplace else. Because they clearly have questionable morals and work ethics.

Kayla and the whole team have been extremely professional, helpful and have made my experience so enjoyable.the salon is super clean and the prices were super affordable for the number of sessions I got. I've heard stories of painful laser in the past but I can't speak highly enough of the quick and pain-free process at each session at Canada MedLaser.

I’ve been working with Mabel for all my sessions over a year. An amazing experience - she’s very considerate and meticulous with her work. I’ve had a follow up between my sessions to adjust the intensity and procedure moving forward. Always makes sure I’m coping up with the pain during treatments.
