My step father was moving his stuff into his long term storage and used this company for both the storage and the moving, and they took my hockey equipment without permission.
When I tried getting it back there charging my step father just under 800$ for there mistake of taken my goalie equipment with direct orders not too.

When we contacted them about the issue they accused me as a liar and that I just missed placed my equipment in my house, when they finally aloud me to look threw the crates the movers told me that yes they remember putting my equipment into the storage while knowing that they were not supposed to.

This make me very frustrated since they made a mistake but still forcing us to pay for getting my equipment back after they took the equipment without permission of the owner.

Not very happy with the packing. Shoes packed together with clothes and kids toys, also had some boxes with bedsheets and shoes, some baby toys with cleaning supplies! Some items transferred without boxes, and a few souvenirs (expensive ones!) were put in a box unwrapped, obviously all broken. They did the job quickly so that’s one good point.

I give only one star, and if I could, I would give 0 stars.
We have been moved because of our work 2 times in 2 years by this subcontractor for the federal government. Both of our moves were nightmares. Especially during the most recent move (July 2022), they broke 40 items, including damaged furniture, lamps, desks, and so on!

We filed a complaint and a lady from this company offered us only small amounts to compensate us for the aesthetics of what they broke or damaged on the pretext that our furniture was used.
Our furniture and belongings were all in good condition, and we are under pressure to accept the compensation they offer us but which only covers a small percentage of the damage they did to our furniture and personal belongings. They threatened us, telling us that they were not obliged to compensate us for the damage they caused.
We feel cheated by this company because we have no choice but to do business with them, since they are hired as subcontractors by the federal government.

Hello, We shipped from Montreal to Ahmedabad. Paid nice Amount but find some empty boxes with rubbish only and coffee holder as well when we opened in Ahmedabad. They are also not punctual & reliable.please don't use this service. Not worth sending.
