I called around 1pm and they had a plumber here by 4pm that same day, wow what great service. Cory was super to deal with and was very clean and professional from the moment he arrived.

I called this company on Sept. 16,2022. Jamie was responsive that he came afternoon and completed the work on the same day I called.professional & expert in his job, polite very flexible & cooperative. He was well equipped with tools and did a clean job flawlessly. He planned and executed his task: (troubleshoot kitchen clogged pipe, removed the old drain and installed new double sink drains) and left the area spotless. I am happy with Canada Plumbing and I recommend it for future customers.

Jamie was responsive, professional and extremely helpful. He identified the source of the leak, resolved it immediately and then proceeded to give us good advice on other preventative measures we can consider. 100% would recommend or call them again.

My dads kitchen sink was leaking that it started to become damp underneath. We were worried that it would affect our furnace room since the kitchen is above so we called Jamie for an emergency repair. He came right away and turns out we needed our facet to be replaced. I called Canada Plumbing of Ottawa to deal with a drain and sewer issue after having left unanswered messages with other plumbing companies. When I called Canada Plumbing of Ottawa, I got a real human answering the call. Jamie assured me that I would have a plumber between 1-5pm the same day. Cory arrived just after 4pm as promised. He quickly (and correctly) diagnosed the problem; he was scoping the sewer line with his digital camera and readying his root-eating power auger within minutes of determining the "root cause" of the blockage. As the source of the blockage was on City property, Cory was kind enough to provide me a video (on USB) showing the location and severity of the obstruction. Canada Plumbing of Ottawa have an online billing system which made payment easy as well.
I was so impressed by Cory's efficiency, his clear explanation's, and his technical competence, that Canada Plumbing of Ottawa will now be doing all of my future plumbing work!

After trying to replace a toilet seat with rusted over bolts, I had a leak on my hands and Canada Plumbing was able to respond within 24 hours. Jamie was on time, super friendly and actually helped my tenant who was moving in to get their couch unstuck and down the stairs so he could get the installation complete! He went above and beyond and the toilet install is holding up perfectly 1.5 years later.

The floor drain in our basement laundry room was backing up. I called Canada Plumbing of Ottawa and spoke to Jamie, who knew our type of home and the problem we were having. He told me that Corey was available the next morning.
Corey arrived on time. He was extremely polite and professional, and respectful of COVID-19 rules and of our home. He set right to work and in a short time had the drain unclogged.

We used Canada Plumbing when we moved into our new home to fix multiple leaks and to diagnose and replace our water treatment system. Cory took the time to explain our water test results, how our new system works, and was happy to answer all of our questions. Well, who wants to call a plumber on the weekend. Nobody. However, when your hot water tank starts leaking, better call someone.

I talked to Jamie, owner of Canada Plumbing. He indicated he would come over and evaluate the situation. Sure enough, a new hot water tank was required. The situation was secured. Jamie wrote up an estimate and scheduled the work for the next day. His partner, Cory, arrived with a new tank later in the afternoon.

After work had started, Jamie discovered the supplier had given him the wrong tank. It was actually a higher priced unit and the fittings he had ordered were the wrong size. We agreed to proceed with the installation despite it costing more to install. Jamie honoured the original quote.

The repair took longer than quoted due to having to source new parts on a Sunday during a Covid event. Not ideal but understandable under the circumstances. He took the time to explain steps and regulations that needed to be followed to complete the job.

Once the job was done, Jamie cleaned up the work area. He actually left it cleaner than when he arrived. He also respected the COVID protocol by wearing a mask at all times.

I would certainly recommend Canada Plumbing to anyone.

Worked with Jamie and Corey on multiple occasions. They installed/replaced a toilet, a bathroom sink, and connected a new dishwasher. We also worked with them on a leak, which they found quickly.it required replacing the bathtub drain/overflow. The team provided excellent service every time we worked with them.extremely tidy and professional. We also worked with them during a renovation, which required them to cap several pipes before the renovation and then reconnect them later - the final result was picture-perfect and we are extremely happy. They will be our go-to plumber for any of our properties.

Called today for the first time about an urgent water leakage in our house and spoke with Jamie on the phone, who walked me through what to do until he could send a plumber. He was a very calming and knowledgeable "first responder" and invited me to call him back while I waited should the situation escalate. Only in Ottawa could such a fantastic service be procured. After two days of fighting with my water system in my house, and three 24h locations decline my calls, this kind service provider answered my call despite me being way out of his area of service. Despite that, he allowed me to Facetime him, and through Facetime, he evaluated my water system, identified the problem, offered advice free of charge on a Saturday night that I was stealing from him and his family, and he solved my entire problem in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend this provider to anyone looking for service, because if he could fix my house through Facetime, imagine what he can do in person. Thank you very much!

Call a plumber, call a surgeon, call a barber. They all do jobs you shouldn't do yourself. Speaking of job #1, henceforth, I will call Canada Plumbing. The company did a good job, a clean one, and they made good decisions on parts. They explained the work thoroughly without talking-down. Cory, from Canada Plumbing, blessedly replaced the shower hose, including the cobra-thing that spits out water (funny I did that three-weeks ago), and the faucet below, which had seized up. The new parts seemed good quality to me. Showering will now be a luxury instead of something analogous to washing the dog indoors. Same deal with the kitchen sink, or rather faucet, which was leaking in mysterious, increasingly dangerous patterns. I knew it needed replacing. I did it myself 15-years ago. This time I didn't feel like exhausting my lexicon of four-letter words in the first couple of hours of a 30-hour haul, broken by visits to Home Depot. Cory from Canada Plumbing started at 9: 15am and was done & wiped-up by 11am. Pleasant surprise: both jobs totaled less than $500. Bathroom PLUS kitchen including all parts, labor and whatever. Canada Plumbing had come well-recommended and it goes well-recommended.

Jamie Mcpherson was very friendly, prompt and extremely professional. It was late in the evening when I had him out to fix the faucet in my bath tub and even entertained my 4 yr old who was curious about what he was working on. This is the second time I have called Canada Plumbing (I was so happy with the toilet repair the first time I called again for my leaky bathtub taps) and now I wouldn’t call anyone else!

We had used MR Rooter before to clear a blocked drain, the gentleman was polite and seemed to do decent job however the drain backed up again just a few months later.
We decided to try Canada Plumbing based on their outstanding reviews. They arrived when they said they would and had no trouble removing the cleanout which the previous contractor said was stuck and would not come off. Because they’re able to remove the larger cleanout they were able to a much more thorough drain snaking. They inspected it with a sewer camera and showed me the issues with the drain and explained why it blocked in the first place. I should also mention my bill was almost 30% cheaper then Mr Rooter.
