I had a terrible experience this morning. Was serviced by a lady called Beatrice. Extremely rude, zero customer service orientation, ready to say no to everything. Had to ask her name to do my review. Don’t do customer service if you have no appetite for service provision.

Inexperienced and rude customer service ever faced in Canada!
Employees are too rude.

Came there to drop off a package just now and asked whether they take printouts of the waybill and the grumpy lady with glasses rudely said NO. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT. You will ruin the business.

Worst experience ever. So rude, impatient and disrespectful staff who was not willing to do their work and being pathetic with customer.

Went to mail package. Filled out customs form online but the bar code wouldn't scan. Cashier suggested I come back later instead if getting other employee who was in the back to serve me. I suggested she should get other employee to serve me. Her scanner worked fine. The first employee made a derogatory comment about me while I was still there.

Wow, I was really surprised to read all the negative reviews about this post office location because I have always received friendly and courteous service, from all the staff. I agree sometimes there are line ups and the wait is long, but that often can't be helped, and some of the wait is due to people not being prepared with what they could have had done ahead of time, or if they have a lot of questions to ask, which is fair enough. Sometimes the wait is due to new staff being trained. And other times it's just everyone coming at the same time. This is the closest post office to my home, so it's usually the one I go to the most when I need to mail packages etc. I've also gone to other locations and have had to wait in line just as long as I do at this location. I try go go in less busy times when I can, but with the holiday season upon us now that is harder to do. But even so, no matter how long I wait I can honestly say I have never received bad service or rude service.

The lady named Zahida is extremely aggressive, disrespectful, rude and antipathetic. His mannerisms made me aggrieved because he was fighting with me and we were arguing (even though there was no insult or swearing)!

I see many very negative comments here.
I have been going to this Post Office for 12 years. It is always busy. I have seen many customers be rude for waiting so long. Not the staffs fault.

A dreadful experience every single time. Beatrice, one of the staff at this location, makes sure you’ll have a miserable experience every time you need to visit this location. She is rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and even after working there for many years, with almost no knowledge of what she is doing there. Everything takes twice as long with her. She refused to perform postal take that is done regularly at other locations (you know this after storming out in frustration and disappointment and getting the darn thing done at a different post office, which she said was impossible to do). Even getting a simple insurance on your packages turns into an ordeal and cannot be done with her (the same package gets properly insured at other locations regularly). The management does nothing about this. When you write to Canada Post, they will bounce you around and eventually refuse to address the issue. Avoid this location at all cost unless you are prepared with nerves of steel and just want to drop off a letter in the box with no interaction with the banned personnel. I regretted going there every time and had to get out and visit another post office at the end to do my business because of her (more times than I can count). Finally, I gave up. No more visiting this location for me.

Clerk gave me completely wrong information about shipping electronics which cause me to waste more money and separate shipments now my parcel is god knows where and the parcel wasn’t given to me with tracking when I asked for it I needed the item to reach in a certain time for me to get it back which. Ow won’t happen a parcel that was supposed to take two weeks is now missing from October 4th just go with DHL if your doing international and save yourself the hassle.

Horrible service the older woman who works there is extremely rude and useless. She is always inquistive to what your mailing. Which is none of her business. She refused to mail my letter because I wrong the sender adress too low. The Younger lady and gentleman who work there are very helpful.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The girl was extremely rude, throwing my packages on the ground and complaining why I had so may items to ship. Absolutely horrendous service. DO NOT SHIP YOUR ITEMS HERE.

They didn’t put the correct shipping label and I had the package get sent right back to me. When I went to resend it at a different post office they charged me $3 cheaper than what I originally paid for the same package. When I asked if he was sure about the price he showed me with the weight and dimensions etc. This location purposely charged me more for a package.

Went in at 4: 30pm on a june 3rd thursday afternoon, the younger associate Masuda, was rude and impatient and did not care to explain the process like a professional to me. Mailing packages is not an everyday activity and she had no business operating at the counter.

They don't tape your boxes or offer printing services. I've been going to the office at Victoria Park Terrace and thought that this office would offer the same service but sadly, no

Overall rude employees and awful customer service. They don't care of customers. They're also nosy and asking you why you're returning so much stuff. When I go there I always first say to them Hi, How are you? But they don't even answer Hi! This branch deserve less than 1 star! I always going to other branches not to see them and sometimes I'm carrying my parcels to other branches because of their attitudes. I sent email to Canada Post but they didn't care! That's why this branch do whatever likes!
