I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I moved into a new home and submitted a request for the community mailbox keys. After three weeks and multiple calls and chats to Customer Service, someone finally called back and said I can pick-up the keys at this location between 10 am and 5 pm, which is obviously wrong, as they close at 4. On my second trip to the Depot, they refused to release the keys even though I showed a digital copy of of my house's purchase agreement - they insisted it has to be printed! So I will require almost 4 weeks, countless wasted hours, three trips to the Depot and 120 printed pages just to pick-up the mailbox keys?

Update. Since I had a rental and I was working from home, dropped by to pick up my mail. The gentleman was very friendly. Five stars for his customer service.

I still don't like the hours, and the fifteen minute drive turns into an hour fifteen minute commute of you take public transit. One star for inconvenient location and hours of service.

What the heck is going on with your hours? Who can make it between 9 and 4pm? Who even works those hours.

Our condo mail was sent to this depot because the mail room lock was being repaired. How people who work 8: 30am to 5pm are supposed to get their mail if this depot is open only 9 to 4 Mon-Fri and is closed over the weekend? The hours of operation definitely need review to actually provide services to the tax-paying Torontonians.

Unacceptable experiences, unreasonable and rude conduct, by sloppy, lazy, LYING carriers, supervisors and "alternate contacts", Station 'P' (depot), Toronto and North York, pursuant to ongoing delivery shenanigans.

CAUTION: If you live around Dupont/St. George, you will get HORRIBLE service from Canada Post. You will have to make FREQUENT trips to the local drug store postal outlet, based on FALSE delivery attempt notices, where NO ATTEMPT was made to deliver. If you complain to the Canada Post phone centre you will be IGNORED, and a Station 'P' (this depot) supervisor will WITHOLD your mail as PUNISHMENT, forcing you to go all the way up there, to 66 Ray Ave, NORTH YORK, and beg for it.

Slimy, butt-covering, frightened, CUPW-CODDLING, bureaucrats, punishing tax-paying citizens, for complaining about dishonesty and rudeness, is not a CANADIAN tradition, and a certain supervisor at this depot (who writes his name so you cannot decipher it, and does not call you back for five days) should be taught that.

Canada Post is a disgrace and national embarrassment, of which we should all be ASHAMED. Shut it down, and reduce our taxes.

Justify it, Justin!
