Really unfortunate that a number of Canada Post locations are closing down in the area. It would be great if the hours of this outlet matched with the stores in the plaza.

Very Rude and non professional staff. Never use this Canada Post Outlet as they will create problems for you. The staff does not know what to do, they will take long time for simple things and on top it they are super RUDE. Avoid this messy place to same time and avoid spoiling of your mood.

Only one person working in the store, absolutely useless. Come here only if you want to wait for someone who has no clue what they're doing.

One of the worst Canada Post locations I have ever visited. Lady is running late to work she opened the store 10: 07am - not to mention 10am is late to have a post office opened. Also she is not a nice person, she is straightforward like she does not want to be there. Not kind at all! One time I had a big long and heavier package and she told me to go to another location since she cannot accept it… I did not move and said it is a Canada post and I have my label ready and finally she took it. Unacceptable!

Terrible service by a older Indian lady. Would not offer tape to tape a box that is being shipped. Told me they have no tape and Canada Post does not provide tape. Told me I have to buy a roll of tape from her convience store. Where is the Canadian morals to help one another?

Said he has no tape, then expects you to pay for it. I’ve never had that experience at a Canada Post office. Will never come here for parcels in the future.

Please never go to this place, there was a slight miscommunication with the owner of the place and he started screaming for absolutely no reason, they took my money and didn’t even fix my issue. The owner will absolutely ruin your day, it seems like he hates his life and wants others to be misrable due to that.

I simply wanted to send my letter from this place and came back angry as they were extremely rude. I recommend this place if you want to ruin your day.

Excellent customer service. They go above n beyond to help the customer.very convenient since it opened in the area. For once the Canada Post’s customer service doesn’t sucks.
