Not specific to this Canada post as I have no complaints about the staff, but with Canada post as a whole. Packages are almost never delivered to me and delivery instructions are often ignored entirely. Notes for pickup are slapped on the glass of the buzzer room and sometimes don't even have an address on them! The only way I recieve packages on time (if it's even delivered on time) is if I basically wait to ambush the person delivering it to ask.

They lost my package, I contacted headoffice to submit a ticket, they said someone will contact me within a week It's been a week, still no response. No one took any responsibility for anything. It would be nice if they admitted they made a mistake and lost my package.

Service was not trained and had no idea what they were doing when I went in today. I have a small business account and brought in a pre-paid package and shipping label. I asked for tape to attach the label and she told me to buy some at dollarama. What I actually needed was a label bag which she then made me apply without knowing how to use them. Please train your employees better or I will utilize another service.
