They don't let you use their tape nor do they print out shipping labels absolutely useless.

Gee, and I thought they just didn't like me, but it seems the place hates every customer. Ahah ha. Too bad it's such a necessary evil in our lives. Remember the days that mail was delivered to our doorway. And drugs stores were for getting pills.

Worst group of employees.
No tapes. No glues.
Terrible attitude.
Avoid this place.

This Canada Post facility is good. All my packages to Intl delivered successfully. Staff is also good.

She is so rude, it was the first time I send something for government and I don’t know how and I asked her for help she was so rude with me and she didn’t help me with anything and she didn’t answer me

I went to this location and the manager there is so unprofessional she’s really rude the way she talk to customers

My first time coming here I didn’t know anything about sending stuff out, employee named jewel was very helpful and professional she knows what she is doing and was very kind. Overall great experience

Don’t go to this post office - they will charge you to tape the label on. There are many other Canada Post locations that I’ve been to that never charge for taping.

Had been once. Everything went smooth. Next time if I get the same kinda service with a smile, I'll give 5 star.

I had bad experience on this location here before, I thought a cashier just had a bad day which i can understand. So i come back this time to see if any better than the last visited, except it was worst. I brought my package and custom form ready to scan, but a cashier had trouble scanning the code because it was close to left side of my phone. I asked her "how can i fix it? "she said she doesnt know. So I decided to redo a survey again to see if it would work this time, still same result. I asked her to is there anyway other way to do it she still said she doesnt know. Then she told me to go home do it on a computer it's better or go across the street to go to UPS instead, they might albe to help me. Seems like she doesnt wanna help me solve this problem since that's her job. Every question I asked she said she doesnt know, then who knows?

They made me buy tape just to seal a package. Very rude and unhelpful

Also refused my return order unless I bought a box from them. You best bet is to use another location.

I don’t understand how the management works here. By far my worst customer service interaction with Canada post.

I HATE this Canada Post outlet. Every time I go there I have an unpleasant experience. They really lack basic customer service skills. They argue and snap at customers for no reason. I feel as if they are being so rude and abrupt purposefully to customers so that they can derive pleasure out of it. The most unpleasant is the one named Husna. She is unbelievably grumpy and mean-spirited. I advice you to be on your guard when visiting this post office and be prepared for an unpleasant experience.

Staff was rude and refused to do basic tasks such as sticking the label onto a package after printing it. Forced me to buy their specific tape just to stick on a piece of customs paper (I have sent the same type of package at Square One dozens of times and they NEVER had this issue). Fast forward to a month later, I find out the package never even arrived for my recipient. Terrible.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Rude staff arguing with customers about what services are available and charging the maximum possible by measuring things inaccurately. Avoid this post office if you have another option.

Service is ok, but this place is often understaffed and people wait in line for 20 minutes even though there are only 6 people ahead of them.

This is literally the worst postal service in canada. They left a delivery notice on my door because they were to lazy to deliver the package themselves. On the slip it said my item would be available after 1pm.i got there at 5, waited in line for 40 min and apparently the "evening shipments" didn't come in yet. Avoid this postal service at all costs.

Worst courier on the face of the earth. Lazy postal employees say they leave delivery notices, but, don't even bother to show up with your package. Maybe because it would require them to actually stand up and walk 10 feet from their truck to your door. Good thing I waited all day for you to "show up". Thanks again for nothing, as usual.

Take canada out of your name, too many times we let you get away with strikes and disruptions and now you purposefully set this up on Christmas season.

To further ad insult to injury you have employees who say no strike is occurring, well it it quacks its a duck.

Take canada out of your name, and we should open your business to fed ex ups and other corporations and dissolve the post office.
