They delivered to the wrong address. It has been almost a month since and I have not received a response yet. Worst delivery and customer service in my experience.

One of the worst distribution centre's. Uncooperative staff, front desk doesn't allow to drop off the flyer boxes at the dock anymore! Imagine going back and forth 22 times with a door on yourway, not mentioning the parking near the door is for disabled people only which means you have to walk alot! While other stations are nothing like this.

Seriously, train your staff!

Polite, organized and really helpful.
My package was being returned to the sender. The prompt customer service ensured that that didn't happen.

Helpful staff allowed me to pick up my package that should have been delivered to me in the first place.
