Canada Post

This location canada post is very unreliable and very inconvenience. When the staff is on break for 40 mins there is no substitute staff. Long waits. They should shut down canada post here and give to other stores who can handle better and serves the customer in better way.

Very lazy, unfriendly and non-cooperative employee. Not the first time.please find somebody who wants to work.

The slowest staff you can imagine. Even when there is a long line of people waiting, they will take their sweet time with everything they do.

Honestly the other reviews say it all. Terrible customer service, inconsistent hours, and an entirely unreliable inventory. An area manager needs to base themselves here for a while and get it in shape.

The worst Canada post ever, they barely do their jobs. They make up hrs they works even though the website AND sign at counter says it is supposed to be open.

A clear sign says “we don't package or provide any tape to you. ” But you can buy. Avoid coming here if you can.

Canada Post made no attempt to deliver package to my door (I work from home). Got a notice with my regular mail to pick up package from post office next day. When I arrived to pick up 2days later I was told it was still in transit. Canada Post is selling us services that they don't provide going with a different shipping company next time

Great service! I've been using their services a few times a week for almost two years, I send many packages to my customers and I have never had any problem. Friendly and professional staff.

La première fois que suis allée dans cette poste c'était pour retirer un colis et il y avait un message imprimé disant que cette poste était fermée. On m'a indiqué que d'ici quelques heures le problème serait résolu. Je suis revenu un peu plus tard dans la journée, même problème. Lorsque j'y suis retournée le lendemain, cette fois, presque 1h d'attente. J'ai rarement vu cela. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

Employee was so slow. Line up ended up being the entire length of the store. Writing this while in line for the last half hour.

I didn't believe the other reviews, but turns out they were correct. Absolute trash service. Arrived in pouring rain during pandemic with a parcel I had prepaid for and attached a slip to, just to reduce my exposure in store. The guy behind the counter saw the box I was holding and told me they "weren't accepting any amazon returns. " I told him this was not amazon, nor was it a return and he simply repeated himself. I said "this is just a parcel.you're not accepting parcels? ". He then told me if I was paying for it there that they'd take it, but since I had prepaid he sent me back out into the rain with my carboard parcel, to go find another post office where they do their job.

Rebecca was awesome. She was very professional and polite. Huge lineup in the lunchtime but she was managing it with great experience and patience.

Canada post is least bothered to reply to lost parcels here. They tell three different stories in one day and try to intimidate when you are on your right. They do not have any ethics to deal about their mistakes. There is risk of subjective loss of your packages. This not the way customers should be treated, but senior management should have the courtesy to respond and ask feedback.
This location is the best example of How a reputed company loses its standard because of their Customer Service rep/employees.
