Two gents were in front of me while I was writing down my bubble mailer, and they were just chatting about range rover cars and their Jamaican history, which is great. They were having fun, but they were taking their time for the gent to write down his stuff where for me I had to write it on the side. Their entire interaction took about 20min, and by the end of the day it is a work environment. I was in line the entire 20minutes, and next thing i know there were about 7 were customers behind me all waiting for their conversation to be over. When it finally got to me, the reception took 30 seconds with me, and tossed mine on the side while she's serving the next. There were 3 people behind the counter, and it seemed like only 1 was working. I definitely felt injustice and upset for the way I was treated differently than the people in front of me.

If you want to experience the GTA's worst post office go to Six Point Mall.
Better bring a folding chair and lunch, because you will wait in line for the better part of the day.

Don't be surprised to get attitude if you are too dumb to put the label on your own parcel, it' a post office not a "day care" center.

The worst problem at this outlet are the "moron" customers who are unable to put a stamp on their letter, therefore creating a huge line up.

I challenge anybody;
If you have to take up with these idiot "customers" for eight hours a day, you will be grumpier than all the women at the post office together, at their worst day!

There is one particular employee, older woman with short hair named Stella - she is rude and arrogant, does not understand what customer service means. Does not want to do what is required to by her job description. I had prepaid shipping label that she supposed to scan (brand provided me) in order to print. She sent me to other business on the corner saying have to print there and pay for it. I walked in snow with baby in the stroller, waited in line like 30 min cos she always slow to hear from her “ go to another place, you have to print it yourself”. Well, I can tolerate her speed due to her age, but not her attitude and rudeness. Unacceptable. On another hand, young lady with dark/black hair is very pleasant. Always. That stella has to be fired.

I received a pre paid postage via email. They refused to tape it on the package and forced me to buy tape when the email clearly stated “show the email and you are good to go” How can Canada post not have tape? The lazy rude employees should be let go no question asked.how many low reviews before that happens?

The staff on the counter “April” was very rude and uncooperative. She was about to close and behaved like i was responsible for her long day shift. She didn’t even care to respond to my queries. Anyway got my same day delivery package delivered in 7 days. Thanks April. Not using Canada post again.

Unbelievably rude and unprofessional service. Sent an employee with corporate ID to collect a package addressed to the business and they refused to hand it over. They then proceeded to gossip about said employee while making him wait.

Not sure why they are all rude, slow and grumpy here…? !
Havent been here in ages, tried to avoid it like a plague.
Just recently used them because I had no choice and was in a rush and NOTHING has changed!

I try my best go out of my way and use UPS, FEDEX or go to;
966 Dundas location across from KFC.

I dont understand why I need to stand in line for a return? I Dont need to at other post offices and with the line ups, it’s crazy!

Went in to post office on Thursday evening, no one was there to take the clerk's time. Approached her, Anita, and asked her if she can help me fill a Canada Post authorization, she was aggressive and rough in her responses and refused to sign the form even though it clearly says on the form which part Canada Post want her to witness.
In short, I found my experience with Anita on this occasion to be very unprofessional.

Very unpleasant experience this morning, the customer service representative was very rude and not welcoming whatsoever. Manager also gives inaccurate information to deter clients from shipping the cheapest possible way. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!

This Canada Post location is about the worst location with staff rude to the customers and long line. If you can avoid this location, do so. Go to the real Canada Post at 966 Dundas across from KFC, if you don’t need Canada Post during weekends. You will be pleased with everything they provide

The women that work here move so slow, they don't care if there is 10 ppl in line they seem to go even slower. Avoid this location if you can.

I've been a regular at this Post Office, dropping of loads of parcels to customers near and far. There are definitely some stand out workers, April comes to mind, that are always friendly and helpful with my inquires. That said, try to avoid coming too early as their occasionally is grumpy older lady that is slow like molasses. Best bet to come in the early evenings for best service!

April is always courteous and very helpful. She greets ppl nicely & goes above and beyond. Service is fast & staff is friendly. I go several times a week & they are always friendly and efficient.

Had a wonderful agent by the name of April a few weeks back. She acknowledged the line when it was busy, apologized for the wait and processed my mail quickly. Very good customer service!

April from this location is always courteous and helpful. I’ve had several transactions with her over the years, postage and even with money gram and overall it has been a positive experience.

Vanessa at Canada Post refused to accept my health card as photo ID because it was expired. I explained that Service Ontario is extending validation on government issued photo ID, I even showed her the website. She told me to call head office for an exception. I’ve now called and launched a complaint as they said they know for certain that the expiration on photo ID has been waived. Vanessa, not only have you wasted my time, you are endangering people by having me unnecessarily go out into the public once again during a PANDEMIC. A government service acting soo irresponsibly. Shame on you!

On Saturday May 02nd, 2020 at around 14: 15 at the 4141 Dixie Rd Rockwood Mall PO/Shoppers Drug Mart, Mississauga, ON L4W 1V0 postal office franchise location, the young lady working at that time needs to improve and receive more training on her interpersonal skills or should be removed from the front lines representing the Canada Post Corporation.

I have had to deal with this individual on many occasions as this depot is my local postal office where my mail goes when I receive a notice card where to pick up my mail. On this day she was especially rude to the four customers ahead of me, including myself. I don’t believe she was having a “bad day” as this is a recurring issue with her and the Canada Post customers.

Canada Post and Shoppers Drug Mart should be embarrassed at how she conducts herself in public and needs to look into this individual further to either retrain her with basic interpersonal skills 101 and customer service or remove her from the front lines of Canada Post. Someone with her conduct should not be dealing with the public.

Sent my parcel on Dec 30 and four days after the status is still "Item accepted at the Post Office" no further movement. Not sure if this is the post office failure or something else. I understand New Year holidays may disrupt some processes so will change my review if the parcel arrives to destination in a reasonable time frame (within a week after it is scheduled to arrive)

Rude staff Sunday afternoon! I was the last person in line at 4: 50pm but when my turn came I was told she had just closed. Really? ! You turn away your last customer of the day at exactly 5pm? From now on I’m going to a different outlet.

Brought my pick up paper 3 days after I recieved it.first they tried to tell me that it had already been delivered.then they tried telling me that the package is not ready dor pickup yet. I can tell that they lost the package.

I ship orders almost on a daily basis with this canada post office. The service is fast, the staff is friendly and the line is always moving. I am not sure why people are giving 1 star reviews? I come here almost every day and it's always the same service, fast, friendly and efficient.

Worst customer service! The employees that work at this location are incompetent and have an attitude problem. Canada Post should do something about it based solely on the number of one-star reviews. I dread picking up packages from here.

Absolutely horrible customer service. People who work there are nasty, miserable and rude. Unfortunately my packages come there and I'm stuck with this location. But if you have a choice, please go somewhere else because they will ruin your day.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.

This has to be the WORST Canada Post location I've ever had to do business with.

It is an absolute shame that Canada Post is a tax payer funded service that performs so consistently poorly and that the type of service you receive at this location is the standard for CP.

The employees invariably enforce so-called "company policies" that seem to be "sometimes abided, sometimes ignored" depending on which ever is the most convenient for them.

I would give 0/5 stars if it were possible.

If I could select a different pick up location for my packages, I would.

To anyone employed by Canada's only and official mail & parcel service who ever reads this - do better, 33 million people count on you.

Horrible experience as usual. The staff is rude. I don't know how a company like Canada Post (that has our COUNTRY'S NAME in its title) can treat people like this. Horrible horrible horrible experience. And what can we do about it? Nothing! There needs to be HR actions taken at this stage for this branch. The reviews for this post office say it all. This is
completely unacceptable. I don't know how these employees expect for clients to be supportive of their strikes by providing us this kind of service.
