Be very careful when you visits here.opening time 11 am today, when I arrived 11: 30am, found attached notice that they won’t open until 12;30pm. 2nd time had similar experience last month too

There's this old Irish or Scottish guy John at the counter and he's incredibly stingy about the tape. What post office doesn't have tape, disrespectful and doesn't even let you add more than two strips onto the shipping label, if it falls off and my packages aren't delivered I'll go out of my way to make sure he's fired. What a joke and sad human, it's not even his post office, he's just pathetic.
John was mumbling insults as I tried to tape the label as well. Pathetic service. Go into retirement.

I visited there for the first time to send two parcels. The old man at Canada Post office helped me so much without getting frustated. Thank you so much for his service and patience.

Would give 0 star if I could. John is the MOST horrible employee you could ever encounter: rude, impatient, unprofessional. Avoid this location at all cost.

The worst Canada Post location in Brampton by far. It’s so frustrating that all my undelivered packages end up here because it means that I have to deal with the poor positioning of this location and the incredibly rude and lazy staff that work here.

Also, if you’re going to have your employees take breaks @CanadaPost, that’s perfectly well and good, but make sure you have someone covering the front desk at all times! There’s absolutely no reason why taxpayers should need to be waiting upwards of 30 minutes at the location to be served. Can’t even believe this is an issue in the first place, what a joke!

I come in at 1: 15, after driving 20 mins here and there is a sign that says on break, back at 1: 45.

I’m not driving here again! Terrible Terrible service.

The Scottish guy is sucha sweet heart! I don’t know anyone other then him there but he try’s to help you any way possible!

He is soo rude, swears at customers, slow, and sent us back when we got there at 5: 50pm. I understand it was 10 minutes to closing but I only had a drop off package return already labelled and ready.

The customer service is so bad it's almost laughable. The old Scottish man really needs to be replaced; I've seen him swear & scream at so many customers over the years, the fact that he still has a job there is beyond me. This place really deserves all the terrible reviews it has.

I wouldn't normally put up a review for a post office but I was reading some for this location before I went in.they were, for the most part, accurate. The lady serving me (didn't catch her name) was clearly not happy to be there. I asked her how she was doing.no response. I told her to have a nice day.no response. However, It was quick! I went on a Tuesday at 12: 30pm - I basically walked up to the counter and was in and out fast!

Terrible customer service. John is very rude and close 7 min early. I was try to talk friendly but no chance. Zero customer service. I'm not sure who hire them. This post Canada need to be reported asap and removed from this location.

The slowest service
The girl is walking around doing her own things as she is on break which is fine but there is no substitute
There is a lineup here 5 people in front of me.
The other employee is here doing nothing talking to her but not helping customers as he doing God knows what
Have no choice as the parcels have to be picked up from here
The girl here is over smart giving the customers in front of me hard time

Rude and lazy customer service clerks. Can't answer simple questions and simply unprofessional.

I just tried calling them and the phone was ringing for 4 minutes and no one picks up. Does anyone even work in the post office? The people that are working there are clearly incompetent. Last time I went to pick up an item and their system was down and they said to come back later to pick up the parcel. Clearly the post office service is not adequate. I check the mail weekly and today when I checked the mail box I got a final notice card however where are all the previous notice cards? And the date said the item will be held until Dec 29,2018. It is currently Jan 16,2019. This is ridiculous. The worst post office service I have ever dealt with.
