There's a woman of East Asian descent who works at this Canada Post. Had 3 interactions with her, all involving sending posts out. May God bless her, but goodness, this lady hates her job like I've never seen anyone hate anything. 2 times I asked for receipts, both times without a miss she cursed under her breath, I'll give it that it seemed those were busy days with LOADS of Amazon shipping going, but of course no one goes into a service providing place to be cursed!
3rd, my recent and hopefully LAST EVER encounter today, July 24th, 2023. The woman again (SO UNFORTUNATE OF ME) was serving at around 7 pm. I had a big package to send out, and she literally started telling how I shouldn't send it through here and go elsewhere. She even recommended UPS (in hindsight, I can't blame her for that)
I hope anyone reading this at Canada Post or Shoppers Drug Mart has mercy on the lady and relieves her of her job there soon enough before it causes her sanity!

I usually only interact with a Canada Post office once a year at Christmas. There is almost no other way to send parcels economically. For the past few years I have chosen this outlet because of the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. There is usually a few people in the line when I arrive but, honestly, the process is painless because the clerks know their job well. They are located in a Shopper's (which I don't frequent) but there is plenty of parking and there are two handicap parking stalls right beside the door. I generally think Canada Post does a good job but this outlet is especially courteous and friendly.

Poor/Slow Service: Manager is rude and appeared annoyed when I asked for a receipt for my Amazon return, and advised next time I would not get a receipt.since when!? August 7,2021 @ 1: 50 pm

Huge line. One staff. Every single Canada Post in the country is understaffed. Just double your staff! Easy solution!

They only have one person working and the lines are usually long / take a bit. Otherwise it's ok if you're in the area.

Very nice post office! Me and my wife, Cristie Shiu occasionally ship needs to our mentally ill son, Allen Shiu at his boot camp!

Anh and another lovely lady helped me ship three large boxes today, and were the friendliest and most caring post office clerks I’ve ever encountered. They made sure I knew why my package was the price it was. They asked if I was moving to Vancouver, to which I replied yes I’m flying this week, and they were worried for me and said the packages wont arrive in time. It wasn’t an issue for me, but I appreciated their concern. Great ladies, and worked very quickly too!

This store recommended I send something via air that wasn't allowed to be sent via air. It cost me $150, and was returned to me. They won't refund me because it's apparently my fault that their staff have bad information. Go to another store.

Whenever you are in this store, look for Michelle. She is one of the most patient, helpful and friendly staff I've come across so far. Her suggestions really helped and were reassuring! Thank you Michelle! I wish to have more people like her in all customer service positions.

I do not know her name, but the Canada Post clerk that processed my parcel for mailing obviously does not like working there. It cannot be easy to be pleasant and helpful during COVID and Christmas but with so many people out of work, if she cannot handle it, someone else will be happy to take her place.
