Rude staff and doesn’t have much knowledge of CP procedures and rules which leads to waste of time for customers. Have stopped picking and returning my stuff via CP for Amazon and other companies. Despite such a low ratings and numerous clients complaints CP customer service teams never look into these matters and doesn’t care about it.

Don’t know her name but a receptionist here is really rude. I forgot to take a picture of my shipping label and asked to take a photo after she scanned. She had a bad attitude and angry face saying ‘you should have done this before handing it. Never encountered this before. People at this place were very nice except her.

Awful service from the supervisor. She is rude and has a horrible attitude problem as most reviews state.

I have been selling and trading photocards for years and have never had an issue with customs. This didn't matter to her; she still made it clear to me that she thinks she knows better than me and every customer.

I would understand if her concerns came from a good place but she was hostile, righteous and argumentative. It is very understandable why this Canada Post has such a poor rating. Would give 0 stars if i could.

I don't normally comment on service but this young lady (see photo) was totally unsympathetic today. We went there at 4 pm and begged her to please sell us a money order as we were moving in just next door and needed one for booking the elevator. She just shrugged us off and said they close at 4pm and we should come back tomorrow. Thanks for making our day horrible my lady. The next time someone is unsympathetic towards you I hope you remember this day when you were.

Do not visit this place. The kinda older Asian lady’s attitude is absolutely pathetic. She’s really arrogant and rude. Has no idea what customer service is about.

Terrible customer service, the employee Saturday March 4,2023 has no idea what they are doing. Making you pay extra for packing and filling out custom forms when all that is needed is more stamps on the envelope.

The best canada post location in downtown toronto, the workers move fast and are very efficient and kind. I particularly love Tess and Helen; they are always so sweet and personable.also for some reason i find shipping rates are cheaper from this post office compared to other offices nearby (ex.cabbagetown location)

I was in there this morning to drop off a package, the lady at the counter was very kind and efficient. I went to this particular post office because it is the only one in my neighbourhood that opens at 8 AM on weekdays. It's located in a Shopper's Drug Mart that's open 24/7.

I only gave 1 star because an Asian female employee who is literally the worst, most unprofessional and rude customer service I've ever encountered across all industry in all over the world. I wish I caught her name. Next time I'll directly ask for any rude employee's name.

Guy there with a real chip on his shoulder, who likes to start arguments for no reason. Only in a government job would this guy still be working.

Best Canada post downtown. There was a lineup and I was worried about the waiting time but it went so fast thanks to the 2 sweet women who work here. Tess and Helen.
Both are so friendly, helpful and efficient. I was very slow and stressed out about something but They were very patient with me,

A black woman with dreads was so unbelievably rude and horrible, her life must really be miserable in order to treat customers the way she does! Canada post or shoppers should definitely fire her.

The most terrible service I have ever had. I couldn’t pick up my package there because I moved to a new address. The guy called Neta had a really bad attitude. If you can, don’t choose this Canada post any more.

Worst Canada post staff ever. The staff are extremely rude. I have had the same older woman serve me twice and somehow she became even ruder the second time around. Gave me incorrect information, my label wasn’t completely attached and she told me to go buy tape or she wouldn’t accept it. I could see the tape right beside her and asked if I could use theirs and she refused. Honestly Canada post needs to fire the staff who work here and replace them with knowledgeable, helpful, kind staff.

Extemely improsefional and rude on top, On tuesday was served By Nora, she has an attitude problem and refused to look up traking number or postal code or even help me choosing envelope! Yelled at me along with her co-worker and then Manager told me to get lost!

Helen has very bad attitudes. She aggressively grabbed my ID and told me that I also needed some bill statement to prove my address. So, she made me go home twice to pick up my parcel. The service she gave was obnoxious. Obviously she has an attitude problem, xenophobia and racism towards minority groups. It is ironic that she’s an asian woman. I wish I could give -5 stars if I could.

The nice east Indian guy working there on Sunday, June 16 before 4pm had 3K worth of inventory mistakenly taken by the delivery guy who picked it up by accident. The guy serving me and all the other customers obviously felt stressed because of it but was very polite and efficient with all of our orders. He is an attribute to Canada Post and you're lucky to have him as an employee.

Visited on March 10,2019, the guy who worked there was extremely helpful. He understand what customers are looking for and treated customers in polite and pleasant manner.

The guy working here on Mar 10,2019 was extremely helpful and professional and friendly. I never do reviews, but but i hope his manager sees this. I wish i caught his name.

Even after he was closed and leaving for the day, he still took some time to ask me what i need and teach me about tracking numbers, and said that he would place the item in the right bin tomorrow for me (because i placed it in the wrong slot). Excellent service, quite obviously a man destined for bigger things, like management.
