Avoid using Canada post, it's always a hassle especially if you need to pick something up.

Last Friday my friend bought me a gift from Amazon, he put my name under the delivery person for pick up. When I went to store and shown my Id, 2 Indian ladies, said the address is not matching with the person who ordered. I told them please look at the instruction and look at my tracking number that I have it shows it’s under my name but they didn’t bother to check my claim so I had to ask my friend to come to that store from the opposite side of town and he took him one hour to get there. Then he arrived those two ladies, went to the back and then they were confused when they saw my name was written on the box since they already know I was there and they have seen my ID they said oh it’s OK. You can take that. This is so frustrating when they don’t do their job properly, and in this case, my friend had to come from far away when it was absolutely unnecessary, so please someone take care of this matter. The date of this incident was on Friday July 21st between 6: 30 to 8 in the evening.

Came here twice yesterday and still didn’t get my package. It was a saturday so I went early only to find that they won’t open til 12pm, went back again around 4pm to find a very long line and they would close at 5pm

I came by this shop because returning my stuff and I didn’t do a box taped. She said that they don’t have a duct tape and sell a duct tape…I don’t want to buy it. So I visited another day.

I’m sorry but that’s ridiculous.when I went there today, a customer didn’t do a box taped. She asked a duct tape like me.what the…. They gave her duck-tape…. Lollllllll are you kidding me? What the x.

There's always one person working.: (The lady with a short hair is nosy and rude. That's why I only go there during weekends the staff on weekends are nice.

I received a notice which says" Your item will available for pick up for 15 calendar days. " but there was no information on which date the notice was dropped off/ prepared.

The staff member did not even have a clue as to what I meant by income tax package. Shoppers used to have them, and quite recently. Even when I explained what I meant, a number of times, he kept saying a number of times, no they do not have passport packages, even after I said that I said nothing about passports?

The young lady that helped me was the most patience and kind person ever. I wasn’t clear on my request and she guided me through the options. She even reminded me that I left my bag unzipped as I was exiting. Amazing service!

I have mailed using Canada Post, (less than 50 gms small envelop) to India in this pandemic situation. I booked this on 1st August 2020, & the package is still in transit. Can you imagine 19 days and still in transit. I will not recommend Canada post, in this pandemic situation. However, they informed me that it will take time and no guarantee on delivery. I hope and pray it will reach soon.

I had to go back and forth just to bring them a paper although I had all the information needed.worst staff

DON'T GET MONEY ORDER FROM CANADAPOST go to a bank same $7.5 fee.here is my horrible story:
I got $500 Money order from Canadapost and when I wanted to cash it back because it was only a moving deposit, I was told that they don't have enough money to cash me out 3 times in 3 days until they managed to get me MORE THAN ANGRY AND UPSET then WHEN I INSISTED TO FIND A WAY TO GET ME MY MONEY THEY MAKE ME WAIT ALMOST 2HR WAITING TO GATHER THE $500 MONEY. - WHY IN THE HELL IT IS NOT REFUNDED TO MY BANK CARD AS ANY OTHER BUSINESS DOES FOR A REFUND.

Really bad staff, not accountable, not polite, not responsible for work. Totally ignore customer

Very slow to serve you or process your items. It seems like they are severely understaffed, given the amount of clients they get. Sometimes it's much faster to go to a different branch. The worst part is it took them 3 full business days to process my return item, whereas other branches do it either the same day or next.

Rude staffs. Worst experiences ever. They won’t even listen to you when you are talking to them. Horrible!

I think the employees need to do a better job. I go stand there and start shopping for some stuff, pick my items and when i get to the register and she tells me they are closed yet she is standing there still and working.

Amazing service. Staff told me no more tape for packing and I must pay for a new one. When she opened the drawer，a beautiful used tape is sleeping inside. Great！Hahahahah
