Extremely rude Asian Canada post employee there. Every time I go there, always the worst customer service provided by her. Never happy. They need to fire her!

Very friendly customer service, It was my first time that I was mailing my stuff and Harpreet! She helped me lot in posting my mail. Great experience!

You have to wait there for atleast 20 minutes to be served. The girl over there is not caring good attitude. She is not engaging at all. Does not carry a smile in her face. It seems like she is working their forcefully

I am using the canada post service for the first time. And it was really good experience overall. The Staff is very friendly and Eager to help, especially Miss. Harpeet kaur

The girl named Harpreet does not know how to talk to the customers. We were waiting from last 20minutes in the line, she did not mention anything about closing, at the last very moment when we were second in the line she said she can not do anything now. She was so aggressive.
She should have told 20 minutes before, wasted time. Slow service.
Very unhappy with the services.

Arrived at 4: 59PM this Sunday of 19th of June with a big box for merchandise return to Amazon. The young Indian lady who was working at the Canada Post on this Sunday run inside from the front desk the moment she saw me arriving on the aisle. I wait as curtesy not to call for the attendant. After some waiting time she arrived on my call. She told me the place is closed and I can not leave the box. I forgot her name to place it this post, but this is the best definition of poor customers service not to call it laziness!

Very fast service, I arrived 12: 30 pm. Manjot was there, she is very helpful girl.

This is my third time coming to this location regarding my documents as this canada post is close to my home but there is no improvement in the behaviour of the staff lady who works in the late evening. Extremely rude and don't know about customer service. I hope they get some training on how to treat customers or help them.

I always go in the morning when I know Maria is there, she is AMAZING, always super helpful professional and courteous:)
