This is probably the worst canada post office ever. My package went missing here. I tracked my package to this location, and the manager refused to do anything about it even though she was the one who received the package. They claimed it was undeliverable and the package went missing. Honestly, canada Post needs to investigate this location because this location does not service up to their standard, maybe because the manager running this location is very lacking and needs to be changed. After this incident, I can say that I refuse to use canada Post ever again. When I asked canada post to investigate this situation, they failed to do anything about it, so it goes to show that this will be a common occurrence.

Lady at this location had extremely bad attitude and rude 0 percent costumer service please hire people who are good with attitude and respect ful she was ssooooo rude extremely rude no respect for costumers should not have job if they speak to with anyone in front of other people who are standing in line to be served she would speak to all of them.same way

The Korean lady, whose name is Susie, is extremely RUDE! I wonder what makes her so confident. She can be fired like any other employee.

This outlet had a computer down when I visited. A staff did not know to boot a backup computer when I asked to boot the backup computer. What a terrible services the outlet has and their staff training. It was the worst CPC outlet.

There is a young Asian gentleman who seems to be a new employee at this place. I was wowed by his manner and the way he provided service. I'm happy that finally Canada Post hired a nice, friendly and caring employee.

Every time I go there is always a line, always extremely slow service, and the staff always look miserable. If there's a way to change the pickup location to another post office, I would do it.

No customer service I always pick up my money here from MoneyGram and they always give me cheque because they say there’s no enough cash, even I say give me $100 and the rest is cheque. Not coming back here

This is THE WORST postal office I have ever seen. There is always a huge line up there and whenever I called, it’s always a long wait on the phone. I was just trying to dial in and waited for almost 50 mins and no one even picked up the phone! Then I called the customer service and the lady said the only thing she could do is to put me back in line for the postal office for someone to pick up. I don’t think anyone will pick up since I already waited for that long. Last time I was there trying to get some parcels, I waited for like 20 mins in line and there were still many people behind me. It’s too ridiculous. They are wayyyyy understaffed!

I came 10: 15 A. M.what a morose costumer service that Asian woman gave it to me. She threw my packages to the basket after she took it. Won’t come again this damn location.

Worst customer service ever! I’ve shipped over hundreds sports card in bubble mailer as regular mail to US, and this is the only staff (old Korean lady) of Canada post, asked me to pay it as a parcel! I keep telling her this is just a card but she just repeating ask me if this is a document or not, if it’s not a document then it’s a parcel. And the best part is, she told me card it’s not paper, she told me all other staff of Canada post that shipped my item as regular mail didn’t know what they are doing, they are not properly trained, clearly You are the ond that is not properly trained!

The postal worker was very polite and warm I happy I did not have to speak to a machine or some artificial intelligence software.
